Today I consulted my trainer so he made a correction and now I want to cancel my order and place another one with a slight change but what I see is no cancellation option.         I have been a loyal customer to Healthkart.. till the time i got a surprize as below: I ordered Hydro Whey worth rupees 6800 with this site while the same product was available on Amazon at a cost of rupees 5100. I just ordered because of site reputation & guarantee for original product. Below was my surprise when i received the order: a) When i Ordered, it was with free supplementary of "ON Shaker". while HealthKart supplied part w/o it saying that they will dispatch shaker later. b) when i Received order, Hydro Whey was having stamp of "Primarc pecan", while this was the same order I was getting at Rs.5100. So Healthkart has cheated me by supplying part by other company rater than stuff imported by themselves. c) I got a call after delivery of Hydro Whey that, they can't supply shaker as this is not in their stock and they are not liable to pay any refund. d) I asked to put the same thing in written, but i haven't received anything in written. Healthkart is the fraud site and really doubt on their commitment on guarantee on original stuff as they are transferring stuff from other e-commerce sites. While post the complaint they hardly care about their customers as they don't listen to anything. I highly prefer to think not twice but ten times while pacing any order to Healthkart.           Hello, I have ordered 2 pieces of LP Support Elastic Knee Support (941), Skin Medium and 2 pieces of LP Support Tennis Elbow Support with Strap (723), Blue Large via Healthkart online website on 15th OCTOBER 2015 for total Rs 2068 (Please see attachment) via order no.HKD[protected] But when i received the order today i.e. 18th October 2015 morning, I was surprised to see only 1 piece of of LP Support Elastic Knee Support (941), Skin Medium and 1 piece of LP Support Tennis Elbow Support with Strap (723), Blue Large only instead of 2 pieces. (Please see attachments) This is very unethical and unprofessional on healthkart services. I am going to post this on facebook as well as various consumer complaint websites.             I have always been a loyal customer of HealthKart. But it seems like they are taking customers for granted. I had ordered a Whey Protein on 20th September 2015. I got a confirmation saying that they would deliver the product by 26th Sept. Its been 29 Sept still the product is not delivered. I called their customer care around 4 times. Everytime they say, "it will get delivered by today for sure". Dont know what really they are trying to prove.             i ordered a product and the product iz vry bad...ordered 2 product...i ordered a product which is anabolic mass gainer and weight gainer and the product is very bad ...very bad particles in it and some insects in it and the supplement is not soluble in water...ant it seem that i ordered a protein product but u gave a vitamin product ...it look like a bad and duplicate product...i want you refund my money ...very dissatisfied guys...[protected] from dis no. i had ordered a product

              I had ordered a few times before from healthkart and always received timely delivery and had started to trust the company for good service. Until this time when I did not receive the order on time.. It was not just delayed delivery but horrible customer service.. When I called them to ask about order, the female on other end was actually screaming at me! Even as she said sorry.. I was shocked! When i asked her for her name so that I could raise a complaint against her, she just disconnected the call.. I emailed healthkart about this issue and told them to cancel my order as I didnt want to have such unpleasant conversations.. But again they called me and there was a guy on other side who also ended up hanging up on me when I asked what they are doing about the customer care issue that I raised.. They are not even cancelling my order and wasting my time. Hope this tranasaction with them comes to end soon and I will never order again..

                I shopped a lot from healthkart in 2014 and early 2015, but then 3 months back, i ordered 2 large adult diaper 10 pieces packs from healthkart of brand healthviva, which changed my relation and opinion about healthkart. The size of diapers was medium but mention on pack was large, the quality was deteriorated and poor. I asked for return but as pack was opened, healthkart refused on call.. And since then i stopped shopping from healthkart. I lost 500 rs on 2 poor quality packs, but healthkart lost its customer for lifetime.

                        hello sir my name is gourav . i will order from healthkrat of 7 june 2015 ultimata nutrition muscle juice . and my order HKM[protected].and i recevied my order 10 june 2015 at 11:44pm. i saw that tha box was light damage . but i ignored that but than i got up box and powder was out of box and i saw the box holes tha balty seal was breaked and powder was out side of balty and polothin also out side of balty . thats really wrong . i ordered vanilla and i just a light checked thats a other flavoured.and sorry that time was i have no click snapshot thats my big mistake regards gourav thanks

                          This is regarding the health kart product which we had purchased on December 2014. Specification of the product: SSN Anabolic Muscle Builder I used this product for 2months and i didnt found any changes. Then I buyed a new box from retail outlet and used it again for 2months. I found various differences between these two boxes. Then I came to know about the duplicacy of the SSN muscle gainer. I want my money back and thus i am registering this complaint on consumer forum.                             healthkart authenticity promise is totally fake. my product ON company whey protein 5lb (order no HKD[protected] is received with seal tempering condition. the protien powder is came out without open the container. container was open by someone without breaking the seal but seal is tempered .i register complaint with healthkart helpline number they register my complaint and tell me they will pick it up and order you a new product 24 to 48 hours but after 5 days no one come to my office.i paid 6544 rupees in my first purchase by faith on healthkart but they cheated me.

                                  I had placed an order(order id-HKD[protected] for a muscle blaze whey protein and a muscle blaze shaker, on 29th of april ...and today(7th may)i received its delievery, but inside the pack neither of that was there.Instead, there was a book of maharastra law journal in it.Two photos of that, i have attached with this. I would like to get this replaced, as soon as possible.

                                    Hi team, This is regarding Order ID- HKM[protected] placed in the name of Neha Bisht/Bhavuk Pujara. I ordered from Neha's phone so don't actually remember. Anyhow, I have been informed by your Customer Care executive that this order has been cancelled due to my # and email ID not found to be first time users. This is unreasonable because in that case my order wouldn't have been placed only. I can assure that the email ID and phone# both were first time users. I think there is something wrong with your HealthKart website and its operations. I am annoyed. Anyway not bothering about that anymore, I need to understand where is the money that was deducted from my account gone? When is it going to be refunded? I have got no notification about that on my mobile#. Can you please send the cancellation email to [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com instead? The email apparently you have sent this cancellation notification to is outdated. Thanks, Bhavuk Pujara

                                        I placed an order on 10th-Apr-2015 and was assured that I would receive it by 16Apr-2015. Today is the 21Apr-2015(ie 5 days past the delivery date) and I have still not received the order or any updates about the status. Health kart is terrible in its deliveries.
