Though my phone ([protected]) is in dnd mode, i still get harassed by your so called hdfc agents for loans and credit cards, inspite to shouting, requesting to remove my number from their list, it just goes into deaf ears and dumb brains.
There has been times, when the telecaller tries to make me feel that she is doing me a favour by giving me loan or making that phone call. I fail to understand how low you could go to hire unprofessional who bang the phone on my face when i say not interested.

Can you ensure that with immediate effect action is taken that i no longer
Receive such irritating calls.

I want to enhance my HDFC card limit but the icon given on the net banking is not working, n intimating Mme please select the card but it is not allowing me in the drop-down option the number is not reflecting.

      When you need money get a loan from friend or relative. But never use hdfc credit card.. They will # your life till settle the loan. (Happening with me). If your remaining amount is for eg 24000 and you paid amount 3000. But you failed to. Make the pyment before billing cycle. Then the amount will. Again be 24500. That means the money you paid. Has gone. Which is called interest on interest. Hdfc has a very high interest rate.
      Thatswhy dont use hdfc credit card.

        T archana, one assistmfee was deducted from my hdfc creditcard ending with 4706 amt 1399on 17/02/2018mobile no...[protected]without any information pls cancel the amount, otherwise we will cancel credit card. This should not done because we have not given confirmation for deduction of one assistant amount. So kindly deactivate the one assistant and the same refund the amount as soon as possible

          I was supposed to pay the credit card bill of 27, 899 which i paid it in 31/1/2017. The bank invoked the lien of rs.27, 798.98 from your savings bank account bearing number 501 * * 337 on 30/01/2017 which did not confirm me. I thought all the amount is been paid off full but as per bank executive, it is been not taken on that day it was after 15 days. Now they asked me to pay 15 days charges that are 1100. I said i cannot pay that because it is already been taken for you. Now that interest charges have gone up to 5000 and want us to pay for that i denied stating i am not paying.
          Please check if something can happen to this

                I have cleared my emi's as they were dated with couple of cheque bounces however i have also cleared the cheque bounce dues. Somehow i am yet to receive no objection certificate its been almost 2months since i cleared the emi's. I also visited the hdfc bank head office (Begumpet, hyderabad) but they didn't issue the noc and told to wait for it by post. I find this very unprofessional of them as i as consumer expect the promises they made before taking up the loan. I started to hate banking with hdfc after this.

                        On 13/02/2017, monday a transaction of rs.401.00 at 13:21:34 pm was carried out at yo china, faridabad via my debit card. The money had been deducted from my bank account but the transaction had failed due to which i had to pay in cash. It is now saturday, 17/02/2017 and yet i haven't received any acknowledgement regarding it. Customer service is of no help. Kindly look into the matter. The amount of money isn't the matter, the poor services is the concern. Such incidents show untrustworthy issues.

                          Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no :[protected]n1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]n1 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Vikas, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards md tahir [protected] & [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got disapproved.                             Am hdfc card holder since 2005 from past 1year was not able to pay min amount in time due to job issues. Agents from bank calling and visiting my sisters place and harashing every month despite my assurance to clear min amount by 25th which i do every month. Due to delay payment and overdue charges my finanacial position getting more worst moth by month rather than helping me out as a customer these agents making me feel like cheater of all this have already fallen seek and if this is not getting resolve soon i may have to quit job as it also affect my daily work.

                                I had applied for hdfc bank platinum times card via hdfc bank customer executive and they confirmed and processed my request. Today i have received my credit card and it seems to be a hdfc bank platinum freedom credit card which has a credit limit of only 50000 that is no where near to platinum times card. This is a pure fraud with the customer and when i told customer care regarding this issue told me that it is a long procedure to replace it. Please replace my card with the hdfc bank platinum times card as i do not need the freedom card. Please provide a resolution on this asap.

                                  Hi, my name is shivam, few days back i applied for hdfc credit card and the guy took my all details after he didn't replied. After then again the other agent standing outside my ofc location offered the hdfc credit card to me. He took my all details and i got the message that it has been approved and asking for delivery. But when i asked the agent for delivery he did not replied to my calls and now saying that i need to raise the request for it again. I believe they got my card and they are missusing it. Please resolve this on priority. Thanks
