My name is ANULAL.S, I have ordered Yonex Arcsaber 6 badminton racket( Performa Invoice for Order #HK[protected] Placed on : Jul 9, 2014). yesterday (24/7/14) evening i got the racket (delivery time -15 days). Your product has not original yonex arcsaber 6 because the handle was broken it (Enclosed: Photos of the racket).Company have been cheating me with false information. I call to customer care they were not pick the call, The company have been wasting my money & time and showing no respect to me as consumer.

      I had ordered for muscleblaze mass gainer. When I received the product the packing was intact. But when I opened the can it was filled with wheat flour and a packet of 1kg Goyal iodised salt. This is a case of fraud. I have paid Rs.2406/- for the product. I want full refund.

        My order no.[protected] and tracking no.[protected] when i received 6.6 lb muscleblaze mass gainer that was looking orginal to see that packing but in the jar it was powder of bicuits. I am not satisfied this product. I want to refund my money my contact no [protected].

        I have ordered on whey protein cookies and cream flavojr on 22nd jan through order no HKM[protected], i am regular customer of that product, but tgis time the taste of the product is thick and sticky, normally when prepared this flavour cokour is ivory in colour but this time when preparrd cokour is brownish and even it is less sweeter then normally on cookie cream flavor is, 100 percent it is mixed and adulterated.so would request you to change it and send the original product instead of giving cheaper rates to consumers and sending duplicate product, i would request to charge more but give original product, please dont mislead the consumer.

        Damaged product not replaced

        My order no is HK[protected] i received the product damaged, called c care many times but not replaced yet. Never buy any product from Healthkart.com

              I purchased an item (Kaizen Street Football. dated[protected], order no.: HK[protected] from HealthKart. I got a mail for purchase confirmation saying that the item will be dispatched within 10 days. But it has been more than 10 days now and I still didn't hear anything from HealthKart. I called their customer care[protected], I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and an executive came and asked the frequently asked questions. Then I came to know that we both share the same news - "Don't know why is it not shipped...". So calling them was a mistake (waste of time). What am I suppose to do?

                On the 6th of June, i made a purchase of ON WHEY isolate protein worth Rs. 3329. The payment was done through HDFC credit card. On submitting the one time password the webpage got hanged. I have had many conversations with Health Kart representatives regarding this matter but have not got any positive response. The last information was that the said amount of Rs3329 have been initiated for refund on 10th of June. But as of now neither me nor my bank has recieved any such information.                   Hello I has purchased an online stamping kit used for nail art. The description said stamping place 3 nail polish and the stamp but i have just received the stamping plate. I feel it was a wrong information displayed on site and only for the stamping plate Rs 210 along with shipping 280 rupee sis tooo expensive. I do not want the product.                     I ordered Stag family model TT indoor table (model 112) order id[protected]B41178 on 12th May 2014. They finally shipped the item through Safexpress.Safexpress guys came up to our apartment and said they can not bring the wooden panel up to my apartment door, but only keep it down and go as it did not fit in the lift. My wife refused and they went back. It is the responsibility of Healthkart to deliver the ordered items to door step. As it failed to do so, they must refund the amount I paid (Rs 12150.0). I hope they take note of this complaint and act positively.

                            i have ordered accu check active test trips for 750rs which i didnt got yet. as
                            per ur information it has to be delivered at 30 april 2014 only. the tracking id

                            No.: 2100739-SB72996.
                            i still didnt got my order in my hands...thanks for ur third class service...and
                            thanks for getting paid for nothing...i[censored] still have some ability to check it
                            personally then check what the hell is happening with my product...otherwise
                            that 750 rs goes into u n ur system for delivering nothing...sending sms saying
                            ur product will be delivered at 30 April is easy for u but its really difficult
                            to u to deliver the product in real...why the hell u will deliver the product
                            when u have got paid 750rs in advance...if it was a cash on delivery u could
                            have came searching for my address in two day...

                              I placed an order for Acuvue Clear lenses on 12th April. On 23nd April, I got a call from Healthkart stating that the prices for the lenses have increased, but they will still honour the order and ensure that the product are dispatches within the next 48hrs. It's been over a week since then, there's been no update or product delivery. What really shocked me today was that when I logged into my account on Healthkart.com, I found that my order was cancelled on the 23rd itself. So it seems that Healthkart didn't have any intentions of fullfil the order in the first place Very disappointing ..!!

                              HealthKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Still no response from healthkart. Customer service doesn't respond either.

                              So I guess you can NOT TRUST healthkart to fulfill the order that they accept on their website. Very unprofessional, dishonest business practices.. SHAME !!!

                              HealthKart — Non delivery of product and delay in refund

                              Ordered a product from them and this how they behaved. First delayed the product delivery then cancel the delivery by themselves only and then delaying the refund. What more worst you expect. Beware from Healthkart

                                I have ordered some personal Item(order Id[protected] as above mail on 5th Jan. as on today 5 PM( 12 days after placed order) I have not received the package.I have contacted with your customer care department, but every time they told me I'll get the package in next 1 or 2 days and as per you web site it take 1-3 days to dispatch but till now I have not received the material after 12 days from the placing order, as well as for excellent service I had to cancel my return to home, most Interesting thing is I have received mail few minute back that Order has been delivered Successfully but I have not received the material till now.

                                  Hello Sir, This is darshan gupta from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I order two products from www.healthkart.com. One is ON Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Double Rich Chocolate and other is Sattvik Organics Eye Care Under Eye Cream. On January 06, 2014, they emailed me "Expected delay in shipment of your order ID 10770202". Than I replied Ok, it can happen sometimes. On January 7 they shipped my "Sattvik Organics Under Eye Cream, Almond & Potato Extracts 40g" and told me that ON's Whey Protein in can't be shipped because Due to the assortment of products in your current order. I called them on January 10, 2014 and request them to please release my ON's whey product. They called me on same day in the evening around 5.30 p.m. and told me that the ON's whey product will be shipped on January 11, 2014. And the very same day on January 10, 2014, they emailed me around 7.25 p.m., and told me that the above product can't be shipped because it is not available. And this product is still showing on their website in stock (http://www.healthkart.com/sv/on-gold-standard-100-whey-protein/SP-9558?navKey=V... And they will refund my money in 7 - 10 days. Please guide me what to do.

                                    Following items of my order 1889817-B64694, placed on Nov 17, 2013 10:30:47 PM still have not reached to me...are you kidding...i had given the order in the prepaid mode...three times your representative called me and assured that my product would reach by tomorrow and all...but still now i have not received the product...if you can not dispatch the product by tomorrow by evening...return my money by tomorrow, ...otherwise i have to take further actions...

                                        Order id[protected], I paid Rs 752 for this order by internet banking. But they gave me invoice of Rs 553 only & also sent me the product of Rs 553. Remaining R.s199 was nowhere to be seen. To get clarification, 1st I tried to contact them by phone. I spent more than Rs 200 for calling them & every time they use to put me on hold (sometimes for more than 15 minutes) & never really could get to speak with any person. Tired of this, I sent them mail but for that also I received no response. I kept on sending them mails daily for consecutive 7 days. I always used polite words, requested them, repeatedly said please, I even begged to them to response but no response. Finally, I threatened them that if they don’t respond I will take matter to consumer court & online forums & then only they responded. Overall shopping with Healthkart caused me huge headache. So word of caution for Healthkart shoppers - their customer service is virtually non existent, if you are okay with this then only you shop with Healthkart.
