Dear sir/ ma'am,
"last year in july or august, i had transferred my account to noida branch (Hdfc0001351). I don't remember the executive name or details. At that time one lady was sitting there and she told me about the offer i. E" life time no annual fee"on credit card."
Now, they are charging me annual fee. They just told me about the offer i. E life time no annual fee"on credit card".
I have been contacting customer care for credit card issue since october but they have not resolved my issue till now.
I have called customer care and sent more than 20 mails to customer care. So many times i have gone to my home branch to resolve this issue but they are simply saying that i have to contact customer care because they are unable to solve this problem and close saving account.

From january, they have started fine on my saving account because of minimum balance without resolving the credit card issue.
Intentionally, hdfc bank is not resolving my issue to earn money. Neither, they are resolving my credit card issue nor they are closing my account. And they have also started fine on my saving account.
Worst service hdfc bank are providing to the customer.

Updated by bablu101 Thank you for solving the issue. Today, i went to home branch for closing my account but they said that I have to talk with customer care to delink Credit Card first then they can close my account. Please, delink credit card from my saving account.

Updated by bablu101 Just now i checked my account online and i am seeing that -650 balance is there in my account. In mail you said that you have reversed the membership fee of Rs. 500.00 along with the bank charges. Can i ask you one question that why you have charged 650 ?? is it for non maintenance ?? But HDFC took 2 months time to resolve this issue and in home branch they were saying that i have to settle credit card issue first.
So this is HDFC Bank fault they are not resolving the issue in time.
Please resolve the issue.
