I have applied for hdfc fastag on jan 18th, its been 4 days already and i haven't got any mail or update from them since then. I tried, but there is no way to check the application status. I'm in need of it by this thursday, will i be able to get it by then? I heard many people are facing same issues with the delivery of fastag.

    Dear sir,

    I am not able to pay my credit card bill because of my company his shed down with out paying 3 month salary. Now its very difficult to live only. And also i stopped using credit card from last 07 month and am not received any single bill copy or mail copy but now people start calling & forcing me to pay the very big amount of bill which am not used that much, and also almost they deducted from my account more then i used credit card, i called many time customer care people they also not helping to the canceled the card, now i sincerely requesting to you cancel my credit card and due the need full please,

      not receiving otp on email

      I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

      1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

      2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

      Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had...

      This is to inform you that we have been a customer since 2008 of hdfc life and have previously also lodged a complaint in respect of Policy No:12119248 in which My brother received a call regarding the profit of his Policy No: 12119248 was availed by the agent in form of commission. He was informed that if We want to receive that profit Hewill have to pay 50, 000/-(rupees fifty thousand only) for a new policy which will be further merged with the policy[protected] and after that I came to know that inspite of merging the policy a seperate policy was issued to him.he had not signed for the seperate policy and the signature's on this new Policy No: 17238060 are all fake and for this fraudery He nd i have already mailed several number of times and even visited several times to HDFC LIFE, Hazratganj, Lucknow. After several visits i was provided Bankers Verification Form and Specimen Signature Form. I took the neccessory steps and provided the bankers varification form attested by The Branch Manager, CANARA BANK, Aminabad Branch, Lucknow along with the specimen signature form signed by me on 1st July 2017 to HDFC LIFE, Hazratganj, Lucknow and the copy of the documents are duly attached.
      We were given the assurity for the payment within 10 working days from 1st of July 2017 and till now no action has been taken again and after that I visited HDFC LIFE and I was informed by the manager that they have done their neccessory steps and cannot further help me in this matter. They further informed me to mail the whole case to G.M. HDFC LIFE for a positive result and so I did the same but no action was taken.
      Sir it's been 3 years, I have been running after this case and even requested several times through mail and through walking in, still no action has been taken on this. I have even mailed to the escalation department of hdfc life with reference to this matter and in revert we got to know that our amount cannot be refunded because we didn’t informed them in the due mentioned time, sir as soon as we came to know about the fraud we reported to them, i just want my 50000 rs back sir plz help me to resolve this issue i am just requesting for my 50000 nd even forego the interest amount on it
      Sir it is my humble request to please take the neccessory steps otherwise I have to take a legal action against HDFC LIFE.

      Sir i have even written the complain related to my concern several number of times as mentioned above on [protected]@hdfclife.com and have taken all the needful steps yet the response from hdfclife is very vague nd not acceptable by us. The reason of not complaining or stoppythe policy is the mentioned time period is really not acceptable because we didn’t knew only that such kind of activity is taking place from your end as it is the wrong signatures and misleading the customer is itself a crime. And the time we came to know about this fraud we reported asap.
      And bdw if not giving the response is the only reason of not refunding the money back then why the agents, customer care executive were making stories of doing all the documentation once again from the branch manger and etc... it has not only wasted my time and money but even have broken my patience level.

        I am unable to liquidate fixed deposit through netbanking. Still I am getting the below message when i tried online.

        We are unable to liquidate your Fixed Deposit since the source account from which your FD was originally booked is closed/blocked. Please visit your HDFC Bank Branch for liquidating the Fixed Deposit.

        I contacted so many times phone banking and send emails also but still the representative ask me to try online or visit the branch.

        I tried so many times through online but it's failure.I am unable to visit the branch.

        After two weeks, Now HDFC escalation manager Deepak Jayaprakash is saying Fixed Deposit XXXX7520 is a Tax Savings Deposit. Hence, it cannot be closed before the Lock in period of 5 years.

        They should have informed this to me when Contact them for past two weeks.This is very worst customer care response I ever seen.

        Considering the issues with them and the lack of product knowledge they should close my FD account and credit back the amount to savings account.

