I'm giving my bike for service to Bhagath motors for past one year and not even a single time, they had serviced my bike good. every time i will have to go after 2-3 days of my bike service to complaint that something is not working. Yesterday I have given my bike to them and till now they hasn't even called me once to tell that my bike is not yet ready. I went there two times by walk to ask them the status. But they are definitely sending SMS to remind me about the service every month twice. What is this?? Is this the quality of hero service stations?? Where is the problem?? And after giving here for the service, I can't ride my bike in rain and every time, starting problem is there. None is good with Bhagath. Not even their staff's. But I need my bike proper this time.

    I had booked the splendor pro on 1/4/2013 with the amount of Rs. 5600. After a month when i didnt got any confirmation call, i went to the max motors (mulund - mumbai) branch of hero honda motocorp that is when i was informed that the branch is closing. They lied to me stating they have called me to inform the same and mislead me that they will give me the cheque for the booking amount before the branch is closed. i dont know whether max motors is closed or functioning because after calling them several times i am unable to reach them and there is no response. as well the employee named rakesh who took the booking amount from me is refusing to entertain my queries now stating that he is not in office. My family is using hero honda bikes for 2 decades now and this is what we got in return.

      Being a new customer I would like to know that is there any responsibility, accountability of Authorized service center regarding before and after sells service
      Are They responsible at any extent to follow the guidelines and directions of the manufacturer or not .Or they are free to do any way with the customer as well as vehicle.

      Is there any standardization norms for Authorized service center and dealers

      I already written the e-mail below to Shree Tirupati motors Authorized service center of Hero Motor Corp. at their mail ID [protected]@gmail.com but they did not reply till today

      Hello sir
      today, I got my first free service of my new splendor pro done at your center. After washing and some sort of mechanic work at hydraulic platform the mechanic went for trial run on road to check the wobbling in the rear wheel as I complained it initially and when he return back to service center besides telling about the wobbling he show me a crack in the wiser head of my bike, which is also new for me: It seems a very fresh crack.I complain it to the servicing supervisor(may be) who deny and clam that it is a previous crack as well as accepted his ignorance about it as he haven't thoroughly examine the bike at the time of handling over the bike to service center
      So my point is that who will be responsible for that crack while it came into focus (to me as well) after trail run during first service
      Who will bear the damage

      the problem with the ignition key "The Ignition Key is moving difficultly in its slot" is rectify by myself only

      As they (the mechanic) committed a silly mistake(which as I think is a blunder mistake) of not oiled it

      I am barely new to Automobile two wheeler vehicle servicing and not in mood to do any research in it

      At least some one should be there(at service center) to thoroughly check the vehicle at the time of taking and handling over to customer

      Marley just saying by the servicing supervisor that I had not check the vehicle at the time of taking over to service center and handling over from there can not deny his responsibility

      Please please reply soon otherwise I am compel to move some one else to pursue my complain

        Motorbike(Hero Hunk) was given for servicing at the authorised Service Center of Hero Company at Pune(Divija Auto) when Motorbike was in proper condition. But after servicing it was found that the mudguard of front side of Motorbike was having a major crack on it. When shown this to the senior supervisor, he denied the fact and rejected the replacement of damaged part.

          I have purchased this on 21/3/2013. i am facing problem for the beginning and no one is listening the problems are given below.......

          1. Engine making enormous sound
          2. due to engine overheating it is making terrible sound
          3. when bike is on running condition accelerator automatically increased and it can be cause an accident.
          4. if i increased the speed beyond 45 . the bike will start vibration and its shakes.

          I bought Ignitor bike 5months back. Its condition was good upto first service and had given 50 kmpl mileage. One and only problem was stucking of gears. After first service gears problem has not been solved and three more problems cam eup.
          1) Mileage reduced to 27kmpl
          2) starts automatic accelerating
          3) Engine making sounds

          After 2nd service, automatic raising problem has been solved but mileage, gears and sound problem still exits.
          I couldn't expect such performance grom HERO.

          i've xtreme very bad engine quality

          1 gear problem

          2 poor engine

          3 bad sound

          4 no speed feels like m riding 100cc bike

          hero has decreased engine quality for more profir

          not given any gifts against 12571 points

          modal-passion pro , engine no.-ha10eaagc17053,frame no. mblha10epagco4497, goodlife point - 12571 , but i have not received any gifts.

