Dear Sir,


Iam a customer using your Karishma ZMR vehicle since 6 months. I don’t have a single good experience regarding this vehicle. I have fed up so much with this. I have bought this vehicle from Calicut Koyenko Mobikes. Iam very sorry to say that my first experience regarding your service being lendered to me was pathetic. I experience a sudden break down in the first month of purchase. When I called the customer service they told me that they cant lender me any help at the present location and I have to carry the vehicle to their Kannur showroom which is nearly 25 kms from my home location.
With my own expence I carried the vechicle to that place. They kept my vehicle for one month and gave it back to me and at that time I had ensured them that no more trouble should be experienced as such in future. Iam very busy with my day to day business and I have no time to run behind these stupid issues. I was supposed to suggest this vehicle to my friends but now I can tell you very clearly that I wont do such big mistake.
This is my 3rd month after that service and again my vehicle is in complaint ( ie., the fuel injecting motor has stopped working) . When I called up the service centre they told that they would call me back but din’t get any response till this time.. I called up your Delhi customer desk today morning ie. 17/ 2/ 2012 and got the same reply from them.I cant take my vehicle the showrooms any more.Please help me

I AM AFROZ SOYAN, I HAVE PURCHASED PASSION PRO FROM AHER AUTO (P) LTD SYNDICATE MURBAD ROAD, KALYAN(W) 421301 ON 15 SEPT 2011.SINCE THEN MY FRONT WHEEL IS WOVELLING AND I HAD INFORMED THE SAME TO AHER AUTO AND AFTER INSPECTION THEY TOLD ME THAT WE DONT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TYRES AND BATTERY. THEN THEY ASKED ME TO GO TO APPRX. 50 KM AWAY TO A TVS VENDOR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I CALLED UP THE TVS VENDOR AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH HIM BUT HE SAID YOU SHOULD COME ON MONDAY BETWEEN 12 TO 3 PM.I TOLD THE SAME TO SALES TEAM OF AHER AUTO BUT THEY DID N'T CO-OPERATE ME ALSO I ASKED THEM TO TAKE TO GENERAL MANAGER BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO SO. AS I HAD PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM HERO AUTHORISED DEALER ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AT YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER. WHILE DRIVING A BIKE ABOVE 40 KMPH MY FRONT WHEEL STARTS WOVELLING AND IT COULD LEAD TO AN FATAL ACCIDENT. ALSO TWO THREE TIMES I LOOSE MY BALANCE AND COULD HAVE MET WITH AN ACCIDENT. SO ANYTHING GOES WRONG WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME.
SO CONSIDER THE MATTER ON HIGH PRIORITY BASIS AND KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST

I purchased Hero pleasure from karan before 6 months.
from there service department can not solve my problem of first time starting problem.
even though they are not check my betray is ok or not they just do superficial wash and give back.
and they also take prepaid service in advance without giving us that information.
Dear Sir,

We have purchase the bike in the begning of October, 2011 of Hero Splender, We have face starting problems at 7250 KM, we are going for authorised dealer M/s Shivalik Automobiles at Kalka Distt. Panchkula (Haryana) for solution of such problems . He told me that fuel injection motor are not working & carbon in carbrator has affixed and some gasket & value kit with granding the parts. That is the oil & engine problems and charge the amounting of Rs. 522 vide bill no. 3161 dated 06.09.2012 incluing service tax of Rs. 9/- so our complaint is that:-

1. Dealer has not mention the service tax number as well as Tin no. on bill book which is mandatory of all the dealers
2. Such party has charge the amount but engine & its related parts are under the warranty, can dealer has charge the amount.
3. Can dealer has charge the service tax which out mentioned the service tax number on bill.

MILEGE IS VERY POOR 32 KM PER LTR PICK UP VERY SLOW
Dear Sir,

I have purchased Hero Ignitor in Feb 13 from Lakshmi Motors. I am facing the Crackling noise in Engine right from 1st Service.

