First of all let me take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Munjal
CEO M/S HEROMOTO CORP. for solving the daily commuting needs of the
customers like me. Earlier I used to spend nearly Rs 80/- daily
towards petrol expences, now its reduced to Rs 40/-. Want to know the
reason it is as follows:
1. I have purchased CBZ(xtreme) on 29th of oct this year, within 4
days my bike battery is not responding at all on inspection it was
found that its not working properly and it is just like dead. When i
took it to the delarship M/S K.S AUTOMOBILES RANGPURI DELHI-37 the
manager Mr Rajesh Mobil no. [protected] he told me to take it to their
workshop adjacent to showroom. The workshop guy namely Mr. Jitender
told me to get it to Showroom as its their problem for complete 1 week
I was tossed between them only with no result whatsoever.
2. I was adviced to get in touch with Exide Ind. Ltd which I did and
came to that the bike sold to me had remained in idle condition for 7
months and due to which it has failed permanently and hence can't be
considered manufacturing defect in any case. I have proof with me as
they handed over inspection sheet with remarks.
3. The bike since then is positioned at my place ad I am using public
transport since then. I have to beg my colleages evertime I have to
move out. Thanks for your tremendous help and support I'll recommend
this model and dealership to all my foes and enemies.

Kindly advice me on action I should take as it has became a pain for
me. If at all my complain cannot be resolved. Do I have an option to
move consumer court.

Now My Question will you resolve the problem????????

    Hello,

    I had given my Bike for repair/service on 29th October, 2012 to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd( Address - 470, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-92)
    Till date , I have made plenty of phone calls to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd. They keep on giving me a date to deliver the Bike , but make excuses (part being unavailable etc) I am doubtful if it is an authorised Hero Motocorp Service centre that they are running or a roadside SHOP ??

    Also, I was given an estimate of around Rs 14000. Each time I call them, they keep on adding costs . In my last contact with them, they gave me an estimate of Rs 22000. Can't they still figure it out after taking almost a month??

    If this is the level of service Hero MotoCorp is rendering to its customers, I am afraid its a sad state of affairs for the company!

    I hereby want an immediate redressal of this problem or I would be forced to take further actions against the company. This has caused much mental disturbance to me. I demand the harrasment compensation plus full invoice amount !!

      1)I BOOKED FOR MAESTRO BLUE COLOUR ON 12/09/2012,vide receipt no:1199 at MODY MOTORS,PLOT NO 2&3,SATYA COMPLEX,TARBUND CROSSS ROAD,NEW BOENAPALLY,SECUNDERABAD,ANDHRAPRADESH-500009(Tel no is[protected]/854).

      2)At the time of booking i was told that it will take 30-45 days maximum.now even after 65 days dealer was not able to deliver the vehicle.Unfortunately dealer was not able to tell when the vehicle can be delivered.And also after 65 days he was asking me to book with another dealer or go for other vehicle.

      3)When I contacted MODY MOTORS,head office located at 183/184,RP ROAD,SECUNDERABAD-500003(Tel No:[protected]/[protected] I was informed that they have delivered vehicles booked 45 days before.But no proper reply when i asked why my vehicle was not delivered even after 65 days.Please take action for immediate delivery of my MAESTRO-BLUE.

      4)Please let me know in case it can not be delivered.And also instruct your dealers do not make false promises of early delivery.

      5)And also i may be informed whether the delay is due to delay in production/or some malpractice by the dealers due to the demand of vehicle.

        Sir/Madam,
        I am Nirmal KS and i have purchased Hero Honda Karizma ZMR from Cheran Automobiles Trivandrum on 14/03/2012, Invoice No: 10961, Customer code: G32782, Agent Code: CHN, and still i didn't get any user manual, warranty card or service book, and from last 7 to 8 months i have been contacting them for this problem, each time they are giving me different excuses.
        With out this service book we can't contact any other authorized service center and during the warranty period also i have to pay on other authorized service center.
        I have also attached the Purchase Invoice Copy for the proof with front side and back side of the invoice were they have written "service book shortage" with this mail.
        So please consider and get me a solution for this problem.

          Subject : Complain regarding defective bike.