          Chain broken accidently on road

          My bike reg number, DL3SCU5768, 4th service done on 5th june 2016. From shiva auto gallery sangam vihar, ratiya marg. Chain broken automatically on road. I repaired vehicle on road side mechanic because workshop is too long. How this happen in new vehicle. Kindly take care of my concern seriously.

              I surender singh buy a hero honda CD-DAWN from my local distributre on[protected] and done my service as per company seachdule at last service time i complained myself that motor cycle chain have acricitical sound, engineer fix the problem by tighting the chain.During driving on the

                Since the last week of january I have been searching for the left side looking glass of karizma zmr metallic black colour, its was told to me that the order has been given for the product but on 28th of february I came to know that the order was not originally given and the dealer side told that I was responsible for not giving the order but in this last one month I have went to the showroom for at least 15 times and every time they told they have given the order but the company is not supplying them.I am being harassed for the whole last one month by the dealer and his team.So please help me out of this problem.

                    I Vishwaroop Sharma recently ( Three Months before) purchased a Hero Maestro Scooter which is having Problem from the very beginning as below

                    1) Head Light lock was broken at the time of purchase which the agency has not changed saying that the bike is recently launched and we have no Spares yet the problem resists also the Digital meter initialize button broken

                    2) Self does not function well once the self is pressed it goes on even if the key is removed and bike does not start and self goes on

                    3) Foot rest is always opened and loose always remain opened

                    4) there is some loose vibration of Head below meter giving unpleasant sound like old scooter.

                    All of the above problems were shown during the three services at the STAN Wheel, Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana after long discussion with the Managers of the Agency and all the service engineers have noticed the same but no solution was made and only oil of the scooter changed in the Three Services

                    The scooter is under guarantee and run only 2000 KM yet

                    and there is a big Drama when self goes on and never stops even after removing the key and all the surrounding people laugh at the Maestro
                    saying that you should have purchased Honda Activa instead of the Maestro it happened Two to three times the self do not function well and some time it do not even respond so it is only kick start scooter

                    therefore you are requested to please ask the Company to depute some service engineers and check the vehicle for disturbance and rectify the problem otherwise i will have to go to some another platform for the same

                      I'm irritated by the service provided by the service centers. Sir, I wanna tell you that my vehicle HERO PLEASURE(BR2P-0530) is in warranty period.
                      In last three months its engine seized 4 times and due to this I faced lots of problem. I'm providing some details to you for the seized engine:
                      On 24-10-12 I've given my vehicle to OM HERO,Bihar Sharif,Nalanda and returned it to me on 02-11-12,for this I've paid Rs.1195(Bill No.3272).
                      Then servicing by K. L. Gupta,Gaya on 05-11-12 for the failure of stator component done by OM HERO,Bihar Sharif.Paid Rs.867(Bill No.[protected]RINV[protected].
                      On 23-11-12 servicing by SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna for this I paid Rs.308(Bill No.RSJC-1699).
                      Next day i.e. on 24-11-12 I've given my vehicle to SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna and got back on 23-12-12.Paid Rs.1203(Bill No.RSJC-1994).
                      From 24-12-12 to 28-12-12 my vehicle was in SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna for the same problem.
                      And recently, on 16-01-13 to 27-01-13 as mentioned above means engine seized.
                      sir, i want permanent solution of this problem.I do not want to pay any more for the same reason as I've paid alot.
                      Due to regular engine seized the engine of my vehicle has become weak.So, plz provide me new vehicle if possible.

                        सादर निवेदन यह है कि प्रार्थी आजाद अहमद पुत्र श्री आबाद निवासी गली पतरोल बड्डूनगर कासगंज जनपद कासगंज ने दिनांक 15/08/12 को पैशन प्रो मोटरसाईकिल माँ जगदम्बा मोटर्स हनुमान चोक मारहरा एटा से खरीदी थी जिसका नंबर UP87B8412 है |प्रार्थी की मोटरसाईकिल UP87B8412 लेने के बाद से ही 35किलोमीटर /घंटा का एवरेज दे रही थी ,जिसकी शिकायत प्रार्थी ने उपरोक्त डीलर से की तो डीलर महोदय ने कहा सर्विस के बाद एवरेज सही हो जाएगा ,प्रार्थी अब तक 2 बार सर्विस करा चुका है |लेकिन प्रार्थी की मोटरसाईकिल35किलोमीटर /घंटा का एवरेज दे रही है |
                        अतः प्रार्थी ने पुनः उपरोक्त डीलर से शिकायत की ,तो डीलर महोदय ने प्रार्थी के साथ बेहद अभद्रतापूर्ण व्यवहार करते हुए कहा कि मै सिर्फ पैसा लगा कर मोटर साईकिल बेचता हूँ |तुम्हे गाडी से कोई शिकायत है तो इसे लेकर दिल्ली कम्पनी कार्यालय चले जाओ वही सही होगी ,मेरा गाड़ी को सही करने का कोई उत्तरदायित्व नहीं बनता |

