My Bike's Digital meter Is not working, so i complained before 3.5 Months in Khertal (KAMAL AUTOMOBILES-An agency of HERO MOTOR CORP). But, Still there that meter is not made available to me. I Have drop my Hero honda splendor pro bike for service with engine oil change,They provided me bill for oil change but they had not changed the oil. Soon in a week oil drained and engine made noise and trouble.I hand over ed it for the problem.It was over a month and they still not give my bike back, and they are blaming me for the problem....

I have purchased a hero motorcycle in the year 2006 and Hero Honda Hunk in 2008 from Lakshmi motors(dealer) . I am a loyal customer of Hero Honda since past 10 years. But since i bought this Achiever 2006 model and Hunk 2008 Model i have always face very bad experience in getting the spare parts, every time i give my bike for servicing dealer will say there is no stock of spare parts and keep my bike for 2 to 3 days....

I booked a Hero pleasure scooter (Red colour) from Babu motors,Gandhi nagar post, Neyveli - 607308,Tamil Nadu on 22/07/2011. Till today there is no response about the vehicle. While approaching they behave rudely. They are forcing us to get back the paid advance and to purchase other company vehicle. I never come across such a poor response from any automobile dealer.