          Sir it is very sorry to say that on natioanl festival days like 26 january your keeping the offices open and you are operating business to disturb the customers who have taken the insurance policy from your company and your callcentres and bpo which are operating business keep on disturbing every day and on sundays also plz stop the such business and keep your officies and call centres close atleast on national festival and important festival of india it is humble request if any excallation happened on 26 january it is your resposibility.

            Sir,
            1. I have taken home loan insurance policy with this hdfc ergo insurance company in 2015. Their representatives convinced me that the policy cover is there for loss of jobs. But when i have applied for claim on lossing my job because of more mental torture with the previous instituton principal, this insurance company has not paid any amount to me.

            2. Next, when i have closed my policy with this company, they have taken away around rs.70, 000 from my premium amount. Their representatives have not told anything about this when i have taken this policy initially. Their representatives tactfully avoided to answer this question and made a huge loss to me.

            Kindly help me to your level best to recover this amount from this company.

                Kindly help me hdfc banker, i have been operating last seven years hdfc bank credit card, and pay more than 1.5 lac interest last two years. I would like to inform you due to some my health problem i had unemployed 2 years. Although i have been regularly paid hdfc bank minimum payment, i have been requested to hdfc bank last 2 years for installment payment so that my principal amount reduce, but various request i do not get any help in spite of his harassment by his out source agency. MD desks regard my HDFC Bank Credit card **** 9106' but didn't get any help in spite of regularly payment my card minimum due but I got only harassment I.e. Loose talk by your outsourcing agency, yesterday two persons came in my home and talk with me as same, I never get any help from your side.

                I have been continuesly harassed by your outsourcing agency. My salary account has lein, when I not get justice after I request forwarded to respective organisations of consumers.

                I would like to inform you again very disappointed as my request for justice with HDFC Bank Credit card. I have received a call from HDFC bank representative, he inform me his name Jitedra, calling mobile number is[protected]. He told your card will settlement Rs.42, 000/- your have to pay in cash, I deny for cash, I requested him first you send us settlement letter, I will pay only online mode in 12 month instalment of Rs.3500/- p.m. He assured Me I wilI send you letter.
                Yesterday I received a call from a lady HDFC Bank she inform her name shakchhi calling number is +[protected], she had called for payment, I inform her about my last conversation with Jitedar she had disconnected, again she has called same number and told me my boss talk with me, He inform his name is Jitedar and he he told I didn’t promised after he had started loose talking, he give me very bad defaming and threat me to kill, you are humbly requested please take action.
                I already have been informed about all this matter, I hope you will do justice.

                  I applied for hdfc credit card 2 months back. On 23/11/2017 i got a message saying that "dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app ref no [protected]w2 is approved in principle subject to internal checks".
                  And i still didn't get that credit card.
                  Whenever i check for its status it says in process. How many more days will need to process that?? When will i get the credit card?

                    I want to inform you that, i purchased a product from flipkart with 6 emi from credit card with the option of no emi cost inspite of that they have charged me interest and will continue for every month.

                    Kindly let me know whome to contact or request for claiming back the interest amount which it is charging against no emi interest. Is this belongs to flipkart mistake or hdfc credit card department. Kindly let me know to proceed further.

                      My accident happen 28/9/2017 then i went in hdfc bank for debit & credit card personal accidental cover but they refuge me to give me any form and tell that your card not suitable for this, while my card is used frequently before accident and i intimate to bank about accident with in 90 days. My debit card is titanium debit card but bank told me that this service is available on only platinum debit card.

                        Hi my name is trishul ambhure
                        I am resident of pune maharashatra.

                        I had hdfc credit card which i used for several months in 2014.. One monthly suddenly i received bill and had double the changers when i called to customer care they said it was interest. I told them it is not correct and ask them to make correction of bill they didnt do it. For several months they were just adding the interest. So till date they are just adding interest to the basic amount of 1500.

                        Finally last year i did settlement with back and paid 7000 one time amount.

                        Till date they have not given me the clearance letter.