I told the same to Service team but they couldn't rectify it.
I was told CrankShaft bearings problem when i went to 2nd service and they said they changed it but still the problem did not solve.

When I went to third service I still complained about the same problem and they said they have placed the order for two parts namely Shaft Comp Cam, Arm Comp Valve on 5th June 2013, Today Jul 1st and its been 25 days and I did not receive even a call from them about any update.

I personally went to them thrice and called for about ten times but they say the same PART DID NOT RECEIVED it should come from DELHI.

I am highly unsatisfied with this Bike and mainly Service. I have hardly any feeling that I am riding a new bike.

I want to complain about Mr. Prasada Rao from Lakshmi Motors in Rajbhavan Road. He is so careless and least bothered and very bad attitude when dealing with customer(me).

When I asked him where to complain at high level management so that they can deliver the problem/part quickly, he says even if you complain to high level management they should call me only once again.

I wouldn't mind taking it to any Level. I need the bike to be New and Perfect.

I still do not understand how come a NEW BIKE has a Problem in ENGINE at this very early stage. Do I get the complete ENGINE get replaced.

Kindly do your Best ASAP.

I purchased Hero Maestro on[protected] From Guru Kirpa Auto (Selling Dlr Code: 10723, Dhanbad, Engine Number – JF32AADGE16497 AND VIN: MBLJF32ABDGE16399. From the next day only I started getting complains from the Maestro. When I went to the showroom they ignored my complain and said that they will repair it only in the first free service. I kept that faulty Maestro (poor mileage, rear shock absorber not working, the tires are jammed). In the first service my problem was not solved, and whenever I go to the showroom they ignore and tell to come the next day and this is going on. Frustrated, I complained to the Hero MotoCorp Ranchi office ([protected]). But they too did not respond. Even after I complained through FAX to company’s head office I didn’t get I response. This type of attitude is least expected from a company like Hero. I regret for buying Maestro where no respect given to the customer.

Then I went to the GURU KRIPA AUTO on 12-09-13 and they made job card no. –[protected]RJC[protected], some people ( mechanic, supervisor and head supervisor – Mr. Arvind ) checked my Maestro and said ‘take the gate pass and go’. And my Maestro is still faulty. This type of attitude is least expected from a company like Hero. I regret for buying Maestro where no respect is given to the customer. It seems like Honda Activa is much better than Maestro in terms of respecting the customer.

I bought bike in the year 21 February 2016 but yet have'nt recvd rgistration copy from RTO - Indore. Pls look into the above matter as now every time, I have to pay penelty to Traffic Police.

    I have bought a new hero honda splendor from senthil murugan showroom sivagangai tamilnadu

    The side box which contain the air filter lock is not in working condition. For that I went to showroom
    and leave my bike for rectification the fault but they have damaged my engine over cover by beating with
    some tools.
    When i asked for remedy they told that they will change in first service

    The company like Herohonda is doing just like that things I can't belive this.

    Please help me for remedy.

