I ordered two supplements( universal nutrition mass gain 10lb and muscletech 100%whey protein) on 28th feb 2015 with order id HKD[protected]. I hav recieved my universal nutrition on 10th feb 2015 but as for other supplement i recieved it today i.e 14th march 2015 but when i opened the box i didnt recieve any muscle tech 100% whey protein instead i got a bedsheet inside the box... I didnt expect healthkart for such a bad delivery... Am very upset right now f.. I order supplements every month from healthkart since 2012 but never had such a bad exprience.. Kindly plz look into this matter as soon as possible..

    Dear Sir/Ma'am, I placed an order on Healthkart.com on 19th Feb 2015 under tha name of Rajneesh Pandey. The order ID was HKD[protected]. The expected delivery date was 3rd March. It's 13th March today and I have still not received the order or any updates about it's status. Please look into the matter and do the needful. It has been 10 days already. The status shows that the item has been delivered to Muradnagar S.O. (Ghaziabad), but it has still not reached me on the address that I gave.

      I have ordered for Thermometer 3 weeks back . I received a damaged product . Then i Returned it . Customer Care confirmed me to give new product . So re ordered again . Again I got damaged and Used product . I returned that . I have asked to return the money. Its almost more than 10 days . I didnt receive the money .         I, Dr Deepak had placed an order on this site for "urban verve Sunglass UV 3025 c9, Brown" of Rs 182 including delivery charges {Rs50} on 15/02/2015 . I recieved my product/order on 2/03/2015 and i was shocked to see/know that there was no sunglass/product i ordered I had recieved an empty box. There was nothing instead of the box. so, I request you to either refund my money or send a new one as early as possible. i hope that you will. Thanking you

          Worst online shopping experience ever!! With highly disappointed experience i have to state that i placed an order including three products order no. HKA[protected] on 28th jan 2015. First of all the order was broken up into 3 parts dont know for sake of what?... And above that one product is still not delivered to me till now... Its been almost 20 days now...i hav made complaints 3-4 times...and still the service is extremely careless and thete is no help.. Despite of that it was not a COD order...i have made the payments in the very beginning by debit card. Highly irresponsible behaviour of healtkart.com Really disappointed, looking forward to never shop with you again!! I want my order or refund ASAP.

              Call charges if healthkart customer care no is around 1.5 rupees/minute, far more than standard call charges. And the most shocking thing is that they start charging before the call is being connected to the customer care executives..most time call doesn't connect due to the unavailabilty of customer care executives but every time call charges are being applied. This is the most bizzare thing i have ever experienced...when I had a talk about this issue with healthkart they said that standard call rates are being applied..

                I had ordered on 26 November 2014, for INR 652, order confirmation number HK[protected]. Estimate delivery date was Sunday 7 December. However, when I tried to track, it says shipment cancelled/ returned. I never got it or cancelled or returned the goods, there was no intimation that goods were out for delivery on 5 December. I had to contact them because Heath kart doesn't waste their time on customer care. December 11 I replied to their email that I want refund of the amount. Since then there has been no communication from them and the refund not done yet. Another problem is that there is no communication from their end, unless I initiate. So from 26 November till date, 21 December 2014... Almost will be a month since I ordered, still no refund! They are disappointing in every area - false promise, , misleading and insulting customer service which is a torture. Keeping people wait for the shipment and then disappointing them and ruining the excitement. It's become a nightmare now.

                  Dear Sir, We have got the order yesterday. But when we have opened this, there were only 3 pairs. As per the order, there should be 4 pairs. Could you please let me know why this happens. I am informing you this third time... After that I have called them, as per our conversation/email reply, they were saying me to return the product or they will give me 100 reward points. 100 Reward points = 100 Rs.                       I ordered in HealthKart on Dec 4th and received a message from them stating my order would be delivered by Dec 6th. Today is Dec 16th and HealthKart is still unable to deliver my order. They are not even able to track where my shipment is. Every time I call they tell me we are unable to deliver due to courier issues and will deliver yours on priority.