                        अतः प्रार्थी इस गाडी के एवरेज और डीलर के व्यवहार से मानसिक रूप से बेहद दुखी है और आपसे इस प्रार्थनापत्र के माध्यम से गुजारिश है कि प्रार्थी की मोटरसाईकिल सही कराने की कृपा करे |अन्यथा प्रार्थी उपभोक्ता फोरम की शरण मै जाने को मजबूर होगा | यह प्रार्थना पत्र आपको आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु प्रेषित है |

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I have booked Hero Maestro on 28/12/2012. Since then I am following up with the showroom for the invoice which they should have given upfrontly to me.

                          Address of showroom : Shop No 5 Marathon Maxima, Near Nirmal Lifestyle, Lbs Marg, Mulund West, MUMBAI - 400080

                          After many follow-ups finally I received a copy of the invoice which is as attached above. (which is not accepted by the bank as the above page where the showroom name is mentioned is missing).

                          Today when I called Mr.Karan Thakur of Max Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Mulund West for the correct invoice, he spoke very rudely without understanding my problem and when I said that if this is the attitude and behavior, I would like to cancel the booking, he said that I can go ahead with it.

                          Also, he was suppose to get back with me regarding availability of the vehicle but he didn’t do so and now he is denying that he had said it.

                          This is really disappointing that before I purchase the vehicle only I am getting this type of response from the showroom, then in this case what would be the response post purchasing.

                          If the showroom is unable to provide me with the correct service and the vehicle, I want to cancel the booking and want my down payment of Rs.4000/- refunded on priority.

                          Kindly assist me with the issue at the earliest.

                            Dear sir, I have purchased a achiever bike on 10 Feb. 2012 from AUTOBIKES,RANCHI.ENGINE NO-KC10EDCGA 00626,FRAME NO-MBLKE10EMCGA00693,COLOUR-PBG ACCH DRSCCR 1.From begging date 12.02.2012 its shocker started leakage came to showroom regarding this issue they only seen bike and return to me. 2. In first servicing dt.12.04.12 same issue mentioned in job card, they only repair it and return bake doing only washing. 3. now in second servicing coupon no.EB 40402 not been used and turn up third servicing card km recorded on meter5126.for servicing i tried to do it on due date but they have not accepted to deliver on same date latest by evening. Its not my fault. its hero Honda workshop fault. 4.At third servicing Date-3/09/12 km recorded-8487 job card no-23122.Problem raised by me Self not working any more used to start through kick only. b. shocker leakage still going on. All steel parts like leg guard handle, back shocker, sari guard, silencer were rusted within 6 month of purchasing. Whenever regarding this issue i used to talk Mr.Rakesh Kumar. He replied its happened due to moisture substances but at the same time Achiever 150 sports was Available at work shop km-45692 but its all steel parts in good position like shining. d.RPM meter not working from 20 july2012 to till date. let me know this is big issued to you & me also that my bike has been got lots of problem within 6 months. It better to purchase bike from another company like Honda shine, Yamaha, TVs Apache,Bajaj paulser etc.I have paid more got less value product from hero motor corp. Please get back to me as soon as possible otherwise consumer form is there for justice as better solution for me. on 5th December. again shocker leakage work done amount 304 i have paid bt on the next day again same shocker leaked and today paid rs.547 invoice no.[protected] rinv[protected]/[protected] for it.                               I gave my BIke to Hero Motocorp for service. They generate bill of 2137. after that My bike have noise problem. I gave it again to Hero Motocopr. Than they give it to me back. But Problem was same. Than I gave it again than again they genrate bill of Rs. 100. but problem is same. I gave it four time. But problm is same. and this problme arising only after service.

                              Hero Motocorp — Mileage Problem

                              I brought a hero honda glamour bike last year.The dealer offer a mileage of 69kmpl for the bike.But I got only 40kmpl mileage for last one yeas.It is very bad.The service center guys said that it is the better mileage of the bike.

                                i have purchased passion pro apdv regn no mh 03 bk 3723 from mahim fort point .next day i found rusting in my bike's petrol tank so i visited to them & they agreed to replace petrol tank but from the that day i didn't get any reply from them . when i called to them they giving me only one answer we have no stock .