                        No one is replying to my emails. My account is settled, still i can see that my cibil score is going down because of hdfc back

                          I am using a credit card of hdfc bank.in this month statement they added a transaction of 6418 rs. This amount deducted without my permission. I already communicated to hdfc customer care. I have told to hdfc insurance people cancellation of policy. Kindly resolve the issue.

                            I have charged rs 177.00 for 3rd party cash txn inc gst 060118-mir[protected] on[protected]. As per bank norms, i have done my transaction of rs 25000 per day even though they charged me.

                            What i observe is that 1st bank will deduct the money, if the customer sees this unknown transaction, if customer contact customer care they will give some reason. If not money will go to the bank for no reason.

                            They are cheating the customer and louting the customers' money.
                            I want to know the reason for this? Why is this happening?

                                Hdfc bank is debiting unnecessary charges from my account i have a personel loan and when sometime i fail to pay the emi on time it charges extra for the bounce and this time it has crossed the limit it has charged even more than the emi can it be resolved or can any one help me what to do...                                 Same happened with me. They have charges late fee and also Manual Hold Charges too. And Manual hold charges are much more bigger amount. When I am paying late fee on emi why they are charging Loan Manual Hold Charges.
                                I too facing the same situation, without any reason they are debiting the amount from the bank, going forward I won't keep any amount in the hdfc bank have to close the loan and account soon.
                                Never ever expect from this from HDC bank disappointed.
                                Though I had amount in my account today Certain emi return charges were applied and deducted 1648 rupees,
                                Every month my account is getting deducted nearly 2-3 thousand per month on this emi return charges, I even have other loans at other banks but they do charge exact emi bounce charges and related charges that not even cross more than 500 ruppes, but how come HDFC is deducting such a huge amount every month.

                                I think this is how HDFC is making money.

                                Disappointed with this bank and I will recommend anyone to this bank and for sure I will close the account in the future.

                                But they have been charged me equal amount to emi, they have been charged 5281rs, how can it be possible.
                                Hdfc bank charge me
                                loan manual hold charge which is
                                3289 & 2349 on 02/12/20 why I can't understand this is such a big amount for me please give me a proper solution as soon as possible

                                  I received a call from a lady (Cell no [protected]) stating that i have old hdfc life insurance policy (No[protected]; with premium of rs. 50, 000/- paid on 23rd march 2010. The adress stated was in kalkaji new delhi, and it was correct. She gave two options to revive, either pay upfront 3.5 lakh or stop the policy with min premium payment of 3 premiums and receive bonus by 2020.
                                  I do not have any hard copy of the policy, neither the caller could send it to me know the actual document. She gave customer relation officer no [protected], mr. Rajeev saksena. When i called this officer, he asked what is your name. I told him the policy i received call from your office and gave him the policy no. He expressed very rudely, saying "main kya antaryami hoon kya?" i requested that he can check from the policy number given and confirm. He said nothing can be done in this regard. I dont know whether first call received was true or not, because when i checked for this policy number on hdfc life website, i could not locate any details. I fell further investigation must be carried out by all stakeholders, including hdfc life, in this regard. My contact email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    I am having account no [protected] in hdfc bank, gulmohar branch, bhopal.
                                    I have made online payment of rs. 2100 through my hdfc debit card no. [protected] on 19/01/2018 at mumbai prin l. N. Welingkar tps. I have got an error page showing that my payment have not been accepted by welingkar institute.

                                    But i have got a message from hdfc bank that "thank you for using debit card ending 7602 for rs. 2100 in mumbai at prin l. N welingkar tps on 19.01.2018". The amount of rs. 2100 have been debited from my account balance. But welingkar institute have not received the payment of rs. 2100

                                    Please look into the matter to credit the debited amount of rs. 2100 into my account

                                      Hi team,
                                      I have opened salary account in andheri shopper stop branch, it was promised by bank that debit card will get delivered to my home address but it didn't happen instead i had to fill up form again for issue of atm debit card. When bank given me my atm card it was platinum debit card which cost rs 850 pa. Bank was not aware that it ll cost me 850.

                                      I don't want any deduction from my account since bank handed over wrong debit card to me. Kindly assist
