before just two months we had purchased 2 hero make passion x-pro... from the first day of our ride we, we found that the engine oil is leaking... so having this problem we found that we should contact the hero dealer(JAI GANESH HERO - MORBI) regarding this issue... the actual matter starts here, they have told us to leave the bike there in workshop for repair for 2 days...we had done as they said...after 2 days we collected our bikes back.. they have charged us for labour / minimum charges. but after all this exercise, , the problem is still as it is... this is the sequence they repeated for more 3 times after that. now we are not getting any response from their side since one month, as our bike are still there since 1 month.     Manoj Kumar Morya issue on 9/5/2012 valid up to 08/05/2015 . I was
    the member of pasport. . My passport point is not carry forward in goodlife.
    pl. arrange and carry forward my all point in goodlife.My points has credited more than 20, 000/- no point has been transfered to goodlife when renew from pasport to goodlife with charge in May 2012.



    I have already send to many mails to supportgoodlife but no fruitful result has been come till today.
    pl. look into the matter and arrange to credit my point of pasport.I have already consult ur Dutta Motors Durgapur W.B but try went to vain.

    Hero Duet

    Respected,
    i Purchased Hero Duet 2 weeks back, and today my mechanic told me that the company fitted the accessories of maestro instead of Duet .This is really disgusting, we have scratches in our vehicle now . I am not at all satisfied with your Company Services .

      my name is Sravan kumar reddy i owe a hero moto corp vehicle impulse in 2012, im unsatisfied with service and spares.when ever i go to showroom in spares no one replies and say's we kept order parts need to come and they dont accept taking order from consumer.these happens where ever hero moto corp doing in Hyderabad main showroom like mody motors. they are not keeping any spares available of this bike instead of release bikes on roads they should be kept as well as spares available too. if they keep order also need to wait for 2 to 3 weeks working days they just say

        Sir, I had puchase a Xtreme on 31st Oct-2012 (Reg Date:[protected] from Bhuyan Hero Motors, Sivasagar(Assam) Chassis No: MBLKC12EHCGKO3638 Engine No. KC12EECGK04431 Now I have found that the color from some areas of the Fuel Tank getting Rust. I have consulted with the Service Center Manager- Mr A Ahmed about the problem and show him the Spots/ areas that are Rusted. But I have not got any solution. Therefore kindly look upon the matter.

          Ashish Kumar Dwivedi Purchased a splendor pro bike on 14/01/2013 from
          Saraswati Motors Allahabad, At duration of its 5th servicing in Kanha
          motors, Allahabad(An aurthorised service centre of Hero Moto Corp) i was
          provided various un necessory troubles by the respected centre
          authorities which are mentioned below...

          1. I submitted my bike for servicing at duration of 11:30 am in
          mentioned service centre & i was provided its delivary time at 5:30
          pm by the respected service centre authorities but the bike was under
          taken for servicing itself on 6:20 pm & i was stopped by the
          authorities one and an half hour extra in respected service centre.

          2. At duration of problems submission on service form(provided by
          respected service centre) for related to bike i clearly mentioned that
          the engine of my bike is sounding some unfair way & submitted my
          bike for servicing but when i got my bike after servicing the problem
          was remained.

          3. When i contacted the Head authority of the mentioned service
          centre, He behaved roughly on issue of my problems & told for
          submission of bike for further 2 days to solve the problem.

          4. In unfair means and mis behaviour of respected service centre
          authority i tried to contact the superior authority of hero moto corp(
          registerd office of New Delhi on[protected], 26143321 & a few
          another plants as well in customer support forum on dec 4th evening) but
          there was no any positive response was given to solve my problems by
          these respected superior authorities too.At the next day i contacted the
          regional office varanasi also in such means also.

          5. The respected authority accepted that there was only problem of
          sounding in engine remains before submission for 2 days, nothing else but
          beyond this at the delivery time of my bike i was informed by the
          respected authority of mentioned service centre that there were a few
          extra problems on my bike such as chain cam, spindle & push rod
          comp.tens..