        I have the one HERO HONDA Glamour bike. I serviced my bike 4month before after that today i changed my engine oil at local workshop really i shocked because they contain 2L mixing of OIL & PETROL basically the oil level is 1L but it contain 2L.         I purchase your Hero Honda make model-Pleasure vehicle registration no & date-MH-16 AR-1396.& 05/04/2011.the vehicle was serviced given you authorized dealer Ms- SAIDEEP AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD. SARJEPURA AHMEDNAGER-414001.
        Date 25/02/2012 when we are having the problem in vehicle for fork out, when we contacted to your dealer for the problem, he informed us that fork is not under warranty for out & they showing me your Owner manual Terms & conditions, warranty details.
        LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY, SHALL NOT APPLY AS PER- SR-NO (3).
        Details of sr.no-(3) is To normal wear & tear components (like brake shoes, clutch shoes, drive belt, bulbs, electrical wiring, filter, spark plug, …………………………... parts breakage & wheel rim for misalignment/bend.
        If you saw warranty was them on fork still your dealer given us a letter stating that customer will not get the fork in warranty but, customer has to go for insurance claim, for replacement.
        It shows that un necessarily ?why ? we should go to claim in insurance for fork ? & more over there is no accident of our vehicle, this is wrong practice of dealer for forwarding this type of warranty claims in insurances due to this customer is suffering the problems & loss of times also.
        We obtain such letter from the letter from the dealers representative
        Mr.Bhupinder Singh work manager who has given such letter to claim the fork I insurance?.I am enclosing the scan cope of letter, whatever this fork is not under warranty ? if not why it is covered under extended warranty see on page 10. & sr. no-72. Your dealer unnecessarily forcing us to go for consumer forum to get the justice, shall are we go to the consumer forum &if yes all responsibilities will lie on your side.
        To avoid such action, I request you & kindly look in to the matter & arrange to replace the fork at earlist.i suffering very daddy to attend my duties.pl note that copes to mails sending as below.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro bike on 24.04.2011, vehicle no KL11 AH/8152, Engine no HA10EDBHC42629, purchased from Koyenko mobikes i am not satisfied with the service given.

        1st Service - job card: 2213
        Chain adjustment nut missing. after one week disturbed sound from the chain socket. The same chain adjustment nut was fitted by near by workshop & same was reported to Mr.Mohanan service manager.

        3rd Service - Job card:9742 FF5975 Horn & battery not checked, battery not having charge, not checked by the service engineer before delivering of the same.

        4th Service dt. 12.04.2012 Job card 442 EG 273
        They said they have done the oil change, water servicing and consumables has changed, when i went to take my vehicle i noticed that not a work was done.

        After ten days i have given for the same service but service not done by the service engineer. from the customer care they have said your vehicle work is over. but no a service is done .? They have done the same as 4th service


        "Sir what is the difference between Local service & Company Service". Now the Local service are giving better service than company service. i[censored] are not caring customers i can refer my family friends & colleagues to the local service team for the better service. i[censored] are not giving me better service i will go to consumer court against company & dealer

              I have purchase Hero Honda Glamour FI motorcycle for Dealer M/s. Jai Ganesh Auto Care Pvt. Ltd., Morbi, Gujarat on[protected]. The complaint is Engine problem as it is sounds abnormally above 60 km. speed and disc break problem. The motorcycle runs only 16600 kms. only. The dealer is not giving proper service even after giving them for service for 2 times for seven days. The motorcycle registration no. GJ 3DJ 2815, Engine No. JA006ED AGK 01575, Frame No. MBLJA06EYAGK02012.

              In last service dealer accept that it is a engine fault and for that engine liner piston is to be replace and engine is to be made again. But it is not Working Properly & second time engine damage first time damage at 8700 Km & second Time 16500Km it is very unsafe to run in this condition.

              Please do the needful .

              I have purchased HH Splendor+ on dated[protected] from Laxmi Autos Tryans Yamuna colony Agra. . Till then I have serviced 3 free in nos. one at Laxmi autos, next 2 at Atma ram enterprises. Bike’s total running from the date of sale is just only 1375 km. I am facing problem regarding rusting on painted parts, i.e. Chain covers lower side. The photograph of defected parts is attached for your kind perusal.
              In Agra at atma ram enterprises at bhagwan talkies crossing, works manager surrendered he cannot change without approval of ASM. Please see it and give instruction to WM for changing defected parts.
              Nobody is taking interest in above matter. From bottom to top in dealership.

