[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — refund amount is not credited in my bank account

I have cancelled my bus booking two times and also i got below messages for both cancelled booking.

Feb 27 2019 - your refund request of rs 480.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

Oct 30 2019 - your refund request of rs 544.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

I have checked the account and balance too... It's not refunded to my account...
Redbus support team has told they have initiated the amount and asked to check with bank.

So kindly let me know the status asap.

I am tushar kanta samantaray with credit card ending number 3425 and relationship number is 9093085 . I am not interested with this service and want to cancel membership.so please cancel it.
Didn't get the cash amount from atm machine but amount deducted from account
Amount 048776 RS 299.ddducted twice.from my account while.making a.purchase on Amazon. Since payment couldn't be completed i had to make a.paymemt again which caused my account to.ne debited twice

During air ticket booking 3 EMI, s with 0% rate of interst were prompted by the system, that is why I opted for 3EMI, s on my above credit card.Now interst of Rs648.04 charged on my 1st EMI of Rs16263.03.Pl refund me interst charged and make remaining 2EMI, s at 0% interst. 3month credit casrd applying but not responce hdfc branch officers in day to day long time card is not provide plz help me