          6. There was not any problem of Chain Cam, Spindle & push rod
          comp.tens of my bike but all these were changed by the respected
          authorities with out any pre information to me and charged about Rs. 250
          additionally to me (INVOICE NO. 13-14/CONS-CASH RET./18069 ON dec 4
          2013).

          7. Again i was stopped for an extra 4 hour at the final delivary time of
          my bike by the respected authority & again mentally haressed by
          them while i told them that i have an examination near in future &
          have no such extra time to waste in unfair way.

          At in a complete way i was physically, mentally & economically
          haressed by the respected service centre authority (KANHA
          MOTORS, ALLAHABAD) & wasted my additional time, petrol of two turn
          upto service centre, expanses of feeding of two days in civil lines &
          a few other abnormalities.
          So kindly grant justice of my mentioned problems and grant appropriate
          economically claims by the respected authorities to me to fulfill my
          mentioned lackness provided by such authorities.

            The details of complaints is like this I have purchased bike (Passion X Pro) from Varenyam Motors (Authorised dealer of Hero, Add: Padmanabh Nagar, Raisen Road – Bhopal 462023 M P Contact No [protected]) on 28/10/13 with case payment through HDFC credit card of Rs 60650. I collect the documents like Bill invoice, Receipt and insurance paper. On 30/10/13, I found oil leakage near cylinder head of engine. From 31/10/13 to 5/11/13, I was in Diwali vacation and went to home town at Maharashtra. I come on 6/11/13 and on 7/11/13 and draft and send a mail to local regional office of Hero Motors to C K jain. In reply mail, he told me to bring the bike at service centre and they will sort out the problem. I took the bike to service centre on 8/11/13 at 4:20 pm. Mr. Manish Sharma as a service manager inspect the bike problem and accept to rectify the problem. I kept the bike for 3 Hrs at service centre and take bike return at 7:30 pm on same day. Next day I found that leakage problem is not sort out and more leakage of oil is observed. I make call to Mr C K Jain at evening, he said to bring the bike after 5 days and they will this time completely clear out the problem. On 13/11/13, I took bike at service centre for first service due and oil leakage problem. The complete service of bike is carried out. I again take return my bike at 6 pm. But next day oil leakage problem was again found. Same day, I took my bike to Varenyam Motors and talk with Mr Vivek (manager) but he not give satisfactory answer and try to avoid the leakage problem solution. Because of oil problem, some new problems are also observed like as Gear changing, Loading and Gasket seal Problem. If a new bike such problems are there from initial, than what is the mean to purchase a new bike? I am completely frustrated from this situation and wasting my time in such problem. So I kept my bike at service centre and demand a new bike. On 14/11/13 now the bike is with Varenyam Motors. So I want to registered a complaint in consumer forum regarding this problem.               I earned more than 25000 points in good life programme.But i received only gifts up to 7500, Remaining gifts not proveded by the dealer.They telling to collect from the showroom wherever the transaction is done.But whowever i did in hero moto corp show room only.So resolve the query and make availablility of gifts plz

                  I given my vehicle(hero passion pro) to the hero authorised sevice centre named DIYA MOTORS at Kadakkal with the complaint of speedometer at the moment of fouth free service on 23 october 2013.And they remove the parts from my vehicle, and retun the vehicle without speedometer.I went to many time to the service centre. At present they told me that they can't repair the complaint and shouted me more when I asked about the complaint .And they told what you can do then go ahead.Now my vehicles's wiring kit complainted due to the absence of speedometer because the water flows inside at the place where the speedometer fixed. Now I can't understand how many k/m I drove and my vehicle's speed at the time of driving..etc

