about accidental repair

i m gave my cbz extreme bike to the dealer about one & half month before for accidental repaire.the dealer has not repaired my bike till....

NEW BIKE // NOT RUNNING GOOD

Dear Sir,
I have just purchased new Hero Honda CBZ Extreme 150cc bike from M/S ARC MOTORS PVT LTD dated 26-05-12. But the performance of the bike is not up to mark. When we approached the dealer in this regard they checked and replaced the battery for that issue and other problems like pick up and gear smoothness etc. he did not do anything.

It seems that I have made a big mistake by purchasing this scrap of RS.80000...

i have purchased my passion pro r 9/6/12 and it had stop engine any time problem since first day... so i told the dealer ANAND ATUO M.G road ambiakpur distt.surguja state chhttisgarh 497001, to fix this problem, they said its buy a new bike this problem will genrate and 2 month latter its automatic solve ...and its now 2 month and this problem will still... worst service ...i hv been going every week to fix...

bed behave of dealer

any problem of bike we are tell to service center but they will not response at a time. service are not so well. dealer behavior are rude. he say to customer we are not responsible for any thing and i am saler not service provider. and he say give me money for servicing. more charge will take for servicing. and paper are not provide at a time....

I have purchased a new pleasure of manufacturer Hero MotoCorp from Sehgal Automobiles Faridabad. Since 1st day found problem of self starting in the vehicle. Vehicle was given to Sehgal automobiles for complaint but they refused that there is no problem and behaved very rudely. but after forcing them they accepted the problem. after rectifying they handed over the vehicle to us but after 1 day the same problem arises 2nd time...

not proper service

I have given order of bikes wizer and some other parts on 19/05/2012. my bike is not in running condition from that date but the suvidha hero agency in panipat not give me proper service. 1) The pick is very worst,Its getting off ver soon.After the engine gets heated up then it is working properly.

erratic and rude behaviour of the dealer

I Have purchased a c b z extreme from dealer B M ENTERPRISES DHANGU ROAD PATHANKOT. The behaviour of the dealer was too rude and erratic, i was asked to go from one showroom to another of the same dealer to get delivery of the bike, also they did not have the facility of photocopy and i was told buluntly that " HERO KI BIKE LENI HAI TO AISA HI HOGA"....

They will charge you Rs 3000 to 4000 extra.saying its for accesories. And these are accesories you can easily purchase from other shops at a fraction of the price. Non availability of spares and no response

Dear Sir,
I purchased a bike CBZ-Xtreme (CG 13H 4617) from raigarh (Chhatisgarh).
Its float pin got damaged and now it is not available.
I lodged a complaint and gave the order for a new one. But still after 25 days, they have not placed an order for the same and saying that come and place another order. My bike is standing idle for more than a month.
When i call them for line up, either they dont pick the call...
