Hope you have seen the broken CHASSIS of my Karizma ZMR, no accident
has happened, it happened because of POOR BUILD QUALITY. I'm a Middle
class man, what should i do. Whatever i went to buy new Chassis, they
are telling that Chassis is not available because of the billing issue
between Herohonda and Hero MotoCorp.
Why you are providing such poor build quality in Premium Vehicle like
Hero Karizma ZMR.
I used to take my mother, wife, sisters in my bike, i felt something
wrong with my ZMR.
Just think if something happened while riding.
I own 2 Hero bikes, one is of my fathers Super Splendor, have attached
registration details.
I didn't went to authorised service centre to check what is the
problem with my bike, because i know more about bikes than mechanics
in your AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES.
Really fed up with your service.
I thought of filing a case in court, but its INDIA, my son or grandson
will get the compensation for this, at-most hardly the price of the
vehicle.
I will never ever prefer to take Hero Motor Vehicle.
