My name is vikram patil. I have hdfc bank account no: [protected].
On 15 march 2017 i have transferred rs 3120 from this bank account to bank of maharashtra account no: [protected] through upi payment service available in hdfc bank app but during the transaction i got an error unable to connect to server and transaction get failed but the amount rs 3120 was debited from my hdfc account. I have checked with beneficiary account the amount was not credited.
So i have raised several complaints to hdfc bank but my problem not resolved.
Complaint no : 'hbl=[protected]' upi transfer complaint #mumc[protected]
Yet it is not solved please helps me out.

    Hi

    I am a holder of hdfc regalia card where i had received priority pass for using lounges across airport terminals which is complimentary for some visits on yearly basis. I had used the priority pass in bang terminal on 16th oct. Unfortunately i have been billed rs 4146. Reason not known, here are the issues
    1. I have not submitted my credit card during the visit, so i dont have any idea how they had debited charges. Priority pass says that to check with hdfc and hdfc says otherwise

    2. As per new policy hdfc says all of sudden each entrance through priority pass is charged 27$. Who informed and when? Sending spam emails wont help here hdfc.

    3. If at all credit card bill is pending they will call 100 times and when there is change in rule no prior information at all. This is the biggest hdfc scam.

    3. Without my approval or signature its a conduct of breach to debit my account. I had not used the card for paying even a penny in lounges. If my money is not reverted will complaint to ministerial department.

    4. No customer care is helping.

    Revert money to account.

      While transfering from sbi credit card to payzapp 5000 money blocked,
      This is happen three times so totally 15000 money blocked, it happened before 3 months. I am calling to all sbi customer care and payzapp customer care also, but payzapp customercare no is not responding. Daily i am calling to sbi customer care and payzapp customer nos. To whom i need to contact and how i will get my money back.

        As confirmed by you i've submitted the dds taken from axis bank of rs. 581443 & rs. 46676 in order to close my auto loan in t nagar branch.. But they are not accepting the amount which is prescribed in your mail attachment. They are demanding such more amount prescribed in the foreclosure letter. I've been awaited there to foreclose my loan from today morning to evening but they are hesitating to close the loan since difference occurred in foreclosure charges.           Hi, I received one assist membership for my HDfc credit card .But the information available in the kit is not matched and I tried to customer care they made me wait in call more than 20 mins which is against the customer care policy and I would like to cancel the one assist membership and refund the the amount as soon as possible.the amount deduction is not notified me they deducted automatically every year please help me on this and I have recorded those customer call information .               I have booked an fd through net banking 5 days ago, but the receipt was not sent. Tried talking to customer care and everyone is clueless. And they say backend team is working on it. If it takes 5 days for a server to send a mail i don’t understand how it even works.

              I’ve received other promotional offers through email based on the fd booked, but the receipt is difficult to obtain.

                I am facing a similar issue. I submitted a policy request online and paid a premium of rs 300, 000 on 18th nov. Thereafter i submitted a cancelation request on 23rd nov for application number[protected]. I was informed that the return would be processed within 10 business days. It's been 55 days now and i haven't received the premium amount of rs 3 lakh. I have emailed hdfc multiple times and haven't received an adequate response. Last night i received a generic response that i needed to submit the neft form and cancelled cheque to process the refund. The fact is i had already done that when i submitted the cancellation request. Does hdfc life not train it's employees to look at the specifics of the case before responding to emails with a generic/standard response?
                I am expecting hdfc life to compensate me for lost opportunity cost since the money is with them and i am losing out on interest/investment income. I am frustrated to the core following up on this and will be forced to lodge a legal complaint if not resolved in 2 days.

                  Hello sir
                  I m using hdfc card with my recent experience i am really regretting getting this card. I got my statement on 15.01.18 and according to it the due date for payment is 08.01.18.
                  I never got any intimation of phone about the cumulative amount or any other info till date.
                  How can someone pay unless they get a statement or intimation and in lieu of that u have added late payment charges.

                  For such behavior and fault of hdfc staff they shd be liable to penalty but instead u are putting late payment charges on my unbilled transactions.
                  I tried contacting cs team and after effort when they got connected they told that charges wd be reversed. But 2 days later i got a msg that it couldn't be done.
                  I asked them to raise a complaint but none of them did that. And they disconnect the call once i ask them to raise a complaint. I wrote a mail to grievances redressel too but they didn't reply and phone is not reachable most of the time. Jus imagine how your team is. Finally i am writing to u as a last resort before banking ombudsman or nch.
                  I am being harassed for none of my mistake. Called the cs team but they say they are not able to raise a complaint as systems are down and i shd contact the nodal authority which i tried but they never respond.

