Dear Sir

This is my Order number[protected],they sent me product which contains instects,also products looks like old stock,i also send the photos to them,they told they will do reverse pick ,until now they never done refund or reverse pick up,

they not responding to me properly,during shipment itself they know the quality of the product

Please i need the justice,also we should banned the company,how can they send this kind of food stuff,they cheating in food items,we have to take strong action against them,i also attaching they emails they have send to me

    This is to the reference of the order id[protected] on Healthkart's website which was in process today 09.07.2013 at around 6:00pm but was not completed from their side.

    Unfortunately the amount of Rs 1133/- has been deducted from my bank account.

    Another thing I want to add that i did try to contact them via telephone at their 24x7 number at[protected], but no matter how many times I tried today no one picked up the phone and answered me.

    Also email them about the matter but they have turned a deaf ear towards me.

    Please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bank — Account wrongly Debited

    Hi,

    Yesterday my account has been wrongly debited by Rs.8000. I called to bank official regarding this issue, they told that the amount has been withdraw by your ATM card, but i haven't withdraw any amount.

    Kindly do the needful.

      The subject is Healthkart.com, an online shopping portal.
      ( they claim to be " India's premier e-health store! " )

      I ordered some products for my baby ( Bottle sterilizer, Feeding bottles and some other items).
      below is the quote from the email received by me on 19th Feb, subsequent to placement of order and full online payment .

      "Order, dated Feb 19, 2013 1:37:40 AM, for INR 2,847.88, with order confirmation number[protected] is being processed ...."

      Then here is the second email I received on 22nd Feb
      " Following items of your order[protected], placed on Feb 19, 2013 1:37:40 AM have been dispatched. This completes the shipping of your order in its totality. Here are the details:........"

      Then after tens of frantic calls to their customer care , false promises , lame excuses and heated arguments for more than two weeks , came their sweet email

      "Dear Dr Sanjeev Mishra
      Thank you for shopping with HealthKart. We trust that you had a good shopping experience and are on your way to the zenith of health.
      Your Order No.:[protected] has been successfully delivered"

      It has been really agonizing time for our 1.5 yrs old baby and for us also as we had to buy bottles and sterilizer so that the baby doesn't get any infection
      I hope, there is some strict action is taken against such misleading and dubious online vendors so that the trust of customers on online shopping can be kept safe .

        Hi - I ordered "Muscletech CellTech Hardcore Performance Series" (Order Number[protected].
        It was ordered on Feb 24,2013 and as per their them it should be dispatched in 3-4 days.
        It is now Feb 4,20133 and no delivery has been made . I have called twice earlier but was informed that it will be deliverd asap and today when i called i was told that it has been not yet dispatched.
        This is ridiculous. After paying Rs. 3,559.11 for product this is yet not dispatched.
        This is how the healthkart.com is making consumers fool.
        Such online business should be banned for their service and looting customers.

        I want an immediate action and their cancellation to run this online business.

          please dont ever order anything via this site.. I ordered a lakme kajal and biotique foot cream and i paid before delivery via card. But they are saying that they have delivered in mehdhipatinam, hyderabad whereas i live in madhapur,hyderabad. they are saying that i should go and talk to the security guy who got my product in mehdhipatnam and get it. The customer care people are so irresponsible and they dont reply properly.

            I have been trying to get confirmation on my purchase via telephone for 3 days now. Never got a satisfactory answer. They always tell me to wait 24hours. Here is what happened: I wanted to make the payment of Rs.1020/-. So i went through the process. and I was forced to create an account in www.citruspay.com so I did. Everything was going fine untill I got stuck to a page where it said. "Citrus gateway is redirecting.......'" or something like that for half an hour. I called up Healthkart.com Customer Care and explained them that. The person behind the phone asked me to refresh the page. And so i did. And He told me that he will call back me in 24 hrs for the confirmation of the order or he'll arrange a refund. But no one called. I had to call again for the same matter. and again they promised me a callback but again Same Problem. This is been going on for 3 days now. I contacted Citruspay for this same matter. And got an reply that the payment has been successfully remitted the funds to the merchant. With the Reference Number [protected] The Exact date and time of payment: 28 January 2013 at 03.53:58 PM Throught the Bank "Bank of Baroda"