                Everytime I take my Hero Honda Splendor + (2005 model) for Service to GANESH MOTORS, I'ev to either call/ take it back for re work again. They either over do things or do not resolve my complaint. Last week I handed over the bioke for service and my complaint was worst mileage a Splendor could ever give. less than 20 kmpl. I insisted them to do a mileage check but they were not ready to. Now aftrer 2 weeks, the bike gives 44 kmpl, which is worst (normal should be 60+) for an average condition Splendor+ . Please advise these dealers that Hero Honda produces good bikes, but services them unsatisfactorily.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I had purchased a bike named “HUNK” on 31 Aug, 2011 from an authorized dealer of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. named “KUNDAN AUTOMOBILES” which in Pune at Bawdhan. It has been just 3 months from the date of purchase and the bike is coming out with many new problems every week. I have even reported to the dealer for about 7-8 times about the problem but he is not able to service it properly and make the bike proper because of which after every 3-4 days I face a problem. The problems which I have faced till now are described below:
                  1. Just after 2 weeks of the delivery of bike both of tyres were found punctured badly. There were almost 15 punctures combining both the tyres. There was a leak from the rim side of back wheel also so I took it to the dealer the next day and they changed the tyre and from that day the back tyre is alright but the front tyre is still getting punctures. The rim problem was also solved after I said them 2-3 times.
                  2. Afterwards the nuts of the mudguard fell down and then nearly after a month when I was riding the bike the gear broke down on the way only. The nuts of the gear loosed and the gear broke down in the way which made me very frustrated.
                  3. The oil leakage is also the another problem which results in another problem i.e., hard gear shifting which makes me more frustrated.
                  4. The rim problem which is mentioned above was solved on 9th December, 2011 when I gave my bike for first service. From that day the rear tyre is alright and doesn’t give any problem.
                  5. Another problem which came out on 18th January, 2012 is that while I was driving the bike the race wire broke down because of which I have 2 leave my bike in the college campus and go hostel by rickshaw.

                  From the day I have took this bike some or the problem comes out which frustrates me and because of which I get stucked. After telling the service centre so may times they don’t provide me proper satisfaction. Half of the time I have to travel by rickshaw or bus just because this idiotic bike doesn’t works properly. I am fed up of this bike so am requesting you to please do something. Either tell them to give me my money back or give me new bike and take this idiotic bike.

                    From the day one, I bought a bike Hero Honda Passion Pro, I had always felt that getting bikes serviced at authorized Hero Honda service centre is good for bike and its performance.

                    But my experience with MAX Motors – Hero Honda service centre (located at Nahur/Bhandup) was worst ever….Since 2008 the year I bought my bike have been giving my bike to this centre for servicing and there would not be a single time that I would not have argument with them.

                    Their only single motive is – SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM THE CUSTOMERS. Even though your bike might not require any spare part replacement or any other repairs they will make you feel that there is a big fault in bike and it should be repaired.

                    Secondly expect the unexpected – you ask them the estimated cost for the repairs…..the cost might some time get doubled after the repair…..reasoning they have found more things to be repaired or more parts to be replaced.

                    Experiencing so many problems I decided that only when if bike requires a spare part replacement I will visit these service centres, so that I get genuine parts.

                    On 14th January 2012, I gave my bike for repair at the so called MAX Motors Hero Honda (or Hero Motocorp) service centre to get my handle break lever and indicator light replaced:

                    1. First of all they tried to ignore me as it was Saturday and they were busy in the bikes that has to be serviced and involves much huge cost as compared to mine.

                    2. After standing for an hour I my bike was taken for repair.

                    3. They did a good job is replacing both the required replacements, shocked when received the bills. They had charged me twice for the indicator bulb. On asking question on the same got a answer that the first bulb the replaced got fused immediately, so the used another bulb (Was this my fault).

                    4. As expected, billing has to be huge for replacing the bulb and the break lever Rs. 360.

                    5. Another shocker when they I left the place with my bike I later noticed that the handle break cover was missing, which was there earlier. When asked about the same to the owner got an expected answer, it was not there when the bike was given and they can’t do anything on this. Next time will have to take the photograph of bike from all the angles before handing it over to them.

                    One intelligent and wise advice to all Hero Honda bike owners. Please do not visit MAX Motors Hero Honda service centre for any repairs or servicing. Only visit them when you need any spare parts, buy the spare part from them buy get it replaced from roadside garage. ALL THE BEST if you do not want to take this advice.

