Dear Hero Cycles Team,
My Name is Akshay S Bhat, Fellow of Management Student, XLRI Jamshedpur.
It is exactly a week since I and my room mate bought 2 nos Hero Cycles from your flagship Octane "New" Astra series range from Bharat Cycles Jamshedpur.
I have been a fan of your product, but it seems that I have been beguiled.
I went with a minor brake and gear problem to your outlet Bharat cyles and please note the observations:-
a) Waited for half and hour to see a mechanic
b) The mechanic could not look into the brake problem , effectively, manhandles the product and fiddles before finally ripping it apart. and replacing it with a defunct "power brake apparatus"
c) Gear problem unsolved - nothing works now
d) they only tried out things without full cognizance of the product
e) I am sure any local cycle mechanic would have done a better job
d) Major area of concern : - your people after concluding the transaction pay no attention to the customer, the mechanics did not take into account that it was not a mere commodity for me but a prized possession : I am an avid cyclist, when so so far tried to repair aka manhandle the product : it is full of scratches, hit marks and when I told him to do it delicately with some amount of respect none listened. None of the problems have been solved rather only worsened.
At XLRI all students in the purview and ambit of the Green Initiative campain are trading off bikes for a more greener yet a lifestyle product like the Octane series or the trek, firefox cycles.
At this rate not only will we be a source of deterrence for prospective students or customers but also highly dissatisfied customers of your products : after a lifetime of association it is disheartening !!
Kindly look into the problem and replace it with a neat well functioning and a well functioning bike worthy of the capabilities you have mentioned in the product brochure : I dont want it to be a gimmick.
I shall also approach the consumer court for the mis-deamenour by your whole-seller here who after getting INR 16000 does not care to listen to his customers.

Before One Years My Bike Both Front And Rear Shock Observer Not Work Properly & Fuel Tank & Chance Spooked Is Rusted Then Am Complain At Laxmi Priya Motors In 10 Time But He Is Talk To Me After 5day Or After 1months Change This Parts But In Bee Twine Then One Year Cover He Is Not Change This Parts But Before 10 Day Am Go To This Dealers Now See Is Talk To Me Your Warranty Cover After 2 Day Am Request This Service Advisor Kindly Change This Parts But See Is Speck To Me Now Parts Is Not Available Now Am Not Change This Parts . So Kindly Reply Me What I Have To Do .
