I have purchage plessure in augst 2014 month. Unfortunately my plessure damage in accident 5oct 2014. I have informed to dealer to repair it but they not have sufficient parts for replacment. I call delar many times they told me that i have sent request to company for parts but they didn't received from company manufacture plant. I have registet my complain to hero motor corp customer care they told i have forward your complain to next further excution still i have call many times to dealer as well as cudtomer care but i can't recevied any response from both side. Please help me

    I have been purchased a scooter from GALAXY MOTORS, Bilaspur(C.G.) On 13.09.2014 Invoice no.[protected]SHIV[protected].Details of Scooter are given below: (i) Model: MAESTRO DELUX PANTHER BLACK, (ii) Engine no. JF32AAEGH30617, (iii)Chassis no. MBLJF32ABEGH30890 (iv) AMOUNT : Rs. 48, 700/- During purchase the agency has advices me petrol consumption 45 to 50km per litre petrol . Accoprdingly, i have been purchased. After riding few days it has been observed that only average 20 to 22km per liter consumption of petrol.I has complain to agency, They have told me that increase the kilometer after first service. First service has been done on 06.11.2014. But, no increased the kilometer, till date petrol consumption 20 to 22 km per litre petrol consumption. In view of the above, you are requested to convey the massage to main company to rectify the engine and arrange to improved the increased the Kilometer of petrol consumption of per litre.       Hope you have seen the broken CHASSIS of my Karizma ZMR, no accident has happened, it happened because of POOR BUILD QUALITY. I'm a Middle class man, what should i do. Whatever i went to buy new Chassis, they are telling that Chassis is not available because of the billing issue between Herohonda and Hero MotoCorp. Why you are providing such poor build quality in Premium Vehicle like Hero Karizma ZMR. I used to take my mother, wife, sisters in my bike, i felt something wrong with my ZMR. Just think if something happened while riding. I own 2 Hero bikes, one is of my fathers Super Splendor, have attached registration details. I didn't went to authorised service centre to check what is the problem with my bike, because i know more about bikes than mechanics in your AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES. Really fed up with your service. I thought of filing a case in court, but its INDIA, my son or grandson will get the compensation for this, at-most hardly the price of the vehicle. I will never ever prefer to take Hero Motor Vehicle.

This is for your information i purchase my bike time only 2.5 years and write know as the defect in engine you said you will do your best for repair. Which i do not accepted in any manner. Note its show that from the beginning my father complain you do not take the legal action on it and write know your team is giving us the promise he will do his best for the repairing . i am waiting for your awaiting reply with immediate effect.

            I have been following up for my complaint which in logged almost 2 months back but everytime Iam getting the same reply that we are working on the same let me explain you nature of my complaint. I always give my bike in authorized service center only but 2 months back I personally visit for servicing In Ganpati Motors which is a authorized hero moto corp service center at the time of servicing I asked That guy that footrest of my bike is not in right place due to that iam getting noise on every speed breakers so he tried to adjust the same at the same time I heard voice of breaking something At the time of washing I noticed that there is a crack which was done by guy who serviced my bike Couple of minutes back so I approached to the senior guy Mr.Shukla and explained him entire story So he promised me to get replaced but need some time to arrange this part so he want me to call After one week and I done the same again he requested to wait me another one week again I done The same but no update from there end so I called him but this time owner was on call again I explained Entire story but he refused to replace the broken part so I register my complaint on[protected] Mr.Sunil was also not helpful I explaine him the entire story and he promised that I will get a call from Concerned department but I didn’t get any call same activity goes almost a month after one month I get A call from ([protected]) and that guy asked me to explain the complaint so I done the same again I get Fake promises from Hero Motocorp customer service after 15 days I get a call fromGanpati Motors and that guy said please come down today will check the broken part and we are open till 6pm so I update him that iam on duty and iam working in Gurgaon I can’t come in weekdays I can come in weekends after listening this that guy said that that guy who broke that part he leaving job tomorrow after that we can’t help and I was like what a reply from reputed company authorized service center agin I requested him but he denied so I again contact on ([protected]) and I update him the same and he Ask me to wait till next update from Hero Motocorp after 15 days I again contact but this this time that guy update me that we are helpless strike going on so we are not able to help you out kindly wait till strike over but we can’t tell you which when its going to be over now I want to ask one thing from you Is this your customer service and like this you treat your customer if yes then iam sorry you are harassing them at the time of selling your product everyone was ready to help but if there is any complaint related to product nobody ready to listen I never expect this kind of service from brand like Hero Motocorp Please help me and try to rectify the issue at earliest my contact details mentioned below Name- Gulshan Kumar Date of Purchase- Aug.2012 Contact No- [protected] Registration No- DL4S CD 0392

              I have purchased a new bike ( Splender i smart, WB20AH 1617) on 22nd may from Sitala Auto care & Services (south Kolkata). According to hero company I should got 6000 points, in my Good Life Card[protected], by which I got some gifts (worth around Rs 5000 or above).                   Hi Team, I would like to complaint about the scarcity of motor parts in Hero MotoCorp. I had my KarizmaR 2014 model sent to the Sehgal Autoriders, PCMC, Pune service station on 17/08/2014 and even after checking regularly with them, i am getting the same answer as the parts are available. Sehgal Store manager, Mr. Ajay Khele informs that the company is not sending any parts to them however the company has its new production going on in full fledge. I request the team to please consider this complaint and try to help me get my bike back as it has been more than one and a half months that i have been waiting for it.                     Inspite of testing my patience under the waiting period for my hero impulse bike, it makes no sence that there is a zero response from the dealers of hero spares (Nellore, Andhra Pradesh). It has been over a period of 6months from when i have placed my spares order of a mirror and horn set.

