Hi Reach Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I took a new connection from Hi Reach Broadband in Hyderabad on 21st Feb 2016. My plan is 2 mbps speed upto 40 gb and 1 mbps thereafter. Since then the speed I have recieved is approx of 100 to 150 kbps daily. Now that I contacted customer care and the technician guys I was informed that my data has crossed 68 gb which is impossible.
