This bank is sending sms and calling my brother for my personal loan number. 47091399

I don't know why these days they are doing like this.
Till time i have not missed any emi due date.

Only delay happened in one time for 7days in last emi and for that they charged 923 rs as over due charges. I paid it after receiving sms from my brother.

Sms they are sending to my brother and calling him for over of 7days delay.
Shoking, why they are calling and texting to my brother.
They are not informed me by sms.
Why they are doing this kind of work.
I was lost complete trust in this system.

    My hdfc bank has put my funds on hold of rupees 25000.00 as mi revenue hold through gefu

    The customer service is not responding about this and no information is provided and it's difficult to reach customer care too as though it is quarantine may be some information has to provide to customer

      I have bought my samsung galaxy note 10 plus with hdfc bank consumer loan on 12/01/2020 in kensha mobile pune maharashtra. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in kensha mobile, they said to check with bank. I spoke to the bank manager from koregaon park and couple of executives as well and submitted all the bank statements and required documents as well, but they are not responding. This month is the last installment and i am afraid that they will deduct this one as well and then they will have me running behind them for the cashback. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          My account customer id[protected] has been debited twice with rs.531 for "amb chrg incl gst & cess" for july 2020 & aug 2020 without any prior intimation or alert.

          I have never been communicated via email or sms for any such charges they introduced.

          If they can send promotional emails and sms to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount.

          And also they did'nt send any sms regarding amount credit under rs-10000/-to my mobile and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for both these debit transactions.

            I was supposed to receive a refund from tata cliq and they have issued the refund some days back which has not been received in my account. I contacted tata cliq about my refund issue. They said that their refund is processed and money will be reflected in bank account within 3 to 5 days. Its been a week since my amount isn't refunded. They told me to ask from the bank end and provided me with the transaction id :

            Hence please i want to know about this from the bank that is there has been any requests of refund acceptance or not.

              I have a seen a offer available in my hdfc bank while i logged in. It was in my net banking login so i applied for it i got a call sometime latter from the land line number (Shows hdfc in true caller) for the same, they said your loan is approved for that you have to apply for a life insurance through bharathi axa and asked why should i need it when i already have for my complete family, they said due to covid - 19 it become a process and asked me to share the screen shot once payment done. I doubt and i asked how will proceed without knowing the genuinety... Then she patched me with one lady and she expalined the same. Later i got call form the second lady from her mobile (Mansi[protected] later a got a call from the first lady ([protected]) asked me to share the screen shot once the payment is done. Again i got a call today morning from hdfc bank asking about the loan request when i said all the above they said i dont know from which hub they called and processed my bank loan and said there are some credit issue and the loan cannot be processed. Now both the above lady is responding my call

                Even though i'm getting every month salary In my salaried account why the hell hdfc not allowing me to use netbanking or money transfer through google pay or phonepay? Am I earning salary to keep in account? How will I use it? I'm going to close your this hdfc account soon. Worst banking ever.

                  Hi i am pritam my last 4 digit of credit card is 1368. During lock down period in april month hdfc ban was deduction illegal charges and my account was in negative. I was facing mental disturbed with this behavior. So i want to closed my loan. I talk with one rep regarding my loan clouser. Rep statedt that u have to pay 216798.00 rupess to closed this loan and nothing extra u have to pay. As per my calculation it was 211000. But they said you have availed monotorium so you have to pay extra amount for that. Finally i asked him do i need to pay anthing extra apart from that please clear it. The rep say no this is the only amount you bhhave to pay. So i paid 216798.00. No for last 2 month they have deducted 10000 from my account. So i call hdfc customer care number multiple times but they are just ignoring my query. I have aal the conversation proof with me. I have saint email regarding that to. They have charged more than 20000. And still they are doing this. Please help me it's really bad thing from this bank. I have never seen such a worst bank in life. My contact number-[protected].

                      Hi, i have taken personal loan, loan account number : 63478360 from hdfc bank in dec 2018. I have paid 19 emis, but because of covid situation i lost my job and sep 2020 (1 month) emi got delayed.

