Kaizen Street Football still in-process after 10 days of purchase

non-existent customer service

Order id[protected], I paid Rs 752 for this order by internet banking. But they gave me invoice of Rs 553 only & also sent me the product of Rs 553. Remaining R.s199 was nowhere to be seen. To get clarification, 1st I tried to contact them by phone. I spent more than Rs 200 for calling them & every time they use to put me on hold (sometimes for more than 15 minutes) & never really could get to speak with any person. Tired...
