Faulty Product - Pleasure Bike

Hi, I purchased a pleasure bike from Hero Showroom in June 2012. By April 2013 I had engine seisure issue for which i had to fight with the service centres and Hero Service engineer to repair it in companys charge as it was in Warranty period. I HAVE PURCHASED A BIKE, NAMED HERO HF DELUXE FROM KALESWAR MOTORS SITUATED AT BERHAMPUR, ODISHA ON 13TH APRIL 2013 BY PAYING 49000 INCLUDING VEHICLE REGISTRATION CHARGES BUT SUCH DEALER HAS NOT FETCHED ME THE VEHICLE NUMBER YET. Damage of Bike during servicing
