I have ordered for on micronised creatine powder on 07/8/2016 and estimated delivery was on 12/8/2016, but till now i didnt recieve any messages nor email from them.. Tracking details were not seen after 9/8/2016!!! So irresponsible..!!

    When i opened the container was open..
    And all the powder was splilled out.
    I am very disappointed with the service and the product.

However, the order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled at this stage that's the reason we have raised a request for "Product Return" under the reference no. - #521861, the same will be returned to us within 24 - 48 working hrs. In between, if shipment reaches destination for delivery then you can simply refuse to accept the parcel, the same would return to us and automatically stand cancelled.         I have ordered a product from health kart which i received on 10th of july bt today on 24th of july i wish to return it back due to some reason but i am trying to contact customer care by providing reason being sunday and i m not able to place my return request hka[protected]. If my request is not issued today then ultimately my product cannot be returned after today.

          My healthkart email Id for the order is [protected]@hotmail.com.

          I had placed order from Healthkart and it had been shipped via Delhivery on 31st may 2016. Till today as on 13th June 2016 I haven't received my item. And even after complaining so many times oto Healthkart and delhivery they are saying that it will take 3-4 days more and under section 144 it has been delayed. As I read about section 144 there is no such case to be checked under that section.

          I had also asked Healthkart to cancel my order but they didn't cancel neither replied to my mail regarding cancellation.

          Please do the need full. Either cancel my order and check what's the problem with Healthkart or delhivery. I don't have to waste doing all this due to their mistakes of delivering my item on said time line.

            On 27th of May 2016, I ordered an Optimum Nutrition creatine from Healthkart.com having order id HKA[protected]. They told me that they will refund me as soon as tgey will receive the product. The product is said to have been returned but they are not initiating my refund. I gave all necessary details about my refund. It has been more than 10 days that i have not received my refund. So i want my refund as early as possible.

                  I ordered Muscleblaze weight gainer and I got an offer of getting a free protein mixer with it. Now I got the product but I didn't get any free protein mixer with it. I always shop from healthkart because I know the authenticity of your website. But now I am not satisfied this time because you show free products on your website and at the time of delivery we are not giving the freebies. Don't fool your costumers by showing the freebies wit it.

                    Fraud company healthkart! I have ordered 100 capsules geanade thermo detonator..and they delivered 29 capsules my order number is HKM[protected] .a courier person came from Ecom Airway and picked up the product Grenade thermo Detonator on 10th of april and then i have shared my account number with healthkart theough email..12 days i was calling at healthkart customer care and asking for refund of my money .which is rupees 3277..they keep saying i would get that amount on tomorrow at my bank account..on 13th day when i was fighting with a customer care executive get to know that they can not give my amount at my bank they have to send a cheque..now they need another 10days to do the process.these guys are simply harrasing customer..they must shut down their business .

                    Healthkart is a fraud company .I have ordered Grenade Thermo Detonator 100 capsules unflavoued on 4th April 2016, and it got delivered on 6th, April 2016 . I have paid Rupees 3277 . But there were only 29 capsules inside the bottle . I have asked healthkart customer care to pick it from my home .After lots of complaint and numerous phone calls a delivery boy came and took the bottle back on 10th April from my residence, since then there is no communication from healthkart . Whenever I call them they say I would be getting a call back from healthkart regarding this matter . Its been 10days almost and issues not resolved yet . No response no calls from healthkart. I want my money back. This is not a small amount, my invoice number RHKXPRESSO00423. Order ID-HKM[protected]. Company should have some decency to return customer's amount within 10 days . Why they blocked my money for such a long time ??

                      I had ordered muscleblaze whey active 4.4lbs (Protein powder) on 7th april 2016. On healthkart.com.

                      The gojavas courier services was to deliver me the order.
                      They texted me on 12th, 13th, & 14th october that they will deliver my order on these days. But it never happened.
                      On 13th april the courier centre at my city called me and requested that i should personally aquire the order from their location. But when i reached to them, they told me due to some problem they cant handover me the order, instead they themselves will deliver me the order, the next day i. E 14th april.
                      But i havent delivered the product till 15th april.

