Got my connection disconnected a month ago as i was not paid the monthly amount of ₹ 100/- towards power supply charges for internet box fixed in my house. Then i got the total pending amount and till now this box is not removed from my house. Am not a customer and these people are creating nuisance in my colony and harassing me to forcefully provide power supply and not removing the box till now even after a month. All attempts to complain against them are futile. If there is a nodal officer for hireach, he/she should resolve this forthwith. Mahesh [protected], i contacted him several times but no use.

    We have renewed our wifi 1 year plan15mbps, 80gb. But the download speed that i got was 24kbps the next day. So, i have called the executive who has offered the plan and he didn’t pick the calls. Later we contacted the customer care and they didn’t send any technicians. We have called then the next day again, and a technician came to check the speed issues. But i noticed that they cheated saying 80gb but the account mentioned 60gb limit. I have contacted the customer care but no action was taken. Agin that evening the connection was completely lost. I am fed up with this and i want to get the refund for that. None of the executives are responding properly.

      No internet connection and no action taken on that since 14 hours I gave the complaint
      I have registered a complaint that Im not getting a connection to use my broadband and already 14 hours passed away they don't even respond properly and they gonna rectify by 2 pm itseems and I'm a customer of that since 3 years
      So please file a complaint on that and it not my 1st complaint it's not less than 40th one and they don't even transfer the call to higher officials and they don't give the complaint I'd also itseems. Please take a serious action on this .

        I have been using this internet connection since 2 months. I have payed for 3 months. My plan is 40mbps (Which i never got). First month 10 continus days no internet connection. There on at least half day there wont be internet.

        If you call the care, they really don't care about it. Their tech people will not available after 7:00pm. But they will appear at your door steps to collect the money at any time.

        No service from this service provider.

          My plan is 40mbps but i don't feel as its 40 mbps speed its pretty low. If i complain to customer service they don't even care for it. And i must get 2mbps after fup of 200gb (Fake data from them i think) is over. But i get only around 0.45 kbps which is worst they, are indirectly looting us and that customer service people just fake us saying we solve it. Please take appropriate action

            I've taken a connection from this provider few months ago. Worst service ever. They cut the internet connection atleast half a day everyday. It's needless to say how important internet connection for someone who studies and works from home is. I make calls to complain and all they say is "there is a technical problem. We're working on it. Should be back in a couple of hours". And then it starts working after a day or a half, only to stop working again. I've lodged tens of complaints, atleast twice each day. They do nothing but repeat what theyre trained to. Worst service ever.

              I am a customer of hi reach broadband for the last four months. I have deposited an advance for one year. But since they start the connection, never they provide good service since then. Also i am tired of complaining. But till date their service is not as per expectations. When i asked for disconnection and refund of my advanced amount. They refused to refund me back. Neither they are providing better service nor they disconnect and refund me the amount.                 The company ls fibernet has merged to hi reach broadband from there i am not able to get the right service from them. So i would like to complain to consumer for disconnection of my internet. Please help me with this. After merging the companies they are giving burden on the customers. The company is changing fup i want to get before means it is not giving the fup that i should get. And other thing is that due to the companies merge the customer (We) are facing lot of problems without any intimations given by them. Thank you.

                I have been using this reach broad band connection since 2 years. The speed they told is about 20mbps but I can get only 2_3 mpbs. When I complain they don't even respond for this. And I always have problem with login page.. So please help me out with this issues

                  Called to customer care for three times in a day but no tech came forward to me and they even dnt answer the calls littrelly for like 15 times i just called them and no respect and way of behaving is tooo bad 👎.
                  I just subscribe a 1 year connection and they behave like this and i almost use this reach for like 6 years till now.
                  He said the technician will be coming tdy and he never showed up and even the customer support also doesnt respond call after 4 in the eve and keeps tellings he is overflooded with calls

                    I have been calling costumer care to increase my net speed from 5mbps to 20mbps since 4days... Please didn't respond to my complaint yet! And haven't given me any assistance! Worst services! Better don't go with this network! Costumer care people have no idea of what we are asking and they are just meant to say hello and bye! What sort of services are they going to provide! I'm going disconnect the network and tell people about the worst services provided by the costumer care of reach broadband! U people better don't come to houses to ask for connection! Worst consternation care services ever seen

                    Every day night 9 to mrg 10 .30 net is not cmg for 10 days, i had complaint to hnk chow head incharge durga prasad ([protected]) inform so many times, but time waste till now there was no service in night, we want to disconnect net and kindly take away the junction box in my building...

                      I took unlimited connection for 3 months from hi reach broadband but it is disconnecting always. I complain many times but no solution, still the problem is continuing. Very bad technicians and very bad service and waste company. Charging high also. I suggest think twice before taking hi reach it is very bad company. I should complete 350 characters.

                        We have activated reach broadband service for 3 months and all went smoothly without any problems. But recently after the completion of 3 month plan we shifted to monthly plan and made the payment online instead of offline payment. We don't know the reason (May be because of online payment instead of offline) but the next day itself the internet went offline and when i reached to the customer care technician, he came to our home and checked the cable and just says "we can't do it". He is so rude that even inspite of asking him 2 to 3 times about the situation he kept on saying "we can't do it". Wtf man? I just asked 'what do you mean by that?' after raising my voice, he said that it may take evening to even start the work!!! Then i just stopped the call and called customer care and filed a compliant. After that, he came in the evening and completed the work in 10 # minutes and went away! Even though showing his rude behaviour i just went calmly into my room as the internet was back to online. But the next day itself it again went offline. I called him again in the morning. He said that he will come in 10 min and i waited for 4 hrs and called him again. Then he replied, 'is the problem not solved?' wtf man?? You didnt even come out of your house and asking whether the problem is solved or not??? Is this some kind of joke??? Then after 20min he came and went to my neigbour house and waited for 30min there and called me and said that "the box has to be shifted and it can be done only tommorow" why? Cant you do it today?? Whats happening man???

