[Resolved] HDFC Bank — wrong charges debiting | |||||
Hdfc bank is debiting unnecessary charges from my account i have a personel loan and when sometime i fail to pay the emi on time it charges extra for the bounce and this time it has crossed the limit it has charged even more than the emi can it be resolved or can any one help me what to do... but it can never happen that a charge is more than the emi for its bounce

Same happened with me. They have charges late fee and also Manual Hold Charges too. And Manual hold charges are much more bigger amount. When I am paying late fee on emi why they are charging Loan Manual Hold Charges.
Though I had amount in my account today Certain emi return charges were applied and deducted 1648 rupees,
Every month my account is getting deducted nearly 2-3 thousand per month on this emi return charges, I even have other loans at other banks but they do charge exact emi bounce charges and related charges that not even cross more than 500 ruppes, but how come HDFC is deducting such a huge amount every month.
I think this is how HDFC is making money.
Disappointed with this bank and I will recommend anyone to this bank and for sure I will close the account in the future.

But they have been charged me equal amount to emi, they have been charged 5281rs, how can it be possible.
