Respected sir, 3 mahine pahle maine scooty honda active finance karwayee ..unhone mujhese 8 check liye without dated aur koi reciept nahi di na hi finance ke koi documents abhi tak mile... 3 mahine pahle ECS lagna tha magar 3 mahine pahle ye kaha gaya ki RBI ne ECS form change kiya hai isliye aapko naya form dena hoga, tab tak aap cash payment de dijiye, 3 mahine baad may 5th ko unhone achanak ECS laga diya aur ECS bounce ho gaya aur mere account 287 rupee kaat liye gaye ...bank ne mujhe bataya ki ye ECS abi mandate nahin hai...sir inhone jo mujhese check liye hai... pata nahi wo waapas honge ya nahin ..mere pass un check ka koi record nahin hai ki na unhone mujhe koi reciept di...iske peeche inka kya froud hai ..pata kijiy my no is [protected]

This to inform you that i had taken a two wheeler loan from hinduja leyland finance contract no tnchastw01873 and reg no tn06l2352 which as been cleared in the month of september 2015 but still in cibil it has been registered as amount over due kindly advice to take action also i have the noc copy also for the same. And i am unable to take any loan from any bank also my score is getting detoriated

I have financed c.d deluxe from your finance company. i am jitender kumar soni from Ajmer rajasthan and i dont know my loan account no and the finance has been done in the name of jitender kumar soni from ajmer Rajasthan but your members of company demanding one thousand fifty rupees as a fine.they said that fine is imposed on your loan account.and i dont know why the fine is imposed on my loan account.and the fine is unreasonable .financed has been done in the year 2015 please solve this matter

Mene ek two wheel seplender bike finance (HLF) SE fimance hue thi 23.03.2013 ko mahaveer enclave palam se le thi. Meri 1st emi bank se cut gai 2id emi ke leye mere pass sanjeet naam ka ladka 25/6/13 KO phone aaya or usne batya ki system me error hone ke wajhe se ab app ko emi cash deni hogi mene kha thik hai mujhe to deni hi h cash lo ya cheque. me ab account me nahi dala karunga. or wo mujhe se sari 17 emi le ja cuka hai. by cash. lekin mujhe abhi tak meri NOC nahi meli hai jabki meri last emi 1/sep/2014 ko hi katam ho gayi thi.me total amount pay kar chuka hun. I had obtained Auto Loan from HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE as on 24/07/2014 and wherein my last overdue was Rs.4, 115/- as on 05/12/2015 as per company foreclosurer letter and which one paid by me as on 05/12/2015. However after one and half month whenever i issue my CIBIL report for loan purpose than same loan to be shown as overdue for Rs.4037/- as on 27/01/2016. So, just because of this issue it is most difficult for me to obtained loan from other banks too. I will attached herewith the copy of Payment made, Loan Statment, Foreclosure letter of HINDUJA LEYLAND FINANCE and CIBIL REPORT issue as on 27/01/2016.

So, Please consider above matters and resilve my issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I had resisgned the company last year applied for PF in the month of JULY 15 with my PF NO:TB/TAM/0062564/000/0001735.Till now Ididn't got the amount with reference pld find the online status with details. This guys follows such a sick process, do not think of going ahead with this culprits for any kind off loans. You will not be notified on the EMI deduction, you will not receive schedule statement, customer care num will not be reachable, EMI collection executive looks weird, odd tone, you will receive calls from them when ever they would like to collect payment and you will forced to pay the late payment charges.

I have provided 10 cheques for 10 months, First two month, it went fine. Third month, they didnt draw money from cheque. They just come back to me and informed as there is a cheque bounce due to insufficient money, but it was totally false. I always maintained money in my account for this EMI. and i was forced to pay extra Re.35/- for this. And, In 4th, 5th, 6th month, they didnt use my cheque to take any money from my account. I have contacted the Hinduja finance person who is available in the Two wheeler show room, they just note down my mobile number. But i maintained the enouth last 3 EMI in my account. I got a call at 6th month as i didnt pay for last three month EMI, i have told the same, as Last three month EMI was not taken and i told that i have informed this to Hinduja fin person who is available in Two wheeler show room, but they didn't convince asked me to pay with interest of Re. 882/- extra. Plus, they told the cheque was not cleared as it is not comply with CTS cheque. They would have informed me at the 3rd month itself. but they informed this reason in 6th month. then have paid the last 3 EMI in Cash, but i do not likely to pay the extra amount of 882, because it wasn't my fault. If they informed me at early, i would have paid the amount through direct cash. Then i have asked them to collect the money through cash, and told to return all cheques. As i told, they collected the 7th month EMI by cash, and i stopped the 7th month EMI cheque through online. In 8th month also, they collected the EMI though cash, at the same time, they cleared my 8th month cheque. I reported the same and they have refund the EMI by cash. Last month, I got a letter to pay 7th month EMI as the cheque was bounced. I went to Hinduja finance office and provided the 7th month reciepts as i paid through cash. they agreed with that. But they called me and asked to pay Re1548 /- as it was the accumulated interest of 4, 5, 6 month payment. they are not convincing whetever i say. I m facing a bad experience with Hinduja Finance, mainly because they are not communicating the actual scenario properly, Instead, they are trying to accumulate interest. As per this scheme my first twelve installment should be 1929 and rest twelve installment should 1239 rs per month that's i need to pay & i have submitted post dated cheques of rupees the sum of - 1. [ 1929*12 ] + [ 1239*12 ] = Rs.38216 2. Down payment = Rs.20, 000 3. Bike on road Cost = Rs.51, 003 As per the Bank's statement i will prove that ICICI Bank have done a fraud with me because they had already taken 17 installments of Rs.1929 but it should be only twelve in number. now i stop to pay my rest of installment.. All what was happened with me is not according to the commitment as it is well known " Bank has no right to deduct money more than the amount for which i have release post-dated cheques." Now ICICI Bank send lot of notification for pending installments without settlement at my previous address that i have already left one year before and right now i am in delhi . Buy Honda Twister in Oct 2013, my acc no is DLDLLNPW00412. They took more than one cheque for few months and send it for clearance in the bank when denied they contacted for cash payment, which I didn't give coz that was two installments in one month. And now after I had paid all installments they just not giving me my NOC.

I took loan from Hinduja Leyland finance Bangalore on 2014 April for my two wheeler Honda Deo Reg No : KA 01 HF 1391 from Honda showroom Koramangala Bangalore, my loan amount is not deducted since last 3 month from my account, I already given cheque to your colleague Raghu. I try to call the concern person one who deal with me for loan, his phone is switch off and your office number also not receiving my call, Please advice me how to pay my loan amount, or please provide me a contact number.
