I had ordered on 26 November 2014, for INR 652, order confirmation number HK[protected].
Estimate delivery date was Sunday 7 December. However, when I tried to track, it says shipment cancelled/ returned. I never got it or cancelled or returned the goods, there was no intimation that goods were out for delivery on 5 December. I had to contact them because Heath kart doesn't waste their time on customer care. December 11 I replied to their email that I want refund of the amount.
Since then there has been no communication from them and the refund not done yet. Another problem is that there is no communication from their end, unless I initiate. So from 26 November till date, 21 December 2014... Almost will be a month since I ordered, still no refund!
They are disappointing in every area - false promise, , misleading and insulting customer service which is a torture. Keeping people wait for the shipment and then disappointing them and ruining the excitement.
It's become a nightmare now.
