I ordered Diapers on 16th October 2014 and estimated delivery date was on 19th October 2014. But they failed to update the status as well in the form as where the product was. When I called Customer care about the same the executive instead of replying me she is chatting in phone with another Colleague of hers regarding eat outs when I have been explaining the issue. I Just don't understand WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT is this?Not even informing to be on hold?? Pathethic experience. I understand there will be delay in delivery of items but why don't you talk and convince the Customers..

    I placed an order for Creatine on 27th Oct 9 A.M on HealthKart the estimated dispatch date was 28th Oct. I waited till 29th and no update on the dispatch, I called up the customer care and with the rude agent with tons off attitude I asked for cancellation and refund he happliy agreed ever before I asked him. A lady from HealthKart called me back in the noon begging me not to cancel the order and that she will surely ship the product within evening. 30th Oct afternoon I see the same status Ready for dispatch, I called up the customer care and spoke to the supervisor who again told me he will ship it by evening, I asked him to cancel the order again which he agreed and told me that the refund will take 10 days time...Friends these people are big time cheaters don't ever trust them they will take your money and never send your product, they won't post your reviews on their site if the review is bad and they admit that..Keep away from HealthKart

        I had placed an order of order iD HK[protected] for health aid vitamin e cream worth rs 569 and the est delivery date was 24/10/2014 and now it is 27/10 and the order is not yet shipped. This is my first order on Healthcart and i will make further purchases only when this one is successful.

          This is regarding the order# HK[protected] placed in HealthKart.com. I am very disappointed by the delivery of this particular product. I have received lot of product from healthkart but never experienced this kind of service. The carrier service person you have sent is asking me to come to a place which is 10-15min walking distance from the address I have provided. When I requested him to the place he is unwilling to come here. Could you please let me know behind this kind of attitude or service even though I am paying for this? I would like to know where can I escalate this thing and possible delivery date of my product?

            Placed an online order with healthkart order ref no hk[protected], on 10th october. 2014
            Not yet been delivered even after 12 days.
            Vide their email dated 10th october they informed me blue dart tracking no.[protected] with estimated delivery time as 14th october. No response on this traccking from either blue dart or healthkart.

            Please note that theitem is glucometer strips which are very important and daily necessity for
            Checking blood sugar.
            My emails to healthkart are responsed by standard one liner replies of no consequence. I am emailing them daily and their response are standard insensisitive replies like a parrot.

            Hopeless people to deal with. Please help me get my material or monies back.

                I ordered ultimate nutrition's muscle juice on 29th september with the order Id HK[protected] and paid the amount(Rs.2634) by online mode healthkart disptched it by safexpess but due to some reason it got returned back to healthkart...I want the amount to be reversed to source bank account and requested for the same on 11th October 2014 but stiil healthkart is a failure. .please help

                delay in delivery of product

                wheel chair for rs.7268 has not been delivered yet...order has been placed a month ago... making fool of customers...this site would never earn profits and be success, ...all frauds and cheaters

                  I ordered a whey protein shake Order No. HK[protected]. I ordered it on 29th September. Its been 6 days. The estimated delivery date was 5 October but even it is gone and I haven't received My order yet. Whenever I call them they tell me that it has been delayed and they will try to make it as soon As possible. I am frustrated badly.

                    We have place order for baby tricycle vide Order #HK[protected] on 30.08.2014.Payment was also made. At the tome of placing the order the sit eshowed that the estimated delivery time will be 3-4 days. After we made the payment it showed that Estimated dispatch date as 7th sep and delivery date as 10th sep. Till date the product has not delivered and stil the site has also no update regarding the status of order. We are highly disappointed with the services of healthkart as it has been been 15 days after placing the order and it is not yet delivered.

                      Order ID: HK[protected] placed on[protected] The product included a free transparent shaker, but what I have received is a Black color cheap quality shaker. When I tried calling customer care, they are disconnecting my call and not replying to my messages. Cheap quality service. Extremely dissatisfied. Amazon is much better!!!

                        This is J.Mohan and i placed an order for GNC triple strength fish oil(2 nos) on 3/09/14 and a payment of Rs.4911/- (healthkart)had been debited at 22:29:25

                        and another amt of Rs.4911/- (Aquamarine healthcare)debited at 22:37:19.
                        but i got a message that my payment was not successful.

                        I checked with banker and they confirmed my payment was made successful...Requesting you to refund the same...

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Myself purchased 1 no. Omron Blood Pressure Monitor Upper Arm (HEM-7200), Regular on Feb 18, 2013 through Health Kart vide order no.[protected] ref. the m/c photos & trailing invoice. But after running without any problem for more than 1 year it is observed that the machine is not getting ON though the batteries are new & in good condition. There is no display coming after pressing the ON/OFF button of the Blood Pressure Monitor. Being a very helpful equipment for regular health check up myself is facing very difficulties for the same. Pls. suggest what to do & how the machine can be brought to its proper functionality. Matter may kindly be treated as urgent. Pls.                               I bought Vector X Body Trimmer (JF-1050), Medium from your site and after 4-5 use it broke into two pieces.I complainted on 15th day of delivery so your costumer care refused to return or change product. Order no.: HK[protected] How can I know it will break after 14 days or I should complaints always in 14 days for any product of healthkart may be it will break after 14 day..?? So what should I do now just throw product away and never buy any product from you or you can do something fro me.

                                I had placed an order on 4th of august order no (HK[protected] and I got a mail from healthkart letting me know that I will receive the product on or before 10th August.. It never came in the mail. so I called customer service and they said the courier company had send it back to them and so they will re ship it for me. I was fine with that. On the 20th I got a mail from Healtkart saying that I will get the product delivered withing 48 hrs time. Now today the 22nd of August I call Customer service and they tell me, the product is returned by the courier company back to them. And the guy tells me, i can cancel my order or re order it again. I am a fitness person and Hit the gym everyday...This delay has caused me 2 weeks of my proper diet and workout. I would like to take this issue up. Is this what service Healthkart provides?

                                      Smart Care Mechanical Baby Weighing Scale (SCBC 3008), order HK[protected], placed on Jul 25, 2014 4:21:50 PM. I received the courier yesterday afternoon. Packing was good, but the machine is broken and not properly measuring the weight. Viewing window is broken. I do not want keep this mechanical weigh scale, I want it to return.
