Dear Sir/Madam, (To Whomsoever it may concern) I am writing this email with reference to the conversation I had with your office staff yesterday. I am Deepak Kumar Routray a resident of Hyderabad city. Last year in August I had purchased a Hero Maestro from Mody Motors, Bolarum, Secunderabad. The Finance was provided by Hinduja Finance, S.R Nagar Branch, Hyderabad. In September I cleared all the 12 months EMI and was told that the NOC will be sent to my home in 30 days by the branch Manager Mr. Gupta. When I did not receive the NOC for 2 Months I went yesterday 18/11/2014 to speak to Mr. Gupta. When asked for the NOC he told me that I have a due of Rs 2300. He told me that I would not get the NOC until I clear the amount. When asked for the clarification he told that this is the penalty for the cheque bounce which happened last year in October. I was already charged by my bank for the same already. The cheque bounce was also because of your office staff. I had told them that I would pay them in cash. However they did not remember and by mistake deposited the cheque. I was still fine and did not raise any questions. But I have never heard bank charging for the cheque bounce to the payee. This is a penalty the account holder. Why am I being given wrong information ? Also I feel that I have paid 13 EMIs as per my calculations. But they said that they have received 12. The entire experience has been very bad. Your office staff are the worst professional people I have ever seen. They just do not listen to the customer. They refused to help me with arrogance and directly telling me that what will you do if we do not listen to you. Is this the way you have asked your staff to behave ? I was thinking to purchase a four wheeler in the next 2-3 months. If this issue had not happened I would h have purchased though your company. However this entire experience has shaken my confidence and trust on your organization. I do not think I would be making any future transaction with you guys. I would also spread the news everywhere on social media to encourage people to not buy through Hinduja Finance. If you think this matter is of any concern to your company reputation you might take an immediate action and issue an NOC after thorough verification. Hoping for a response. Down 32000+EMI 55332 is just to High...So i Search internet for exact price fro Hero Passion Xpro On road price is 62000 Max.With EMI & Tax i accept this is max 82000.But I have charged 5k extra...This is totally misguide me Hinduja Leyland Agent.So please help For farther salutation.               I had brought honda activa finance by hinduja leyland finance . i have given them the 10pdc cheque of worth rupees 2500/- each of icicibank, landmark, vadodara branch. first cheque was debited from my account but remaining cheques are not debited from my account, when i enquire about that the answer came was that you have given only six cheques some how it was not deposited and you have to pay cash as i denied to pay cash until they won't return my blank cheques back the activa finance was in name of parita radharaman chauhan & registration no is GJ 6 HM 8412 so do me favour by giving some solution for this my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com & my mobile no is [protected] with reguards parita r chauhan

                Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, ANJU BORAH a customer of your company having Contract No. ASGWGT00018, Customer Code AS00003720. I have availed facility of financing a commercial vehicle from your company. As per the Terms & Agreement the vehicle financed was to be insured from your side but due to your over sightedness the same was not renewed for 2nd & 4th year and the renewal premium for the same was paid by me, which was conveyed by me to your employee and accordingly as per the conversation with your employee the same was adjusted from installment which was due on October' 2013 for the 2nd year renewal premium. And if you go through my Statement of Account (SOA) you'll find that an excess amount deposited on every installment by me. When I enquired for the confirmation of the adjustment your employee confirmed me about the same. However few days back when I enquired my balance amount I came to know that the same was not adjusted & was made overdue. I would also like to draw your attention that the Installment for the month of June'2014 was paid by me vide Receipt No. 661 Dated 10.06.2014 which was also not updated in your records. I have number of times requested your employee to collect the installments on time. But due to his negligence many Overdue Charges are charged in my A/C. Thus, please take this matter seriously so that I can continue my payments as I will not be paying the extra charges which are charged due to your employee negligence. Thanking You.                   I had taken loan and successfully paid all instalments without pending any for a two wheeler. The loan agreement ended up in Jul 2014. I visted the company and filled up the form for NOC. Till now i was not provided with NOC and when trying to contact personnel they are not responding.

                            Dear Sir We are sorry to say that due to negligence of work of your employees of Chittorgarh office our Financial planning has been failed, We have taken loan Rs.[protected]Cont. No. RJBHCH00629) in the month of Feb. 14 and its EMI of Rs. 437420/- has started from April 14 and since April 14 all the PDC has been cleared up to month of July 14 despite of that your employees has placed cheque in bank and recovered (437420x2=874840/-) due such negligence's of your qualified employees Rs. 874840/- excess recovered by them. We have taken a Loan of Rs. 825000/- ( Cont No. RJBHCH00641) In the month of June 14 and its EMI of Rs. 31485/- and a Loan of Rs. 3750000/-(Cont. No. RJBHCH00642) and its EMI of Rs. 135989/- hence total EMI Amount Rs. 167474/- is being cleared on its due date from the bank despite of that your Chittorgarh Branch has placed a cheque of Rs. 167474 +874840=1042314/- on Dtd. 09.07.14. Due to such mistake we got losses and our planing has failed. When we asked to Mr. Shrawan Singh (Mob.                               I have taken a commercial vehicle loan from Villupuram Hinduja Leyland Finance on 30-March-2012 and my contract/account number is TNCTVP00029. I have paid all my dues till 01-July-2014 and the current balance has to be around 1, 04, 000. But you have given a report to CIBIL saying the current balance is 3, 36, 000 as on 12-June-2014. I don't have the proof of statement to attach. Please verify my account from your side as you can able to see my account. Please correct it as soon as possible as it is affecting my CIBIL score.                               Hinduja Leyland Finance — Report sent by you to CIBIL says my current balance so high

                              I have taken a loan from Hinduja Leyland Finance on 27-oct-2017 and my contract/account . I have paid all my dues till 05-nov -2019 and the current balance has to be around 40k you have given a report to CIBIL saying the current balance is 40kon 05-dec-2019. I don't have the proof of statement to attach. Please verify my account from your side as you can able to see my account. Please correct it as soon as possible as it is affecting my CIBIL score.

                                Sir iam a loan barrower of from your branch at s r nagar hyd iam suffering from your recover agents since after paingg first instalment every month agents are coming and forced to take my two wheeler noap29av2285 from my child name sai krishna shashank to avoid this problem i cantacted the br manager mr gupta he is taken my bank pass book saying i will settle the problem in a week in the month of des2013 till today iam not received my bank pb and problem is also not settled from six months iaa going to your br office the manager saying that our ho is saying tomarror hence pl come tomarrow or he is out of city or he in hospital [these word are told by his office staff] the bank dedected three extra instalments rs 6000 odd.