                    Already i registered a complaint in heromoto corp website but now it self know one response. About my karizma R it having like missing problem. That shown in after 6 or 7 month when the date of purchased. My ride buying time is[protected] now itself not cleared the problem. My bike given to kottayam jubily service center. My bike purchased from there. When i given to them i say it not cleared i have the missing problem they say we change this part now it will ok. But now it self it wont be cleared. The bike get shutdown when the riding time some times over taking time it get off so it happened for two and a half year over now it self it not cleared am worried to ride that because when it get shutdown in heavy traffic and over taking time that is danger for my life. So please help. Now i have one more problem that my bike tail piece get broken before six month the same happened to my bike they changed in recommended warranty. Why they can't say how it will broken. not even a single scratch but it will broken. Last time i went to jubily kottayam service center there a person name jibu. He is the hero moto corp kottayam zone in charge i shown my bike to him he said that bike alignment may change or washer level may changed. But i did not get an proper answer. They say that to change that part by customer. I am not ready for that to change why because if i changed that part it happen again or not that answer is also they can't given. By the hero zone manager and also by jubily manager. i given my bike only to jubily for service and missing complaint also. They done the work then how it alignment get changed the jubily have responsible for that and they given an proper answer. Please help my problem to short it out. The problem is missing that having for two and half year and Tail piece broken also a short time it may occur. I am attached a photo of my bike when I given to Jubily service center it may like this. This is the reason to damage of tail piece.

                    I have bought Hero Xtreme sports on Mid of November 2015. I have been experiencing vibration problem, when I exceed the speed of 50KM. This has been reported to the Nagapa Dealer Kellys, for several times, but the issue has not resolved. Vibration makes very uncomfortable and high DISAPPOINTMENT with the Hero Products.

                    Kellys Nagapa dealer not at all consider the importance of the problem, and they are not fixing the problem. While riding at the average speed, suddenly gear pattern gets reduced and bike gets stucked in the middle of the traffic. Overall the Bike performance is not good and ridiculous.

                    CHEATING BY MUKTSAR HERO DEALER

                    THEY HAVE CHARGE FOR THE PARTS WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY & THEY HAVE CHARGE RS 1400 WITHIN ONE MONTH OF SALE. HOW CAN YOU ARE SAYING 5 YEAR WARRANTY. YOU ARE NOT OFFERING ONE MONTH WARRANTY. REGARDS AMIT KUMAR [protected]

                    Xtreme Sports bike

                        1. I had bought hero Honda HF deluxe motorcycle from rajaram dharnia motors in bikaner on 14 Aug 2013. At that time, they had promised that high security number plate of the motor cycle will be installed in next 15 days I.e. By 29 Aug 2013. 2. Till now they have not issued the RC & not placed high security no plate inspite of repeated requests by me and also not giving any specific dates for the same. 3. Necessary action should be initiated against such defaulters.

                        Hero Motocorp Ltd. — Complaint regarding Two Wheeler No: AP-11-AC-4436.

                        Please be informed that I have purchased a two wheeler (UP-11-AC-4436) from Hero MotoCorp Ltd. on 2nd Nov – 2010. The two wheeler was sent to authorized services centre M/s Bawa Auto (d) Pvt Ltd at Saharanpur UP on 4th Sept 2011 after an minor accident for repair and overhauling. The insurance company was updated on the same day as well.

                        As on date, after a delay of about 44 days, it is unacceptable that I have not the bike has neither been repaired nor a final date is being confirmed of final delivery. On 18th Oct – 2011 service status is still “UNDER PROCESS” and it will take 15 to 20 days more.

                          Faulty Product - Pleasure Bike

                          Hi, I purchased a pleasure bike from Hero Showroom in June 2012. By April 2013 I had engine seisure issue for which i had to fight with the service centres and Hero Service engineer to repair it in companys charge as it was in Warranty period. From Rs.7000 after several fights they came down to around Rs.300. Within a month, the bike made heavy bullet like sound and they fixed it within a day. In June 2013 I gave for 4th service...

                          ,31A JAWAHARLAL NEHRU SALAI,INNER RING ROAD EKKATUTHANGAL,CHENNAI-600032.

                          1.THEY NEWLY CHANGE IN REAR WHEEL DAMPER SET.BUT AFTER 5 HRS FRONT WHEEL SHAKEUP DAMAGED.NOT WORKING PROPERLY
                          2.THEY CHANGE BRAKE SHOE.BUT WHEN I AM PRESS BRAKE BIKE WILL NOT BE STOP AND NOISE WILL COME.
                          3.IN THIS BEFORE SERVICE ALSO SENT SAME SERVICE CENTER LAST 4 MONTHS BACK.AT THAT TIME THEY CHANGER CHAIN SPROCKET KID.THEN AGAIN THIS SERVICE ALSO CHANGE THIS ALSO.I DNOT KNOW HOW THAT POSSIBLE.IF I ASKING ANY OF THIS THEY WILL NOT RESPONSE PROPERLY.

