Ashish Kumar Dwivedi Purchased a splendor pro bike on 14/01/2013 from
Saraswati Motors Allahabad, At duration of its 5th servicing in Kanha
motors, Allahabad(An aurthorised service centre of Hero Moto Corp) i was
provided various un necessory troubles by the respected centre
authorities which are mentioned below...
1. I submitted my bike for servicing at duration of 11:30 am in
mentioned service centre & i was provided its delivary time at 5:30
pm by the respected service centre authorities but the bike was under
taken for servicing itself on 6:20 pm & i was stopped by the
authorities one and an half hour extra in respected service centre.
2. At duration of problems submission on service form(provided by
respected service centre) for related to bike i clearly mentioned that
the engine of my bike is sounding some unfair way & submitted my
bike for servicing but when i got my bike after servicing the problem
was remained.
3. When i contacted the Head authority of the mentioned service
centre, He behaved roughly on issue of my problems & told for
submission of bike for further 2 days to solve the problem.
4. In unfair means and mis behaviour of respected service centre
authority i tried to contact the superior authority of hero moto corp(
registerd office of New Delhi on[protected], 26143321 & a few
another plants as well in customer support forum on dec 4th evening) but
there was no any positive response was given to solve my problems by
these respected superior authorities too.At the next day i contacted the
regional office varanasi also in such means also.
5. The respected authority accepted that there was only problem of
sounding in engine remains before submission for 2 days, nothing else but
beyond this at the delivery time of my bike i was informed by the
respected authority of mentioned service centre that there were a few
extra problems on my bike such as chain cam, spindle & push rod
comp.tens..
6. There was not any problem of Chain Cam, Spindle & push rod
comp.tens of my bike but all these were changed by the respected
authorities with out any pre information to me and charged about Rs. 250
additionally to me (INVOICE NO. 13-14/CONS-CASH RET./18069 ON dec 4
2013).
7. Again i was stopped for an extra 4 hour at the final delivary time of
my bike by the respected authority & again mentally haressed by
them while i told them that i have an examination near in future &
have no such extra time to waste in unfair way.
At in a complete way i was physically, mentally & economically
haressed by the respected service centre authority (KANHA
MOTORS, ALLAHABAD) & wasted my additional time, petrol of two turn
upto service centre, expanses of feeding of two days in civil lines &
a few other abnormalities.
So kindly grant justice of my mentioned problems and grant appropriate
economically claims by the respected authorities to me to fulfill my
mentioned lackness provided by such authorities.
