I shopped a lot from healthkart in 2014 and early 2015, but then 3 months back, i ordered 2 large adult diaper 10 pieces packs from healthkart of brand healthviva, which changed my relation and opinion about healthkart.
The size of diapers was medium but mention on pack was large, the quality was deteriorated and poor.
I asked for return but as pack was opened, healthkart refused on call..
And since then i stopped shopping from healthkart.
I lost 500 rs on 2 poor quality packs, but healthkart lost its customer for lifetime.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. As per our return policy, we cannot take back the used and opened products and also necessarily the issue should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