          Sir,
          I am a customer of your showroom. This time I have purchased a “Super Splender” on 21/10/2012. After the purchase I have use it only two days. From the third day the said bike stops automatically in running and not possible to start on my part.

          In this reference the said bike has send to your showroom on 31/10/2012 and given to me back after repairing at your end. But unfortunately the same problem has occurred and I have to pull the bike a least 5/6 Km. On 01/11/2012 the bike once again send to your showroom and till now it is under repairing in your custody. As I am a businessman it is very difficult for me without a bike for maintaining my official and customer link.

          In this condition, actually I am in a doubt regarding the quality of this bike because I have to bear with the same for at least 5 to 6 years. So now, you are heartily requested to keep the bike in your custody and change the said bike because I am not psychologically agree to bear with this particular bike, otherwise back the payment that I can choose another one as per my need.

              Non-delivery of Hero Motors Corp Black CBZ Xtreme bike as per customer
              Choice.


              Dear Sir,

              Due to unbeatable performance of Hero Motors Corp brand bikes I made a plan to purchase only Hero Motors Corp bike.

              Considering this I approached one of your Dealer at Bikaner i.e. M /s. Rajaram Dharnia Automobiles, Plot No. 6-13, Near Gota Gate Circle, Bikaner (Raj) Pin – 334 001 ( Mob. No. [protected] & Land Line No. 2523580) confirming that the black colour bikes of CBZ Xtreme make are available at their workshop or not. I discussed their Manager Mr. Madan Sharma and he gave me positive response that the Black Clour of CBZ Xtreme bikes are available and accordingly he issued us a written confirmation letter.

              As per their Manager Mr. Madan sharma written confirmation I booked Black Colour CBZ Xtreme bike from CSD Canteen at Bikaner on Down payment (Full and final Payment).

              CSD Canteen authorities issued me demand note to take delivery from above dealer. I approached the said dealer shop to take delivery of referred Bike.

              But sorry to inform you that inspite of availability Black Colour CBZ Bikes at their godown their manager denied to take delivery of Bikes mentioning that the Keys black colour CBZ Xtrme bikes have been stolen by visiting customers.

              You are, therefore, requested to instruct the said dealer to make delivery of Black Colour CBZ Xtrme bike to the valued customer as per his choice.

              In case the dealer do not take delivery of bike as per customer choice I will presume that either Manufacturer a repute like Hero Motor Corp or dealer making fool to the valued customer and good faith of customer with a repute organization like yours rooted out.

Agar aisa raia tow hero honda pr jo cumtomer h savi logo k man se bishwass uuth jayega. So plz us dealer ko bandh kr do ya fir warning do.
                    i m fully agree about dis complaint. To branded company hero motor corp aise dealer k baje se bohot se lost honga.

                    complaint regarding fuel pump

                    Dear sir, my karizma ZMR bought in 2011 is not giving proper service, recently the fuel pump is not working . How can such problem occur when it has been run of only 15000km . The cost of pump being 13000rs.

                      I have purchased hero passion pro bike in Feb 12, From starting i am facing problem of start and run of engine (on/off) in the morning or at a gap of 5-6 hours (specially in wet weather). I have complaint about this and visit the service center (Auto needs Gurgaon) to fix the problem more than 7-8 times but the problem is still persist.

                      I talked to Mr Amit ( hero service engineer) he told me to visit the service center and your problem would be rectified but i am facing the same problem till now.

                        Dear Hero Cycles Team,

                        My Name is Akshay S Bhat, Fellow of Management Student, XLRI Jamshedpur.

                        It is exactly a week since I and my room mate bought 2 nos Hero Cycles from your flagship Octane "New" Astra series range from Bharat Cycles Jamshedpur.

                        I have been a fan of your product, but it seems that I have been beguiled.

                        I went with a minor brake and gear problem to your outlet Bharat cyles and please note the observations:-

                        a) Waited for half and hour to see a mechanic
                        b) The mechanic could not look into the brake problem , effectively, manhandles the product and fiddles before finally ripping it apart. and replacing it with a defunct "power brake apparatus"
                        c) Gear problem unsolved - nothing works now
                        d) they only tried out things without full cognizance of the product
                        e) I am sure any local cycle mechanic would have done a better job

                        d) Major area of concern : - your people after concluding the transaction pay no attention to the customer, the mechanics did not take into account that it was not a mere commodity for me but a prized possession : I am an avid cyclist, when so so far tried to repair aka manhandle the product : it is full of scratches, hit marks and when I told him to do it delicately with some amount of respect none listened. None of the problems have been solved rather only worsened.

