Hi Reach Broadband Complaints & Reviews

For my 100 Mbps plan which costs Rs. 6600 for 7 months I never got that speed. Always I get around 10 - 20 Mbps. I tried contacting everyone, including nodal officer and several other guys from their side, I never got any resolution. I got adjusted with that speed after getting tired of raising complaints and callong them about it. Now from past 5 days I have internet only for 1 day. 1 hour ago the technician called me and informed that issue is resolved. When I got home and checked about it, the internet is not working. Connection status is offline in the hi reach portal. I begged for refund and informed them that any reasonable amount of refund is okay so that we can shift to another broadband service, they denied it. I never got the service I paid for and got denied for refund. I'm stuck with this now. Please help me.

We are facing a lot of difficulties in our work without any internet.

It's 32hrs still not at all solved the problem and Service men Raju new men just scolding us literally and go for customer care and talk to them he is saying What was The problem. I've Placed The Complaint It Was At 27 Hrs He took And He Came Yesterday Night quarter Minute to 9 Pm And He Saying 'I've No Ladder And Finer Cuts Are There' (And A Special Thing is He Said Yhat I'm At Your Place And Where is Ur house! again I've Came Court And Called Him On Phone He Is Saying I'm At Other Place And Literally Not Good, it's not at all good Place Give remaining 4months of balance amount To Us We Will Go To Another Broadband or Other subscriber...!

Lost Internet connection and there is no response from customer care.Complaint was registered for couple of times but there is no action.If you are unable to fix to issue atleast refund the money which I have renewed for 1 year last week itself.

Disconnecting daily, Customer care and local technician teams are not responding. From last 2 weeks every day its disconnecting. TO reach customer care its taking more than 30 min time. Im facing lot of Sevier problems towards my work.

We are trying since more than 1 week there is no conclusion for the problem the shifting distance is just 1km even though they are saying there is no feasibility if this problem will not be resolved then we can file civil complaint on the company because very worst service careless behaviour towards customers.

Since 5 days we have no internet 30 times we called customer care services.no use.khammam lenin nagar near sarithaclinic.irr responsible behavior. Very worst problems we r facing hireach technicians.5 days iam suffering customer care people every time they technicians are not available. Very worst experience

I am shifting to my own house near by present house. so please shift the internet connection to my own house.

Every week the company cuts off the internet connection in the name of maintenance or connection problem and when it does that it only happens mostly at working hours. I lost many important meetings due to this problem . In addition, this maintenance continues for atleast few hours.

The company provides zero proper maintenance, zero reliability.

I have been facing poor connectivity issues for which I even raised complaint but there is no proper response. & Today from last few hours onwards there is no internet connection & not sure when I will get back connection. So I am not at all satisfied with the way hi reach treat its customers. Not at all taking corrective actions to overcome the issues / problems.

I came from Australia and currently working from India; I have choose to accept Hi Reach Broadband assuming Good Service & Support based on your Sales team feedback. however I have been continuously facing Speeding issue & Poor Support.

I have raised many complaints and following up with Customer care executive in regards to Low speed (15 Mbps), however tickets are being closed without resolutions. When asked for next level escalation, support team says they do not have escalation metrics, or regional manager numbers.

Points to be pointed and looking your support
1. Tickets are being closed without being resolved.
2. customers do not have the escalation manager number to share feedback of field engineer.
3. Looking for Regional manager & Area manager numbers to escalate and get the issues sorted timely

We have lost our Internet connection please reset the connection

Iam not getting login page also.getting as no internet connection.

In Godavarikhani Power house colony service is very poor still now my connection is offline mode, as we are facing very inconvenient to work my office works.