                              Sir, I am Mr. M S Steve from Kerala. I brought a CBZ extrem (KL05 AF 2886) from hero Dealer shop at Kottayam (Jubily). I took insurance through hero dealers itself. Unfortunately on the 2nd day just after the 3rd service from their authorized Dealer shop, I met with an accident with a drunken bike rider who lacked even his driving license (case is filed by me). what ever it is, I gave my bike for repair in the same service center and, now it has become more than 2 months..... and the reponse from the authorities regarding my complaint was futile. They did?t even bothered to even enquire or report the current status even after the promised date of delivery was over. The staff behaved irresponsible when I took the pain to enquire. I was not even given any conformation regarding my bike being given there for repair. Its very pathetic situation and I think you can understand. I told them to atleast provide me a temporary old bike till the time to repair it as they said the parts are not yet arrived even after this 2 months and no repose had been made till now. I want my compensation for my cost of travelling to my college daily. My valuable time had wasted and met a lot of money loss...

                                I am Prayag Shendurkar living in Pune, I don't have pune residential adress proof so I have booked the Hero Passion X-pro two wheeler bike on

                                refund money at least. but the show room owner & their employee ignoring me since 3 month. but that vehicle is available in pune or any

                                Hero Motocorp — DEALER NOT ACCEPTING CHEQUES

                                There is dealer in BHARUCH , GUJARAT named VIMCO SALES, is not accepting cheques for vehicle, inspite of i was agree to take delivery after cheque clearance, heromotocorp dealer refuses to accept cheque and neither taking cash payment for booking passion pro nor giving vehicle.

                                  I purchased the super splendor on Jan 2013 and I am driving it for the past six months and I completed two services. Both the services were done in authorized service centers in Chennai. I am getting poor mileage of 39 from the date I purchased. I purchased the vehicle in my native place Vellore and the showroom people said I will get mileage around 50-55. But currently I totally not satisfied with the Bike mileage. I am also having gear shift problem. I informed to the service people, but they are saying it is fixed but still I am facing issues. So far I had run 3000 KMS.

                                  splendor — poor mileage

                                  sir i have a splendor bike97 model now recently i changed the cylinder kit but i get only a milage around 55 the mechanic could not find reason for less milage

                                  Am a customer of the Hero Bike.That is Hunk..my complaint is that,my bike doesn't get sufficient mileage as per the company schedule.mileage is about 30km/litre..so please grant me to contact me immediately as soon as possible.

                                    I HAVE PURCHASED A BIKE, NAMED HERO HF DELUXE FROM KALESWAR MOTORS SITUATED AT BERHAMPUR, ODISHA ON 13TH APRIL 2013 BY PAYING 49000 INCLUDING VEHICLE REGISTRATION CHARGES BUT SUCH DEALER HAS NOT FETCHED ME THE VEHICLE NUMBER YET. WHEN I CALL THEM TIME TO TIME , EITHER THEY REFUSE THE CALL OR GIVE ME FALSE ASSURANCE.
                                    SOMETIMES, THEY GET IRRITATED BY SAYING YOUR WORK IS UNDER PROCESS.
                                    WHAT CAN I DO AS IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS I AM DRIVING BIKE WITHOUT NUMBER . WHOM SHOULD I CONTACT FOR ACTIONS? PLEASE SUGGEST ME..

                                      I'm giving my bike for service to Bhagath motors for past one year and not even a single time, they had serviced my bike good. every time i will have to go after 2-3 days of my bike service to complaint that something is not working. Yesterday I have given my bike to them and till now they hasn't even called me once to tell that my bike is not yet ready. I went there two times by walk to ask them the status. But they are definitely sending SMS to remind me about the service every month twice. What is this?? Is this the quality of hero service stations?? Where is the problem?? And after giving here for the service, I can't ride my bike in rain and every time, starting problem is there. None is good with Bhagath. Not even their staff's. But I need my bike proper this time.