                      So i reach to the logistics personally on 16th april and after 45 minutes waiting
                      They handed over the order to me.
                      I swallowed all the torture with patience.
                      But when i opened the box at my home i realised that the product was
                      Already tampered/seal broken & the weight of the product was much
                      Below 2 lbs.
                      I immediately mailed the illustrated situation to [protected]@healthkart.com & called the customer helpline of healthkart.com, and illustrated the whole fiasco to the representative of healtkart, named vaishali ; and asked what should i do in this situation? I also asked her that do i have to complain this to logistics or not?
                      She first requesed me to mail the photos of the tampered & broken inner seal of the product & assured me that healthkart will take care of this matter in next 24 hrs. & so i didnt have to go to the local courier centre that handed over me the order.
                      But after few hours the healtkart.com representative called me on my phone, this time it was male candidate named "iswar parsad", and he straight told me that they always do send the authentic product to its customers & its not their concern if the consumer personally retrive the order from courier centre and it happens to be damaged or tampered.
                      To my shock he convinced me that there must be i made mistake in understanding the weight of the item, and advised me to check the product's weight first. And mail back info. To them.
                      So i weighed the ordered item on digital weighing machine, ans so obvious it showed accurate weight of the product just of 914grams. Actually i had purchased and paid for the 2kg product.!!
                      I took the photos of the weighing machine showinng real weight and sent this information with photos to them via email.
                      And after 2 days the healthkart's representative same "ishwar parsad"
                      Called me and told me that though they received my complaints but according to their policy they cant do me any help in this matter.
                      Instead they just issued me 100 healthkartpoints.
                      I am frustrated by the feeling of looted by heathkart.
                      They firmly stated that they cant make refund for my damaged order or return or exchange, nothing!!!
                      (Please note that the outer packing of the box was smartly done, but
                      The half the material of the ordered powder was missing).
                      What should i do?
                      I am frustrated by the feeling of looted by healthkart.com

                      I purchased Apple Cided Vinegar from Healthkart and paid Rs 499 using netbanking. The transaction was failed but amount deducted. How much time will it take to refund my money or send me the order.

                          I was a old customer and shopped above 10k priorly. Called for an order query but customer executive not answered and blocked call . thats rude and traitor behaviour of healthkart.
                          HealthKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          My current order Order Id : HKD[protected] was suppose to be delivered on 1st may, but it wasn't. The call center does not know the status of the order. I am complaining because this is not the first time this has happened. Almost ever order is delayed by atleast 3 to 4 days. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR COURIER SERVICE.

I ordered a muscleblaze fat burner on 5th, march and it got delivered on 7th, march as i opened the box everything was upto the mark, product was authentic. While taking the pill i noticed that it was broken and its medicinal powder was in the box. I have that broken pill attached with this and i have yet not suspected how many of them are broken inside!

                                Sir here i am to inform that i bought dymatize z force 90 capsules from healthkart.com on 4 feb 2016.and the product is damage .the capsules are broken and spreding too much white powder all over the jar.its harmless for anyone who eat.i inform many time to healthkart customer supports.by call or emails.but they cannot contacting me.i have to returned the product.i am very health conciuos.the case is sensitive the because the pills are containing chemicals and related to sleep problems.and also very costly.

                                  I recently ordered a pre workout powder supplement from healthkart.com, upon opening the supplement I found that the powder had somehow absorbed water and become rock solid. Healthkart has refused to replace that supplement even thought it is not consumable anymore. Upon trying to dissolve it in water it is not dissolving and therefore it is no longer consumable. These containers are supposed to be sealed air tight.

                                      I ordered again with an order no. HKA[protected] on 12th Dec. It consists of 2 products, a pre workout and a whey protein. From which whey protein is shipped yesterday but the pre workout is still in process. And the cherry on the top is Healthkart doesn't facilitate their customers with the tracking option. Well they do have a 'Track order' option but that is of no use. In spite of a very good reputation, this is very unpleasant for Healthkart.