                        my problem is with Hero moto corp's Services...
                        on august 2011 i had purchased Herohonda Pleasure from JCT motors, which is 30 Kms from my home, Nearest Sub dealer is ASHy motors(2Kms) Balaramapuram, since at that time ASHY had shortage so i approached JCT motors.
                        when i gone there to avail free service they humiliated me saying they will not service the vehicle because it is not purchased from there.
                        Also i contacted the Cochin hero moto corp office N times..will give you the number of the same office..

                        when i inquired they(JCT) are saying Company is lagging what is this??hope my card is not used by any other customer/relatives of hero moto corp and earning the benefits.

                        I am a customer in Annapurna motors(Bellary, Karnataka).I am the old customer every 3 months once i am going to check my vehicle(no is KA34 W386) i am not satisfied with them service. And they are not managing proper spare parts service while they are doing like this i don't know. I am pleasing to inform u please advise them for better service...

                          i had purchased splendor pro on 27/11/2011 from Coimbatore MRG Dealer-Was completed 2 free service( meter reading 2650 KM- )this time your dealer performance was very bad -- water service so bad they don't clean in side the mudguard-After i show to supervisor again they do the water wash -they don't put grease in lubricate point witch you show in the manual -Now their was one problem in chain assembly that while running sound was coming - i show to MRG they told me chain was loose -then they adjust the chain –but it was so tight - while running very vibration and chain rubbing sound coming – again I wend to your dealer MRG they put oil and told me that it will clear after 2 or 3 days – after one week chain was loose -- the same problem I am facing 4 time I wend to u r dealer – but no solution – I know the problem –because I am mechanical engineer - problem is sprocket was bend while running ½ round was smooth and ½ round was very tights- problem attend bysupervisor --chain adjustment is complete over – I ask the MRG nest time how u will adjust the nut – they reply me they cut the chain and put link -


                          I WANT TO KNOW 2650 KM RUN VEHICLE WE WANT TO PUT LINK ON CHAIN

                          MRG is feed back was very bad &service so bad –
                          Iam running hero Honda from 1989 but I won’t face such a problem so far

                              I bought a new CBZ EXTREME DSS ALLOY BLACK bike in Erode, Sri Sendil Autos on 15th September 2011.

                              It was really happiest moment for me, I had a passion on that bike too.

                              From the date of 10/11/12 there is a abnormal sound coming from engine.

                              I gave the bike to the service in SENDIL AUTO SERVICE CENTER on 19/12/11 from that date till now the noise which is coming from the engine is not been arrested...

                              Now I am really fed up with that up-normal noise.i doesn’t like to ride the bike.

                              Though I am doing own business, I have the necessity of travelling, so I am using the bike with un-comfortable travel.

                              I am giving my bike for servicing in Sendil autos only, this is the 4th bike we bought from this HERO outlet for my family alone, and there was no complaint about other bikes.

                              BIKE DETAILS:

                              We have CD DOWN TN 33 AB 0011 (Sendil autos, Erode)
                              Super splendour TN 33 AP 3768 (Sendil autos, Erode)
                              Splendour+ TN 56 A 5235 (MSK Motors, Erode)

                              But only in this new CBZ EXTREME having so many problems.

                              We used to prefer Hero Honda only ..

                              But this cbz bike noise problem is not been cured for past 7 months (Dec2011 – June 2012)
                              For the past 7 months I am struggling with this vehicle.

                              In that service mechanic also have changed most of the Spares in engine.

                              I have all the details (invoice copy of all the service) about the spares, which is been changed in my bike engine.

                              They have opened the engine due to rectifying the problem of abnormal noise.

                              They convinced me that abnormal noice will be arrested, but still after those 4 services are been over, yet they could not cure the problem. All my 6 services is over.my riding km s 12, 530 now..

