I am using hireach from 1yr n recently extended package.. Instead of 30 mbps speed it's only 1mbps every day i am complaining about the issue no one ever solved it from 2 months.. Today again when i called the customer service the representative say i wont give technician number nor connect to higher level manager he was demanding n shouting on me to go to ur branch directly n give complaint.. Then y is he n wat he has to do in customer service center...

Only because of this hireach internet my office work keeps pending, my son eating is delayed..

I requested to get new connection from hi reach broadband, agent ravi came to colllect money for collection. Internet agent ravi promised to provide internet connection within 24 hours and took 5000rs from us. Post 3 days lock down started he started ignoring calls and asked to wait for the lockdown to end as they are not giving connections.

It was urgent for me to do work from home so i reactivated my previous internet sevice and asked for refund.
Agent started saying refund takes 3 months and starting ignoring calls.
I called customer care to raise complaint continuously for a weak, they are the freaking worst support in the world they are sitting for no reason no one filed a complaint against the agent ravi nor gave me any assurance for refund even after making continuous calls.

Finally one agent gave office manager number to complain but he never answered call suprisingly and cc agent asked me to go office directly to collect money, it was lock down where travelling was not a option.

Starting calling the agent ravi who took money and after many calls and warnings he promised me to refund the money after 45 days and requested to wait, so i waited for 45 days and then he transferred me 4500rs to my account begging to wait as he his giving money from his salary and will transfer remainaing 500rs in next 30days.

I felt pity and waited for 45days and called him for money he again post poned the date for 10 more days, now when am calling the fraud guy ravi and asking 500rs remaining amount he started new drama saying 500 is deducted and he willnot give that money,

First thing the receipt they gave after paying the money no where states about refund policies and when i rejected the complete connection and asked for refund the very next day i should get my complete money.

This fraud ravi has already took 5k but stolen that 500rs in the middle and changing his words now.
Inspite of waiting all the dates that fraud ravi has informed me, i cant afford to loose 500rs now. Need complete refund as there is no one from that internet company who reached out to me till today about this concern,

This is a big fraud company which is meant to steal customers money without any service with the worst ever customercare who dont even have any skills either call logs and experts in disconnecting calls without any callback or the emails from that company.

Need my remaining 500rs amount refund and action should be taken on such fraud company and fraud agents like ravi.

Wifi is not connecting since morning.

I'm the user of reach broadband for 3 months and this is the great mistake i ever did in my life. For every week it's going off for a day, when i try to contact them they always say it will resolve in 3 hours but they never resolved within the time. I asked them to cancel the plan early and refund my money back but i don't have this option too. Please take proper action on them and i'm advising everyone not to choose reach broadband at any cost.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a residence of kazipet, Bapujinagar.
We have taken your Internet connection 3 days ago on 30th of June. But since the very first day we are facing lot of interruption in the connection. It is getting disconnected very frequently in every 30 mins. I have raised complaint with "Hi Reach" customer care many times but no one attended the site for fixing the issue. Your executive or technical person has closed the complaint without even coming to the site, the complaint number which was closed without attending is :2704349. Every time we call customer care they will just tell that technician will attend within an hour or two hours. But no one will come. We are fed up raising complaints to customer care. "Hi Reach" connection turned out to be a very very painful experience for us. I thought of taking 2 more connections of "Hi Reach" for my relatives too. But now i wont suggest them this connection and also i will withdraw my connection from "Hi Reach". I regret very badly that i have opted for "Hi Reach". It is very irresponsible behavior shown by "Hi Reach" team. We are working from home and we are in very much need of proper connection. Atleast "Hi Reach" team is not at all taking initiative to fix the issue despite of informing them so many times. Such a bad Service. Am very much disappointed with "Hi Reach" .

On 29th June, 2020, my internet cable broke and I raised multiple requests to replace the cable. It's been almost a week and they haven't resolved the issue. Every time I raise a request, they close the ticket without resolving the issue. The customer care executives are very rude and they had disconnected the call several times while I'm still talking to them. Very poor service and unprofessional behaviour.

Internet disconnected immediately when power gone. Till now we raised 4 times complient on same issue. Simply they closed the ticket without resolving the issue.

I had renewed the internet connection on 20 jun 2020 and then internet stopped working after 2 days. I had complained to customer support multiple times and no response/resolution from them.

I had requested refund if they cannot fix/resolve the issues. As per them they don’t have a refund policy or extension of lost days due to their issues.

Request consumer to take action on the service providers exploiting the consumers and their behaviour towards the customers.

Hi iam sai krishna. I taken reach 30mbps 200gb pack. I not getting even 39kbos speed in laptops. Called to customer care few time, but they haven't solved yet...

Despite several complaints about battery backup the problem was not resolved. No proper response received either of the side

Since yesterday mng i am facing facing frequent internet disconnections and from yesterday evening internet connectivity is totally not available. I have emergency works to be attended which can be done only with availability of internet connectivity. So attend immediately. Customer care gives a global statement such as 'as soon as possible' it will be attended. This will not help.

I have requested for a broadband connection to my home in rekurthi karimnagar on last monday. I was told that it would be done in 2 days, but still the installation is pending. It is very inconvenient for me as it is getting delayed.

When I trying to connect I'm seeing No Internet and unable access anything

I'm mallesh_nrml, no internet access every day same problem, even if give compliant nobody came to solve problem but they closed compliant, i paid for one year with 20mbps speed but one month also net not stable, every week net issue, speed issue, compliant to customer care also no use, no proper response from service provider, atleast i asked to refund my amount. They not at all care customer voice, very bad service from hireach, this is not service it's big cheating in the name of internet service nearly i loss 30days in 4months, even they cannot extend expiry date. Please take proper action, these people testing customer patiency

Sir, i have lose broadband conection to my home due to the damage of cable wire or some box.. From last ten days.. But the company has not taken any action... At last i have lodged a complaints on 08.05.2020 & 10.05.202 vide my complaint nos.104254&104354 through my cell no. [protected] and so also on sevaral phone call reprasentations to the company employees... Even thouhg the company has not taken any action till today.. Kindly immediate necessary action and solve the problem..