              I booked through online website www.healthkart.com for a 'Met Rx Whey Isolate', And a 'Muscle Blaze Fat Burner' on 23rd January 2013 and they are given offer in their website as follows;

              ' Buy MetRx Ultramyosyn Whey Isolate and Get 1 Shaker FREE!!!'

              but they are not sent me free products to yet,but above two of products will get 28/01/2013 10.45am, the same time i informed health cart customer care[protected], But they are give me a sorry after they need to pass this deivery for taken 24 hours but 29/01/2013 8.30am yet hasn't get any details of delivery, And they are given a false tracking ID of speed post.

              So I want get justice from www.healthkart.com'S concerned authority,

              I rememberd to all ,above www.healthkart.com company is give fraud committment and they are not keeping customer relation so I think its products is good or not?The Met Rx whey isolate is US made company but this bottle not showing original places bench mark and puching in palstic bottle and electronic sign only given a paper sticker in outside the bottle,so i want confirmation of original products from Met Rx company

                I Have ordered MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer Kesar Badam Pista on 21st Jan'13 (ORDER NO 1367755-S73854) and i have received the same on 24th Jan’13, along with this product I haven’t received shaker, but when i was order the product it was showing in web site there a free shaker along with the 0.5Kg, when i got confirmation call, same has been confirmed by healthkart. After this I called up customer care and I spoken to Mr, Anup more than 4 times on 24th Jan ‘13, than I wrote a mail, One Mr. Vaibhay Malik respond my mails but NO USE. They are chatted me. and worst customer service i have ever experienced.

                After many follow ups now Helthkart is telling lie that we’re not offered free shaker with MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer Kesar Badam Pista (0.5KG).

                And even today when I go to history in my net browser on particular date (21st Jan’13) it’s showing BUY 1.5 Kg OR 3 Kg And Get Nivia Leather Gym Gloves FREE!!. But where is the my placed the order free shaker with 0.5kg pack of MuscleBlaze Mass Gainer. So they are changed the offer in bitwen 22nd jan’13 to 23rd jan’13.

                Healthkart chatting customers very badly…I got worst’s customer service i have ever experienced.

                  My order ref: 1344844-S07 467

                  I had called your customer care on 5th January 2013 and ordered a “Quittance After Birth Reshaping Grid” also provided the Item code: BSH1967, but I received an entirely a different product yesterday I found on your website the item code for the product I received is MAT124. Then i called your customercare and i was told to send the picture of the product and pickup of the product will be arranged within a day, which was not done until i called after 2 days of that conversation. I spoke to the floor manager by namr Farhan and i was shocked to know that they are not aware about what was happening with my case and i had to explain everything again, he promised me a callback from complaints team the next day which never happened, however the product was picked after 3 days. On 17th the product was collected from my address and still i have received no updates on it. I called today 22nd January and spoken to Moni Lal to know the status, i was shocked to know your customer care do not have any details about what is happening, when I insisted to talk to Farhan he told me he will put me across to him and put my call on hold and came back after 5 minutes stating Farhan is not available, now I feel I am being conned. I need the complete refund now.
                  I would appreciate you if someone look into this and do the needful ASAP, if not i will be taking it furthur.

                    i ordered knee cap from healthkart.com this week and just after 1 use, all its stiches have opened up and its not even wearable now. All its gel material is out now.

                    This product is pathetic. I want healthcart to replace it asap.....as I am there regular customer and do not expect such bad product from them.

                      1. Never ever felt the need to write a consumer complaint till now in my 7 years of online buying experience. I had ordered Optimum Nutrition Gold standard whey protein + Optimum Nutrition Micro Creatine from healthkart 3 weeks back. The shipments were delivered to me after 4 days back, meanwhile I tried to get in touch with the customer care to check status of the shipment but could NEVER get through to them. Supposedly, they are always busy.