                        I placed an order for Cricket Kit Bag on 27th Nov on HealthKart the estimated dispatch date was 15th Dec (Which is the worst turnaround time I have ever seen in the Online Shopping). I waited till 10th Dec and no update on the dispatch, I called up the customer care and with the rude agent with tons off attitude asked for cancellation and refund he happily agreed ever before I asked him. Saying that we will refund you amount in 7-10 Business days.. What the hell I have already waited for 12 days again I have to wait for 10 days to get mu money for no USE... Again a Dumb supervisor or some poor guy called and said that they couldn't able to procure the product which I have ordered. I am asking then why you guys do this Business???? Friends these people are big time cheaters don't ever trust them they will take your money and never send your product, they won't post your reviews on their site if the review is bad and they admit that..Keep away from HealthKart

                          I had placed an Order Id : HK[protected] on Dec 1, 2014. The info about shipment given on Healthkart website is totally wrong. This speed post article does not exists. I had tried to contact healthkart on their helpline number but they are unable to give correct info. They just said that my order is sended by them in 2 different parts. I had already paid required amount Rs 515 via Net banking. This kind of behaviour is really not expected from HealthKart.plz help!

                              I ordered On Optimum whey protein on 26th Nov and made the payment. Latest delivery was estimated on 5th Dec. for days the order status showed up as ready to ship. I called the customer care and they told me that it would be delivered in two working days. After two Days I called again and they told me they are facing some issue with delivery and will make sure that it is delivered on priority basis. Again after not receiving any order or EVEN A SINGLE MAIL from healthkart i called again and spoke to one of the supervisors. He told me that the order is escalated to their logistics department and will be delivered within next 48 hours. Still I got not even a mail, let alone the delivery of product. Yet again i called and i was given a tracking id and complaint no. for speed post which i found is not valid. Seriously this is how it works at healthkart? what is the customer supposed to do?

                                i have raised a return request for my protein powder, since it was sent without any importer information. Healthkart claims its authenticity guarantee but still got such product. I returned the product through Speed post and has been delivered to them. ( i asked them for a pick up since i am super busy with my work these days but they did not agree) Now after sending the product back i am not hearing any thing from them. I have sent them around 15 emails. Healthkart doesnt allow consumers to put product review. I have posted several reviews of the product but none of them was published which is seriously disturbing and misleading. This delay has costed me a lot apart from money but health wise, since i am not able to consume my desired dose of protein. I am seriously feeling harassed and cheated, Seeking help.

                                  I emailed healthkart the last email as: Query regarding pull up diaper, in HEALTHKART unfair and wrongly described product in order number: HK[protected] please reply to the below query for size, answer the 2 queries as below as early as possible.. 1) Is this waist size or the hip size which is mentioned on packet (it is not clear), 2) I will have to open the packet to see the size so need to confirm your return policy, please answer .. Upon no response, when i opened the packed which emntioend clearly up to waist size fo 44 inches(this was a lie and fake description by healthkart) as this was not suitable for waist of 36 also.. THIS SHOWS THAT HEALTHKART DOES NOT TEST OR LOOK AT QUALITY OF PRODUCTS BEFORE SELLING TO CUSTOMERS AND BLINDLY TRUST THEIR MANUFACTURERS OR VENDORS- THIS SHOWS LACK OF QUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FROM HEALTHKART. i feel that HEALTHKART IS LACKING QUALITY IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND CONFUSING CUSTOMERS WHICH ULTIMATELY BUY A WRONG PRODUCT BASED ON HEALTHKART DESCRIPTION, THIS SI NOT PLEASING ND ETHICAL FROM HEALTHKART, I NEED MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE EXPLAIN PRODUCT CLEARLY AND REMOVE THE INVALID AND WRONG DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS JUST TO SELL THEM AND FOOL CUSTOMERS..

                                      I ordered to purchase Cosco Elliptical Trainer CET TRIM 280 of Total Rs. 14705 . I prepaid for this order dated 7 Nov. 2014 and confirmation mail is also send by health kart at 7 Nov. 2014. But after that at 10 Nov. 2014 mail received by health kart with order confirmation number HK[protected] has been cancelled without my permission and didn't response properly. this is a cheat practice.                                         On Nov 4, 2014, I had placed an order for Pond's Age Miracle Daily Resurfacing Cream SPF 15PA++ 50 g, my order no: being HK[protected]. But I have received Pond's Age Miracle Cell ReGEN Day Cream SPF 15 PA++ instead. What should I do now to get my desired product? Please advise my next course of action.
