[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Website — not received the email after the payment completion via hdfc website

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600044

I had applied for the fastag for my vehicle (Tn59bm2080) through the hdfc website and paid 500 on 26-11-19 via my hdfc savings account. The website froze after the payment was deducted - said the session has expired and i could not go back or forward. I tried calling the toll-free number which is always busy. I want to know the status of my application so that before 1st of december i can get this issue resolved