                      2. Now coming to the contents, the creatine came in a bottle which was damaged and leaking ( ! ) and the Whey protein was 2 weeks past expiry date ( Double whammy !! ). I can understand if there is a bit of slip up if the contents are non-edible ( like size mismatching, color mismatch etc when you are purchasing apparels ) but how can a professional establishment not see basic things like container sanity and expiry date for consumable food items ? These people are playing with lives of people like us if they are being so callous, isn't it ?

                      3. Assuming that this is a one off case, I tried to get in touch with the customer care over phone ( supposedly they have 24x7 call center ) and frankly I was never able to get in touch with anyone in last 4 days, I must have tried at least 30 times. Finally, I got hold of one customer care guy on chat and he told me to email me to [protected]@healthkart.com and completely ignored my queries, why the heck they are pretending online support on chat then ?

                      4. I emailed to them with pictures of both the bottles on the same day i.e. 4 days back but still there is no response. I was at the end of my tether hence decided to see if there are any consumer complaints against these guys and landed here.

                      ALAS, I should have come here first before sinking in more than 7K of my money. I am planning to give them 1 week more to see if there is any progress on this otherwise I will have to resort to a court case. I am sure I have a pretty strong case here.

                            I ordered 2 products from www.healthkart.com. The minimum dispatch time is 4 days but till date they haven't even dispatched the product. I called up the customer care and she said it would be dispatched in 2-3 days. So its like,I would receive the product after 6-7 days now.Its almost 11 days and i think it would be 20 days in all.
                            Worst shipping and customer care ever.

                              These guys are the biggest cheats have ever seen on internet. They run away with my money. Closed you business and run away. Fraud and scamsters.

                              I placed an order on monday. On tuesday their customer care told us that the order will be shipped today (Tuesday), it was not. Wednesday i tried chatting online with these guys they asked my order id an never responded back. I called up no one picked the call on customer care number. Thursday i again tried chatting no one responded i waited entire day. I called no one answered. Friday i again called, one person said that the order will be shipped today (Friday) it was again not shipped. Today i am calling since morning no one is picking my calls at their customer care number when it is written that they give 7 days service. Have these guys wrapped up after cheating people out of their money and run away. Their customer care agent online is the rudest i have seen. He/she had the audacity of telling a customer, instead of apologising that, i am giving useless information and no order id. I have given order id to them innumerable times and these guys lie always.

                              I have never seen such rude people and cheaters on internet.

                              These guys had no manners to even apologise and then their customer care agent is misbehaving. Give my money back cheaters.

                              I ordered something for my kid, my kid has been sufferring for last 5 days as these cheats tell lie everyday, i could have gone to the market and saved more time than i did wasted in ordering online.

                              I agree with this review completely. I am not sure why these guys are still around, there should be regulation in online selling. They can not get away with such dismal customer service.

                                Sir,
                                I had placed an order no.[protected] on Nov 18, 2011 4:08:59 PM for Clean & Clear Deep Action Oil Control Face Wash SIZE 80ml Quantity 7 Nos. and paid Rs. 525/- through my Visa Card. I got a a mail from Healthkart.com confirming that the order was confirmed and will be shipped shortly.
                                Later i got a phone call from them that the order can not be shipped due to company policy. I asked them as to where was such a thing mentioned on their website to which their representative had no answer. She only only said that they would refund my money.
                                I just wanted to bring to your notice how these online shopping sites are taking customers are taking well-meaning customers for a ride and hood-winking them.
                                Please also note that, later i placed the same order with Urbantouch.com and they have not only accepted the order but have also already shipped the items.
                                i hope justice shall prevail through this medium and fraudulent intentions of websites such as healthkartkart.com are nipped in the bud before the virus spreads and lacs of indians are duped of their hard earned money.

                                  i had ordered a perfume whose order number is[protected]. i got an email from healthkart.com on 21st september that the product was shipped via speedpost on 21st september 2011. i have called the call center some 7 times asking for tracking number but the customer service agents lamely respond that speed post is not trackable online! on 8th time they have me a tracking number - EH[protected]IN. but, this is not the tracking number of the 'perfume' order as the tracking details show that it was shipped on 26th and not 21st.