                        At XLRI all students in the purview and ambit of the Green Initiative campain are trading off bikes for a more greener yet a lifestyle product like the Octane series or the trek, firefox cycles.

                        At this rate not only will we be a source of deterrence for prospective students or customers but also highly dissatisfied customers of your products : after a lifetime of association it is disheartening !!

                        Kindly look into the problem and replace it with a neat well functioning and a well functioning bike worthy of the capabilities you have mentioned in the product brochure : I dont want it to be a gimmick.

                        I shall also approach the consumer court for the mis-deamenour by your whole-seller here who after getting INR 16000 does not care to listen to his customers.

                          Sir, on[protected] i had booked Hero motoCorp Maestro from Sri.Venketesh Auto motives(dealers of Hero motocorp),gulbarga with all the formalities. But since today we haven't received the scooter yet. Every week we visit the showroom and enquire about it but the dealer requests us to wait for another 7 days. Once when i clearly asked the dealer about the reason behind the delay ,they said that the main suppliers are not supplying the scooter even on their request and they cannot do anything beyond this.So i want to know from the Hero motocorp management are you really caring the customer ??? We are waiting here since more then a month and they don't care the customers.
                          I don't know whom to blame either the Dealer or the Supplier.. please help me out.

                            sir this is pratik choudhary belongs to bhiwani (HARYANA) doing job 1000km away in hoshangabad near bhopal (MP)
                            i m using cbz extreme(hero product) which was accidented on 26 th july 2012 ,i went to hoshangabad hero dealer to repair my bike..they just noted all required parts n told at present we didnt have spares in stock...we have to arrange nearby..came in 15 days
                            aggain i went to dealer on 13th aug. 2012 ..but still they replying u have to wait for a month
                            sir they are just making me fool n i my just irritates from their behaviour...due to this problem i couldnt make my job well in time...this is my life big mistake to buy a product of hero..i never suggest any one to use this indian product in his/her life ever

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                I purchased a brand new Hero Honda Karizma R Last month. And the bike has got Wobbling problem & its a disaster. I am very much embarrassed by this bike and when i contacted the dealer regarding the same, all my efforts went in vain. I tried all the possibilities & i think this is my last resort & I'm finding no way out than to file complaint against Hero Honda. I don't understand that such a big companies like Hero Honda fails to solve such serious issues with the brand new vehicle, Then what for, should the people should trust such a company while shelling out 1 Lakh rupee for such bike. Im feeling as if the company has given me the bike like a tribute.
                                I'm filing this complaint with a lot of expectations from your end. Keenly awaiting for the response from your side.

                                I am also facing same problem in Hero pleasure.It looks like rear wheel is having some proble its only 8 months old vehicle and ran 6k.

                                  i m gave my cbz extreme bike to the dealer about one & half month before for accidental repaire.the dealer has not repaired my bike till.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have just purchased new Hero Honda CBZ Extreme 150cc bike from M/S ARC MOTORS PVT LTD dated 26-05-12. But the performance of the bike is not up to mark. When we approached the dealer in this regard they checked and replaced the battery for that issue and other problems like pick up and gear smoothness etc. he did not do anything.

                                    It seems that I have made a big mistake by purchasing this scrap of RS.80000 APPRX.

                                      i have purchased my passion pro r 9/6/12 and it had stop engine any time problem since first day... so i told the dealer ANAND ATUO M.G road ambiakpur distt.surguja state chhttisgarh 497001, to fix this problem, they said its buy a new bike this problem will genrate and 2 month latter its automatic solve ...and its now 2 month and this problem will still... worst service ...i hv been going every week to fix this prob but they are nt giving me proper service

                                        any problem of bike we are tell to service center but they will not response at a time. service are not so well. dealer behavior are rude. he say to customer we are not responsible for any thing and i am saler not service provider. and he say give me money for servicing. more charge will take for servicing. and paper are not provide at a time.