                                  First of all let me take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Munjal
                                  CEO M/S HEROMOTO CORP. for solving the daily commuting needs of the
                                  customers like me. Earlier I used to spend nearly Rs 80/- daily
                                  towards petrol expences, now its reduced to Rs 40/-. Want to know the
                                  reason it is as follows:
                                  1. I have purchased CBZ(xtreme) on 29th of oct this year, within 4
                                  days my bike battery is not responding at all on inspection it was
                                  found that its not working properly and it is just like dead. When i
                                  took it to the delarship M/S K.S AUTOMOBILES RANGPURI DELHI-37 the
                                  manager Mr Rajesh Mobil no. [protected] he told me to take it to their
                                  workshop adjacent to showroom. The workshop guy namely Mr. Jitender
                                  told me to get it to Showroom as its their problem for complete 1 week
                                  I was tossed between them only with no result whatsoever.
                                  2. I was adviced to get in touch with Exide Ind. Ltd which I did and
                                  came to that the bike sold to me had remained in idle condition for 7
                                  months and due to which it has failed permanently and hence can't be
                                  considered manufacturing defect in any case. I have proof with me as
                                  they handed over inspection sheet with remarks.
                                  3. The bike since then is positioned at my place ad I am using public
                                  transport since then. I have to beg my colleages evertime I have to
                                  move out. Thanks for your tremendous help and support I'll recommend
                                  this model and dealership to all my foes and enemies.

                                  Kindly advice me on action I should take as it has became a pain for
                                  me. If at all my complain cannot be resolved. Do I have an option to
                                  move consumer court.

                                  Now My Question will you resolve the problem????????

                                    Hello,

                                    I had given my Bike for repair/service on 29th October, 2012 to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd( Address - 470, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-92)
                                    Till date , I have made plenty of phone calls to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd. They keep on giving me a date to deliver the Bike , but make excuses (part being unavailable etc) I am doubtful if it is an authorised Hero Motocorp Service centre that they are running or a roadside SHOP ??

                                    Also, I was given an estimate of around Rs 14000. Each time I call them, they keep on adding costs . In my last contact with them, they gave me an estimate of Rs 22000. Can't they still figure it out after taking almost a month??

                                    If this is the level of service Hero MotoCorp is rendering to its customers, I am afraid its a sad state of affairs for the company!

                                    I hereby want an immediate redressal of this problem or I would be forced to take further actions against the company. This has caused much mental disturbance to me. I demand the harrasment compensation plus full invoice amount !!

                                      I AM V.SITARAM FROM HYDERABAD ,ANDHRA PRADESH.

                                      1)I BOOKED FOR MAESTRO BLUE COLOUR ON 12/09/2012,vide receipt no:1199 at MODY MOTORS,PLOT NO 2&3,SATYA COMPLEX,TARBUND CROSSS ROAD,NEW BOENAPALLY,SECUNDERABAD,ANDHRAPRADESH-500009(Tel no is[protected]/854).

                                      2)At the time of booking i was told that it will take 30-45 days maximum.now even after 65 days dealer was not able to deliver the vehicle.Unfortunately dealer was not able to tell when the vehicle can be delivered.And also after 65 days he was asking me to book with another dealer or go for other vehicle.

                                      3)When I contacted MODY MOTORS,head office located at 183/184,RP ROAD,SECUNDERABAD-500003(Tel No:[protected]/[protected] I was informed that they have delivered vehicles booked 45 days before.But no proper reply when i asked why my vehicle was not delivered even after 65 days.Please take action for immediate delivery of my MAESTRO-BLUE.

                                      4)Please let me know in case it can not be delivered.And also instruct your dealers do not make false promises of early delivery.

                                      5)And also i may be informed whether the delay is due to delay in production/or some malpractice by the dealers due to the demand of vehicle.

                                        Sir/Madam,
                                        I am Nirmal KS and i have purchased Hero Honda Karizma ZMR from Cheran Automobiles Trivandrum on 14/03/2012, Invoice No: 10961, Customer code: G32782, Agent Code: CHN, and still i didn't get any user manual, warranty card or service book, and from last 7 to 8 months i have been contacting them for this problem, each time they are giving me different excuses.
                                        With out this service book we can't contact any other authorized service center and during the warranty period also i have to pay on other authorized service center.
                                        I have also attached the Purchase Invoice Copy for the proof with front side and back side of the invoice were they have written "service book shortage" with this mail.
                                        So please consider and get me a solution for this problem.
