HDFC Bank Ltd. — grievance redressal

My name is sagar sethi. I had processed my loan with hdfc. My file number is[protected]. This is an internal adjustment case from hdfc goregaon, mumbai to my branch sector 14, gurgaon branch. The disbursement is done on 30th august 2017. After the disbursement. I have to wait 15 days to get document which have to received from goregaon branch required for transfer process because hdfc have all the property original documents. On place of transfer, lawyer assigned to me mr. Kamal kant gupta, send his representative named gulab singh, who have to got all the documents. He said he forgot to pick original possession letter from bank, will submit next day. The processes from seller and me is done, atlest we thought that.
But after 10 days when i followed back from the builder for my transfer status, they told me that they still not received missing document. When i cross checked with hdfc they told me to contact lawyer. When i contacted mr. Gulab singh he said he will do that. Then i contacted branch manager mr. Alexander, he told me that they don`t received original possession letter from the goregaon branch. I waited 15 more days and then got response that "your seller don`t submit original possession letter to us". Some how i arranged a fir for possession letter. But than i got call from bank that they found possession letter and submitted to builder. Still i thought its over. Waited till 20th dec. Contacted builder they said "we already told your lawyer that tpt agreement you had submitted is incorrect. We already requested lawyer to resubmit that 15 days ago". Contacted lawyer he said yes go to builders office collect tpt and submit that back i will do rest.

So my issue is that i had taken loan from hdfc ltd. So why when ever i called hdfc helpline they said we had mailed in leagule department, contact the lawyer we had assigned you and that guy gulab singh is with a very bad attitude. He does not know how to talk.

Why i have to follow up every time.
Is this the duty of hdfc to help customer?
I am paying interest on the loan from day 1. I paid 4 emi`s to hdfc and still not got property transferred to my name. Please help me. I am fed off to contact customer care.

I am chasing for NOC of my credit card account after settlement from four months but no one from HDFC bank is providing the same. You can escalate to whomsoever but no one will resolve issue even though name of bank will get spoiled.
Very shame on Rajendrakumar Taliwal and team.