                        After all this, i asked him whether there are no other complaints (As there are other connections held to box that he had mentioned) then he simply replied that
                        "you are the only one who is complaining! There are other connections that are offline due to the same box and no one is complaining!!!"

                        Is this called 'service'? I just want to know! He is literally saying me to pay for the internet and dont speak anything if you dont get internet! I paid for the month and i sat idle without internet for 2 days and he is saying to continue without complaining??

                          I have been using hireach broadband internet since 11 months. I took 1 year package which is valid till aug 17 for rupees 8, 050. From the very beginning i am facing lot of difficulty with the connectivity. The connection is disconnecting frequently (Once in every 2 days). I used to complaint them every day about the disconnection, every time i call them they would say it wont happen again but the same issue repeats. There is no permanent solution for this issue till now. From the last 2 months this issue has become more serious i. E., connection is disconnecting almost every day.

                          If i want to use the internet for any urgent/important work i have to go to my relatives house or internet café which is costing me a lot and there is waste of money and time. Though i have my internet connection in my house i am not able to use it in my need. I want you to take action on them about their services and make them to find a permanent resolution for the issue mentioned. If possible i want to file a case against them and get my payment back which i wasted paying them.

                            I have taken static ip for my office from reach broadband with coustmer id abhishek_kd at kattedan hyderbad, i have never seen such a pathetic service in my life they take money for 12 months n internet stops working very next day of payment... Kept on calling on there customer care center n they don't give a damm about customer satisfaction.

                            They take the complaint n register it n after an hour or 2 they close the complaint saying it has been resolved..

                            Please help to solve the issue or else get my money refunded

                              Hi I am Hemant . I had taken a 6 month package from these bloody cheats on August 26th 2016 in Kondapur, Raja Rajeswari nagar, hyderabad.As of today (18th oct) I have already 6 complaints with them (Their DNS server perhaps keeps going down) but I did not mind that much as I already had decided post 6 months I would change my internet provider.But my company changed my office location due to which I have to relocate to another locality (BN Reddy lyout near L.B nagar). I contacted Hi Reach Broadband customer care and explained them my situation. They clearly told that they do not provide internet in that locality and will not even refund my payment as its not part of their policy.Their bill/pamplet does not mention this clause .While giving me connection they had said that they provide internet service through out Hyderabad. This is a clear case of cheating, I want to know if we can take these people to court and get our money back.                                 Hi i am arjun ray, i have requested for broadband connection on 02/10/2016 under the receipt no 61951. The executive name is ravinder. I told him that i need the connection on same day which is 02/10/2015 because i have to do some official work from home. He promised me the same and he have taken the 1000 cash and 1645 as check. I called same day in the evening and he responded my call he told that i have some urgent work to do so, your connection will be given by[protected] by 11 am, i waited till 11 no body came, then i called on same number and other person was receiving the call he told that ravinder is on leave. Today i have loss of 25000 because i had to made the call to the client to us... I don not want the connection and also i need all the money back with check and 25000 penalty to hi reach broadband.

                                From past 1 week i am getting net speed less than 1 mbps for a plan of 15 mbps
                                This is not fair and sometimes internet won't access and they will say it'll take 4-5 hours a technical problem occured

                                  My connection number is 1329709. Previous i was using 10 gb, 5Mbps plan. Npw i changed it to 50 gb 5MBpS plan. Day by day network become worse. Speed shows onyly around 1Mbps. I paid complete year payment. Bt i have got fedup with its pooe network. So plz refund my pament. I did complaint soany rimes to the coustomer care bt they provide only temporarily relief. By all this i m getring fed up. Shen they visit my place speed shows normal bt aftr sometime same problem arise again. So its better company has to refund my amount and also compensate me. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                    I am continuously facing interupted services from karimnagar, telangana state hireachbroadband company. At the time of taking connection we are paid 6 month rental. I was loss some money and mental peaceful due to interupted service. More times i was given complaints. But not respond properly. Take action and compensation paid due to interupted services.

                                      I have been using this internet service from the past 1 year with 5mbps speed at 600/month.on june 13 2016 attracted by there 10mbps plan at same cost with vat as extra i opted to that plan and paid for 3months from the day 1 after choosing 10mbps i am not getting the same speed they promised instead i am getting inbetween 1to 5mbps during day time and in the early mornigs and at midnights iam getting 10mbps .i started calling them but they keep saying that we have problem from backend we will resolve it soon and promising me it will happen in 2 days and again when i call they extend it by another 2 days it has been 10 days they are least bothered about customer. As they said if they have promblem from there provider how am i getting 10mbps in the nights and early morning but during the day time the speed falls drastically. Please take action on them.

                                        I had gave a complaint on last 3 days for loss & improper internet, they didnt took any action and they were not responding to our cl, instead of avoiding the mobile no from 3 days, and the quality of internet was not so proper, actual plan of my net was 10 mbps, but what i am getting is 5mbps speed, so plz take action of this broadband and help the innocent people,
