Dear sir/madam,

I have booked a cod from healthkart order id[protected] name yug thakur. I got a massage from xpressbees that on monday 7.08.2017 my cod will deliver but unfortunately at night i saw in xpressbees status that your courier agent give the update that consign not available, i have call your customer care several time and from there only assurance come that your shipment will deliver with in 24 hours but 72 hours gone no phone call from xpressbees. I am very much feed up with your courier service and it is impossible for me to follow up so many time.

    I had received my order on 18th october for domin8r mass mutation 2lbs and when i opened it on the 19th. There was a lot of residue on the box which i thought could be dust. I opened the outer seal and when i opened the cap i was shocked that the inner seal which is sealed for protection against adulteration was opened. I mailed the healthkart team and sent all pictures required.

    They took a good one weeks time to come to a conclusion and yesterday i receive a mail which states that the you have opened the outer seal so we cannot do anything.

    Inner seal may have got opened due to mishandling in transit. How does that even make sense?? If there is a mishandle, the outer seal should open not the inner one.

    I am going to take this higher now because if something happens to my health after consuming that product, will healthkart be liable for any health issues caused?

    More than half my office colleagues and friends use healthkart. I will definetly recommend them not to use because they are just bothered about money and not customer satisfaction and health.

        My order no is hkm[protected], it was send via xpressbees courier with tracking no.[protected]. It should be deliver to me by 11 september, but i get this on 13 september. It is a xtreme force muscle fuel anabolic 5 lb.
        It is not send from healthkart warehouse, it is send from esn mumbai without quality check. Healthkart is also doing same like shopclues, snapdeal and amazon. They send product from their associate without quality check. So there is no guarantee of authenticity.
        When i opened this box, i get product in opened seal condition. I complained about this to healthkart. Healthkart wants to send back to their associate for quality check.
        Now here is a problem vendor send me a product in name of healthkart and now vendor will check its quality if vendor will satisfy then healthkart credit reward point in name of return, if vendor will not satisfy then he will dispatch same product to me, so now i m totally depends on vendor. Aa everyone knows that why vendor will accept his fault. So healthkart is only taking commission. No quality check done via healthkart before shipping.
        I get a garbage of 5lb of 2213 rs. Healthkart should quality check before shipping. My money is gone. Healthkart has also take his commission because i ordered product on healthkart, which is send via vendor like shopclues.com

        You want that i sent back product to your cheater vendor.when vendor will satisfy then you refund me in form of reward point.if your cheater vendor will not satisfy then you will dispatch same garbage to me.is anyone agree that healthkart's cheater seller will accept his fault?
        Why you didn't check quality before shipping.my product is came from your cheater seller to me, there is no quality check done by you.
        I cheated by your seller.my money has gone.and also your pickup boy refused to seal the product infront of me.as i get a message that if pickup boy don't seal the product infront of me, then i refuse to handover.
        I also called your customer care same time and your executive also talked with him.but i didn't get any confirmation email or message that t can give the product to your pickup boy without seal ( which is done by pickup boy according to healthkart's message)

        I have ordered from HealthKart and give them advance payment by online banking, they have send me tracking number of my parcel but its not arrived yet. I have visited near post office but they said that’s your problem we can’t say anything about that.
        I order hi basic omega 3 on sep 14-2017 . When I got the prodect it’s ok but now it’s inside I see some defects and also I eat one cabsul. On the day I had a bad stomach pain... pls check the photo blew and can’t act me i want to replacement for this product...and my order number is HKM[protected]

          Hello sir ...I am pancham from mysore ..i orderd a product and i got delivered today that is 16 September...and the delivery guy gave the box to me i removed the package and opened the box ...whey protein and when i openwd it the box had a huge dent like condition...it was pressed inside ...like it was pushed hard on to a rod or someting...i have not yet opened the seal of the box...and however i can send you the picture...please resolvw the issue as soon as possible order no awb[protected] ...Thank you.

          Actually I ordered dymatize creatine and I got fake product..i got to know when images shown in the app was not matching with product I got..so need to replace it

              Not satisfied at all as i waited for a product for 7 days and also it was extended few daws and then i got a message that your order was returned as they were not able to find my address. Also i was not called. If you would have called i would surley navigated you... And then when i called to the costumer care they only said sorry and asked me to replace the order... I mean what the hell was that... I waited for the product for 7 days and now you are saying me to wait for it for another 7 days... Really disappointing

              I placed an order on 03/09/2017. I ordered two BCAA PRO watermelon flavour with order id- HKD[protected] and HKD[protected]. Actually I need to order BCAA 6000 and ordered BCAA PRO by mistake. So now i want to cancel both these orders but i am not getting any option to cancel my orders.

                  I ordered health viva daily-multi vitamin with ginseng, unflavored 60 soft gels (Ref: hkd[protected], dated 22/07/2017)
                  But i received health viva daily-multi vitamin, multi mineral, amino acids with taurine & ginseng, 60 n film coated tablets.

                  This is not acceptable from the company which has reputation of selling the quality health products but now it seems that playing with the life of people in delivering wrong product which can cause health hazard for any customer. The product is charged for high end product as the comparative range but delivering with low range products.

                  And on talking to the customer support they are not accepting the mistake for the same.
                  So, i attached the images of the product wrongly delivered to me.
                  Till date no resolution from there side not even a single follow up.

                  Such a high level of negligence in there service.

Though shipment tracking is shown as reached to my city on 3rd of july, the product has not been delivered yet!                               I had ordered muscleblaze whey protein and it was schedule to come on monday, 19th june. On that day i was not at home nor any of my family members. But the courier guy came and gave the parcel to my neighbor without my consent or informing me and i didnt know my neighbor at all.
                              I came back home and my neighbor gave the package to me and now in that parcel shaker is missing. I dont know if the courier guy gave it or not my neighbor took it, but the responsibility is of the healthkart to make sure that it gets into the right hand. But it was very unprofessional work done by healthkart and the courier service.
                              And yesterday when i tracked my parcel on xpressbees it showed delivered, immediately i launched a complain to the courier company xpressbees, with complain no: 5762960. Anyways please make sure that i get that shaker anyhow as soon as possible. Details are below.