                      I had gone to a Hero Motocorp service center near J.P.Nagar, Bangalore to get my motorbike serviced recently, and was surprised to see about three under age youth doing most of the bike servicing related work here. The service by Hero Motors has always been abysmal, and now, they have started illegal activities too. It is a wonder that no one has complained about this before, since the dealership is in a well-to-do locality.

                        Dear Sir, I Mohammad Arshad purchased new Hero Karizma R on 05 august 2014 from Cuttack ( Sunny Motors).But there's lot of problem i have to face every day when i used to start.The problem list is mentioned below. 1- In starting it doesn't start with self 2- After Kick start when i used to drive it doesn't run smooth Between 2000 RPM to 3000 RPM & observed like fuel was not supply properly or Carburator problem. 3- When i went to service centre for first service the problem was not solved even.                           Dear Sir, I have been facing many problems in my new HERO EXTREM Which I have brought recentally. The service is quality very bad in Jitendra Automobile Nashik. They Staff is not listing towards customer campliants. They doesnt have any kind of parts aviable in there service station. My bike has many problems list as given below. 1.Faultly digital meter. 2.Engine gets heats quickly. 3.Self starter is not working properly. 4.wrieing of bike has many problems as per service centre advise. 5.and so many more... so this is my humble request to you to call me on this no [protected].

                            Dear Sir, I bought a Splendor i smart bike from Begusarai Auto Agencies (Bihar) on 10th July 2014. Today my the rear tire ( manufacturer : CEAT) of my bike accidentally burst while it was standing. I complained about the tire to the agency but they are not even ready to talk properly. Now it will cost me about Rs. 2500/- to a buy new tire. Please solve my problem as soon as possible so that I may be able to use my bike again. I shall be very obliged for the justice.                               I bought Hero Motocorps Extreme in Sep 2013. From the day first i have complaining Hero Motocorp for below complains. I had sent two three mails in March, i didn't receive reply. They have accepted my earlier claim on phone, due to manufacturing defect, but this vehicle has several issues from the day of purchase which never had solved.
                              1) too noisy
                              2) so much vibration
                              3) after 700 rpm on running it becomes loud and it doesn't accelerate speed. Hardly crosses speed of 100 kmph. where as glamour i was having was crossing 120 and without noise (hardly 125 cc)
                              4) I have doubt about clutch system as after 16000 kms also gears are still hard.

                              Today had call with Mr. Dushyant, Head office of Hero Motorcorp and the way of talking was not proper and came to conclusion that i was telling lie after talking with supervisor at service station.

                              The way he disconnected line was very insulting, also tried to contact Director of Service Mr. Rakesh Nagpal, but call was never attended and was diverted to Mr. dushyant.

                              Hero Motorcopy senior management's approach was very insulting and treated like they were doing favour on us as they were attending the call.

                              Above complaint is against the behaviour of Hero Motocorp officials and not against Service Station, they are very co-operative and supportive, but the way heromotocorp officials treated it was very unexpected. We can understand their problems as they have several issues infront of them, self was just trying to update them the problem with the vehicle and was not claiming any compensation.

                                The particular service center isn't doing any service to the vehicle but is doing more harm than any good. I have an Ignitor, 3 months from the day I bought my speedometer stopped functioning, I showed this to the service center during my 2nd service but they didnt even check it, the next time when I gave the kept the bike for 5 days again the same result no repair work done. Now that I took back my bike without them properly repairing my bike, I am not able to ride properly, bike is stopping every time when am trying to decelerate. My request to you people in HERO is to stop producing low quality bikes and provide service centers who are capable of servicing the bike not one who can do water wash. Please put some real mechanics to work. Disgusted with your product and your service.

                                Its one of the worst service centers i have ever seen. The dunno how to service the bike and they goes on changing the parts if they cant fix it. I gave my ZMR two weeks back and after a n number of calls, they are saying they cant fix the issue and they need to change the entire wire kit. then y the hell u r doing the service and made me to wait for two whole week's. they bombarded with the price of rs.6090. Even my car service costs less than 3K. Please be aware of these service center. Instead give it to local workshop mechanic. They can deliver the best more than these people. I wont even give a single rating to these service center

                                    I have purchased cb trigger on may 2013 and completed all free services after free services, done services in regular intervals also changed engine oil in service centre in out area. At 15000km bikes has shown some discomforts i met with the company service centre and changed carburator and starter and now at 20000 km bike shows same complaint engine missing with low mileage, mileage fall, down to 35 from 55 and company is claiming 60 km/l.
                                    When i consult with the showroom service centre they are saying that i have to change the cylinder kit which is coasting around 4000rs i have already spend more than 10000 rs for this bike with in this one year..is it fair that a new bikes cylinder kit damaged with in first 20000km...
                                    I am fedup with this bike this is the worst bike which i have ever used...

                                      i am owner of hero honda pleasure. service in pune is hopeless. the kick of the scooty was free and it took 3 weeks to get the spares through own efforts. that also after getting the spares on own effort it was repaired at singh cycle and motor co koregaon park pune but the scooty ws faulty with three days... the non availability of spares and poor service needs to be addressed by penalising the company...prashant

                                        I purchase a new model bike, Hero Ignitor from TopGear Hero Thodupuzha. From the day that I purchase the bike, it shows a lot of complaints. It is just 8 monts old bike. But I go to Thodupuzha Hero shoeroom for more than 12 times for showing the complaint of this bike within 8 months. Thodupuzha is more than 80km from my home town. It is not easy to go to shoeroom for showing non stop complaints. Please take this complaint as a serious one.