                                  i want the full refund of my order as healthkart.com does not seem to be at all reliable!

                                  I had ordered 5 Durex Superthin Ultima.
                                  All the packets were crushed and damaged.
                                  I have mailed them multiple times. No response!
                                  Healthkart sucks!
                                  Still now i am not got my item..my order number is[protected]
                                  i have ordered for a HealthKart First aid box on Sunday 1/6/2014. My payment was deducted but I din't get a confirmation mail. I tried calling the HealthKart Customer Care number[protected] but they are not picking put the call. Kindly do the needful.

                                    Dear Sir /Madam
                                    I had ordered Shahnaz Diamond Skin Rejuvenating Mask with healthkar.com but was sent Shahnaz Diamond Exfoliating Scrub...
                                    After so many calls they told that it was Shahnaz's mistake and we cannot do anything...
                                    But again when i resest they told me to send wrong product and they will invetigate in this matter...
                                    I had paid Rs 1200/- for my correct product but they are harashing me for not arranging proper product..

                                    I want compensation for this full refund of my money.

                                    Our Customer Services had written you a mail in this regard stating to send the old product back and we are ready to bare the courier charges too and we are ready to give you the new product.

                                    I just logged into healthkart and gave an order.by mistake, I used my credit card...did not see the reviews...had recommended it to 4 of my friends...seems to be a really bad idea.the company seems very unreliable...
                                    I agree as well. We also placed an order in healthkart without looking at any reviews. Never thought it was another fraud website. We lost our money. The order doesnot show up in the order history and while it was getting processed, our money was credited to some one called RAVI and our order showed error.

                                    So please everybody dont get fooled or cheated.
                                    i ordered a few nutritional supplements from Healtkart.com. Last batch was fine so I ordered another one. But this time I ordered two products. These products looked so ancient coz of their faded packing. I checked the dates, they were a year old & had left some expiry which is a bit reassuring but they looked more than a few years old.

                                    1 packing was intact, but the others seal on the box was cut. When i opened the cardboard box of the product (Dymatize Elite), it had a air tight seal bag kind of thing holding the supplement but even it had been tampered with.

                                    Don't know what to do with the product as I think the contents in it aren't genuine. Not sure whether I will be consuming a genuine supplement or custard & skim milk powder with some other things i don't know about.

                                    It cost me 4400 Rs. I think when they are charging so much, Healthkart.com should buy supplements from trusted and certified vendors and not gray market cheats.

                                    Highly disappointed. I dont think I'll be ordering products from them again.
                                    I had ordered a supplement and got it delivered within a couple of days via COD. Service was good. Only down side is that the review of the product was very bad (British nutrition whey protein) in other sites. So nothing to blame healthkart. But I'm worried to order again from them after reading JD_11's bad experience on his later orders.

                                    We ordered splenda tablets in 1+1 offer but firstly the order was delivered in a period of 1 month. Secondly we had ordered 2 packs of 1+1 but we received only 2 pcs (instead of 4pcs.). We made several complaints on your helpline number they always assured the remaining order will be delivered soon. But till date no action was taken. The order was placed on 14 September 2011 with order num[protected].
                                    This is a request either you deliver our products or please return the pending payment.

                                    HealthKart.com — Non Receiving of Purchased products

                                    I had purchased some items online from healthkart.com on 24/5/2013 with the order ID 1561705-S74433. I have not received the item till today (13/6/2013) after 20 days of order. I am very unhappy. Healthkart is not doing good service. Very bad company. Please dont buy any item from healthkart.com

                                    STAY AWAY from this site..... CRAP customer support.... CRAP payment gateway....

                                    They took my money and said that the order didn't get processed... After several emails later they informed me that a refund has been issued... Its been a month since, yet to get the refund back....
                                    I ordered 2 products from healthkart in chandigarh..10 days I kept on waiting..I contacted customer care ..they kept on saying it will be processed..later got an email that your order has been cancelled..WTF ..they have harassed me..hate this [censored]ng site...
