Hi,
My self mr. Chaluvegowda, r and i have trading account with hdfc securities and while opending my trading account agreed to pay/charges rs.100/- each side trading of option contract, when i started to trade option contract hdfc securities charging 1% of brokarages on turnover amount & top of that sebi cess & gst charging.
Please requesting to hdfc securites to revers excess charges alongwith tax part & refund me the difference...

There were 2 offers during dhanteras time
1. Credit card + tanishq: purchase 80k for 5% cashback, max 4k cashback
2. Debit card: purchase min 3000 on apparel, jewellery and other items form 1st to 31st oct and get 10% cashback, max 1.5k cashback.

I availed both the offers. The tanishq one and also the other debit card one

Sir i applied for credit card i got message your card is dispatched and by the courier service not delivered to my home because im not present at that time their they not call me. I tried on customer care no it not work properly they asking credit card no. If i not recived credit card how can i give them credit card no. So check them all why it returns and deliver me my credit card.

I am prmitendra mishra today dated 01/01/2018, went hdfc bank branch landran located at kharar landran road mohali for clearing chq of rs. 1.0 lac, after completion of all the formalities from teller counter, chq gone to her counter she didn't clear the chq same time, taking lots of time in other work and put her remark or for cross check to late, she is always doing the same intensely.in the mean time said chq was not cleared due to funds...

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0908 without my concern on date:31/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership refund this debited amount of rs.1399/and rs 100/

I have call from hdfc life on march 2017 they told me about that your credit card has an offer like 5% cashback, accident insurance...
They tortured me to put insurance.. And finally i said ok...
And my plas was classic assure plus
Yearly 50000...
They told me to pay single term they only u can get the 5% cashback (2500rs).
And i have paid it... Afterthat i calling vignesh chennai branch for 5% they are...

Hdfc credit card — cancellation of one assist membership

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 5997 without my concern on date:14/12/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

I withdrawal a 20k from hdfc atm on 30th of dec'17, from sarwal, jammu area. When i had received the currency that found on 2000 currency papers some of torn and someone with oil and ink on the paper. Also i shown these currency in front of camera which has located inside the atm cabin.
I am very surprised how this is possible.

I have applied a credit card before 4 days and it got rejected, when i clicked on know more it says, your application is on hold as while we were processing the application we have seen that you already own one credit card from our bank please consider limit enhancement.. I went to hdfc bank atm kengeri near jss college, krishna garden road bangalore. I tried to withdrawn money through my vijaya bank atm. But it shows transaction declined. I received the slip for the same. But my money debited from my account.. Immediatly i tried to call customer care.. But it always busy.. Kindly help me credit this amount..

It is submitted that i am working as a sub insp in a punjab police and i borrow two car loans from hdfc which is name on my wife taruna kapoor. My car rc number is pb10db2208 (Loan number[protected] and pb10er8105. I have closed the car loan of above said cars in a legal manner and as per the norms of bank. But its more than a year of car number pb 10 db 2208 that i have not received any noc in this regard and more than two months...

One assist membership fee of rs.1899, has been deducted from my credit card without any intimation and knowledge of mine, for the card ending xxxxxxxxxxxx4719, and my registered mobile number : [protected], name :kiran c. So, kindly refund the amount deducted asap.

This is an illegal way of handling the customers without their knowledge. Kindly process this asap....

I have purchase to jamboo loan 1 lac. For hdfc credit card. I have to call customer care regarding information to the my first installment. Many time call to customer care...