                      Mr venkatesh and his manager humiliated me and my wife, so badly, it alike a mental torture. He called twice everyday, harassing me, asking me for money, i told him that i put a property to sale, i will pay off everything in single shot, but he did not leave me. He was in front of our flat door, ringing the bell, wantedly talking loudly so that neighbors could hear this conversation, showing the the intention to shame us in front of our neighbors.

                      I sent an email to hdfc customer care, hdfc grievience cell, hdfc nodel officer, no proper response from them.
                      When we said we contacted customer care, his response was "contact whom ever it is pay the emi now".

                      I have taken a home loan from hdfc ltd and i closed it off with my own salary money in 5 years and i still own a hdfc credit card with a very good track record. My cibil score is 800.

                      Inspired of all these, the way mr venkatesh nd his manager harassing me and my family is unethical. When we paid off emi, we asked him to get lost from our house, mr venkatesh called his manager, put it on speaker and started threatening that we still have many more months to go and there is always next month. How pathetic!!! And for sometime we did not understand that they are actually black mailing us and threating us they will repeat the same thing next month.

                      If hdfc bank has some ethics to follow, they should immediately address this and stop these type o[censored]nethical ways.

                        I bought a television samsung led 81cm - 32n4200 from croma appliances, bangalore through hdfc bank loan on 10th july. For this, rs. 1926 emi was supposed to deduct for 11 months. It was deducted from my indian bank account in the months from august 2019 to march 2020 properly. But the hdfc bank did not deduct in the months of april 2020 and may 2020. They continue deducting from june 2020 again. Since my indian bank cheque was given validity till june 2020 so totally 9 months emi was deducted and 2 months emi failed to deduct from hdfc.

                        Hdfc bank called me and explained me that they were not functioning in the month of april and may 2020 due to covid-19 lockdown reasons. Then they approached me to pay the remaining emi through shared link message. But they deducted in the months of august 2020 and september 2020 also. For this month september 18th they made me to make the payment rs.1735 to the account number: [protected] [ifsc code: hdfc0000041] through googlepay. Next day, again they deducted rs.1926 from my indianbank account. So i was completely upset about their deduction even after i paid through googlepay. Still they are sending me the payment link also to clear the due.

                        My question is that how hdfc bank can deduct emi after the check validity date passed already over three months ago. And also i wanted to know how can they deduct the emi even after i paid through googlepay. When i was questioning about this to the hdfc customer care who called me, they were not answering clearly about my loan details and deduction protocol. Simply they are asking me to pay through the link again. Now, i was made overpaid rs.1735. Iwanted them to give my extra money back to my indian bank account.

                          I can't a access my net banking, when i tried to access my net banking error show you account is locked due wrong attempt, please forgot your password, and then i click to forgot password but then show account is locked for user please help. Yesterday i have lost my debit card i blocked my debit card from net banking.

                                There are two option to reset the forgot password of net banking.
                                1. To get the otp one on register mobile no and registered email id.
                                2. To enter the debit card details. (But i don't have the same)

                                I can receive the otp on mobile but not receiving on registered email id. Without that i am not able to change the net banking password.

                                    My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. I logged into my account for some reason on 1st september 2020 and i see that i have rs -6000 around in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. I just want the account to be get closed

                                      I did payment of my credit card with in given time and 31k finance charges were imposed. This is the second time they imposed during covid period. Due to covid situation the cheque didn't credit to bank earlier and they imposed 25k, even though there was 3 days grace period for payment to credit per bank policy. There is no cc to provide clarification and the netbanking is totally useless raise disputes. I should say worst service by hdfc bank during covid. I tried reaching relationship managers and regional heads but none of them care to even acknowledge my emails. The bank is looting customers during covid period. Please take some action.

                                        I havecharged with my credit card on 25/09/2020 at 23.52.30 with rs 3600/- and got confirmation from bank my account is debited but to my surprise the same is not reflect to my wallet no [protected] my id[protected] i request to resolve the same as i am in travelling