                              I don’t want to ride the bike without satisfaction,

                              Now I need the solution for my requirement.

                                I had problem with my new Passion Pro which I have purchased on 7/12/2011 @ Venkanna Motors Patancheru, Hyderabad.
                                The vehicle is getting frequently Stopped when excellator is slowed down.
                                i have visited the Show room on 14/12/2011 and the service people attended the requested and he told that there is a problem in Excellator cable problem and he Adjusted that problem.
                                Today 15/12/2011 also I had faced the same problem, Again I visited the same show room which I have took the vehicle .

                                The Show room Sales Manager(Srinivas,Sri Venkanna Motors,Patancheru,Hyderabad) behaved Very rudely and he stated the following words.
                                1. This is my show room who the held are you asking me and if you have any concerns go & talk with manufactures(Hero)?
                                (If we need to approach manufacturers for this kind of problems why do you require branded showroom like this we can book online and get it delivered to our doorsteps.)
                                2. He asked me to go out of the show room. is this way to talk to customer ? this is not a free vehicle or gifted vehicle.
                                we look for the brand and purchase the vehicle. I am really surprised to face such a kind of people appointed in your show rooms

                                Unnecessarily we will not argue with the showroom people unless otherwise the problem is very critical. In fact this kind of conversation will kill my time.

                                AS a branded Manufactures I hope you will understand the problem and solve it ASAP.

                                I would like you to take strong action against on this Sales Manager (Srinivas) as I being customer feel that I have been neglected.

                                The same behaviour at their servicing center too(Venkanna Motors -Patancheru, Hyderabad) just below that show room. They do not service the bikes properly. They do not fix the problems which we said nor even fit properly the items(side fiber plastic) which are removed while servicing and more over I am asked to come back after 3 days for water wash though that comes under normal servicing. They charge extra for even small items. I felt better service the bike with private servicing centers instead of this showroom servicing center.

                                Hero motors should take care/action else these kind of things may show effect on them which is already struggling to survive after detaching from Honda.
                                I am Lakshmi Reddy from potaldurthi, I was given bike(passion pro) for
                                first service on 13'th feb 2012, I was listed my problems clearly front left chasuble oil
                                leak
                                I was taken away my vehicle after completed service by that time I was
                                checked with service representative he said we had done your problems
                                Next day onwards the oil leak is higher than before they resolved the
                                problem that means they are not doing properly, Even they are not done
                                water wash completely, When I was asked them they replied we don't have
                                cloth for cleaning bikes.
                                Is this right way to do the things like that ..(it's brand new vehicle with
                                in one month oil leak problem we are facing but not yet resolved the
                                problems.)
                                For servicing also we need to more time we are coming for check in bikes,
                                here also no order if people comes with recommendations service advisers
                                first their bikes are going to check in .
                                If Your showroom has that much facility then please arrange a board here is
                                recommendation candidates vehicles check in other area accepted normal
                                people they have wait as much as long time .
                                We don't have much time to rotate multiple times around service center for
                                resolving same problem for brand new vehicles.
                                *Its symbolism for going down brand in market .because of service center
                                people behavior. *

                                  i have purchased a Hero Honda Pleasure vehicle in the month of August2011 from Venkateshwara Motors,Ashok Nagar,Hyderabad.i feel that the vehicle has a manufacturing defect/unable to find a solution to the problem as the vehicle even after complaining about the problem 3 times the vehicle still shakes when the speed of the vehicle exceeds 40Km & after a recent service a new problem started as the vehicle's speed is not going beyond 30,giving jerks & stopping the engine as if out of fuel,i am fedup with the service rendered by HeroMotoCorp even after complaining many times.

                                        I Have drop my Hero honda splendor pro bike for service with engine oil change,They provided me bill for oil change but they had not changed the oil. Soon in a week oil drained and engine made noise and trouble.I hand over ed it for the problem.It was over a month and they still not give my bike back, and they are blaming me for the problem.