                    A person named mr. Robin calling on behalf of hdfc bank was asking for one mr. Ajay kumar whereas the telephone number is in the name of venkat which is me the complainant. I informed him so and asked him to drop the call. He did not oblige and wanted me to tell him a to when i had taken the sim. I told him that it was three months back. He retorted that he had spoken to mr. Ajay kumar during the same time and started harassing me. I told him i shall go to the ombudsman and to the police. He encouraged me to do the same and warned me that if i disconnect the call, he shall call me again and again at the same number and will harass me. This is clearly infringing on my privacy. If this happens to be from the bank, i need a quick redress of my complaint. The number from which the call came multiple times was [protected]. Please also note that i have no business relationship with your bank.

                      After a long time, iyogi technical services company has come in vision; it is looking for $2996300 usd reimbursement for deficit in services ensuing in a defaulting judgment against it by a us court. So on a complaint by this technical company, the national consumer disputes redressal commission has asked for response from hdfc ergo general insurance company to.

                      With a claim to have got a professional responsibility strategy from hdfc ergo in the month october of 2014 that is applicable for a year for $10 million, this company did complaint to the national consumer disputes redressal commission all through advocate manish kumar that when it confronted the court case sued by the us attorney general to "finish a scam that hires deception and scare procedures to force consumers into purchasing preventable tech support services", the insurance company did not execute its obligation to give the requisite money promised under the insurance policy to employ capable lawyers before the seattle court to guard the court case.

                      Before justice ajit bharihoke and member anup thakur, senior advocate sukumar pattjoshi said rejection of obliged fiscal support from hdfc ergo let under the insurance policy that obliged iyogi to guard against the supposed claims against it in the court in usa. Accordingly, iyogi's net worth got wholly corroded foremost to major corrosion in market capital.

                      Iyogi looked for a direction from the national consumer disputes redressal commission to hdfc ergo, through which iyogi had got the insurance policy, to pay $ 10154303 usd, to the complainant in terms of the policy bought.

                      For loss of status and financial loss, iyogi asked for an amount of $1 billion usd from the insurance company.

                        I have blocked my credit card on July 31st 2017, but I have been charged renewal charges on my credit card and statement was sent to my email id & mobile number in the month of December 2017.
                        When I am not using the card anymore, why should I pay for it.

                        From the last 3 days I am calling HDFC Crefit card customer care -[protected], after waiting for 30-40 mins I get a chance to talk to representative & he/she disconnects the call when I start to discuss the issue within 10-15 seconds.

                        I have tried to contact them but they disconnects the call in 15 seconds.

                        When visited HDFC branch, they ask me to call customer care.

                          I recently received a new credit card from hdfc. They activated a insurance plan without my written application and charged me through credit card. I asked for a cancellation of the same since i did not dually sign any form to activate it. The phone banking officer said that i need not have to pay the due for this as this will be cancelled.

                          Few days later, i could see that they have charged me for not paying the due and also the insurance amount was not refunded fully. When i contact their customer service, they don't respond properly and they speak harshly.

                          Worst bank in my experience is hdfc!!!

                            fraud call for claiming expired reward points into bank account

                            Hi received a call where the person said that i have around 10200 expired reward points on my credit card. Today is the last day to redeem it and said that i'll get rs 9800 when i convert it to cash in my account. He asked me for another bank account card that i use frequently and said it can be transferred to this account. He started asking my card details such as card number, cvv, otp.                                 hdfc bank ach debit return charges

                                Hi -

                                I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 42923387

                                I have linked my home loan to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 5th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time and i haven't noticed that used the amount for some other thinking that the ecs was executed.

                                So i have paid the loan institue, the actual amount inclusive of fine....

                                1) premium payment happened twice for my policy due technical reasons
                                2) both the payments i have done from the net-banking/savings account only which is registered as neft as part of my hdfc life policy
                                3. I have requested excess amount to get back into my savings account
                                4. But they credited to my credit card account which is closed 6months back and not in use.
                                5. As i have done the payment from my savings account, its your responsibility to credit the excess amount back to savings account

                                Hi, please note that the transaction made via online .i.e into your credit card is being reversed to us from the bank post receipt of your concern. Further, it shall take few more days for us to process the amount via net banking as per your convenience and request made by you. The amount would be reversed to your account only.

                                I'm getting call from mobile no. [protected] stating he is HDFC life Relationship Manager (Banjara hills branch) and asking for email address and home address to send documents for signing to diversify portfolio.

                                Can you tell if he is genuine or fake?

                                Still the issue not resolved and amount not reverted to my actual account, There was another policy premium on last month Jan-28 but not paid as the amount got blocked here.

                                Such a kind of team and services, Highly disappointed.

                                Hi, please note that as the transaction was to be reversed from the bank to which account the amount was credited by us into CC, hence, it got delayed. Now, as per the confirmation received, the reversal is received by us and now, the amount is being processed by us into your savings account.

                                  The transactions was not made by me and hence, i have raised an fir
                                  Compliant reference no: mump[protected] it's been observed that even after multiple follow ups and reminders there is no response from your end waited for three months.

                                  Note: i haven't received any otp message nor transaction message for the transactions took place. I acknowledge that neither did any password sharing as stated in the chain email.
