I have brought a two wheeler uder ur finance company on 26 june 2016 loan has cleared on sep 2018 but ur person haven't provided me NOC till date and he is asking lame excusses such server not responding, not in office, call me next week, his name is ANAND contact no:[protected].

I have preclosed my vehicle loan and I was told that after 45 days I'll be getting NOC, but till now i haven't received instead loan amount is getting deducted every month.
No landline is working, all are out of service. Tried contacting manager and explained my problems. And i has been a month, I haven't got any refund till now and the next months EMI has got deducted.
This company does not have any customer care numbers working and no land line is working. Such bad finance company I have ever seen.

I take a loan in hinduja leyland finance and i paid all the emi"s and settled the account in full and get noc, but in cibil report there is a pending payment of rs. 16, 886/- and the account is still active as per cibil report. Kindly update the closure details of account in cibil.

Please provide me with my loan statement for customer contract no. Eskohwtw00248, the loan is registered in the name of sushil agarwal for a two wheeler loan of finance amount 68000. As per my records the finance amount should be 57000 as the asset was worth 97000 and down payment of rs 40000 was made through cheque.
I have on multiple occasions tried to contact the customer care provided on your website to no avail.

On my first emi on august 2017, my account has deducted 2763/- on august 14 2017, but still the realization date was not updated, and again on 7th july 2018 my cheque bounce was there but i have paid 3270 on 28th july 2018, and again 1st august deducted the acount and again on 5th and 16th october 2018 2emis are deeducted, finally because of this my cibil is showing 3bounces by hinduja finance ltd, so please rectify my account data so to clear my cibil score. Hinduja ley land branch lb nagar the excutives are calling me and they are torcher me daily about check bounce amount and they say i will take ur vehicle and il will not give day night they are calling. And they are warning as a rowdy the excutives are behaving was very worest especially in lb nagar branch one ediot talking in hindi and he was scolding my entire family so what can i do im paying emi every month my atm card was lost and im giving by hand to hinduja leyland excuetive the. As your agent told me that they will take payments through bank ecs but after 2 month agent called me to tell that your payment is due of loan so i told then to use ecs but they tell me that it will not to done by ecs after that they started to call me regularly to threaten me to pick my bike earlier i have told them that i will pay after diwali but they have picked my bike without my knowledge
After two three days i went to your company office to pay two months dues and after that they ask to pay 3 months payment with extra payment of 5500 rs so i want my solution regarding this problem otherwise i'll go for comsuner court regarding this problem from your side

So request to send NOC on this email for further needful. as now its approx 1 year but no update about NOC neither customer care co-operate nor response of emails. its worst service.

I have purchased a two wheeler honda activa which is on 2014 July 30th. I have completed all my dues with out any default in the year 2016june.
Now for the past 4 month my has been updated as seetlemnet status nd rupees 57 has been overdue and my cibil score has been gradually decreased to 650 from 787 points. Which is now affected me by not taking any loans which shows as negative accounts.
I have reached to hinduja Leyland finance in little mount chennai office and the person has said I ll close fromy end and he gave me a statement of account.
Now point my is am not getting loans that too in this situation where I kept marriage in the next 2 month. For that reason I have applied for Loan. Kindly help to resolve this issue asap.
How the people can upload my account as negative in cibil

I have purchased a honda activa in january 2017 and it has been financed from hinduja leyland,.

The contract no for the same is : dhfafatw01137

My first ecs for the same has start deducting from my account from the month of march and it was deducting on 5th of every month till yet as told at the time of purchase.

In the month of july my ecs get bounced from my aacount due to some reasons but i get it paid by cash in the same month at the showroom from where i have purchased the vehicle and they have given me a reciept for the same. My ecs was of 2500 rs but as it got bounce so i paid rs 3000 for the same as bouncing charges are applied to it.

In the month of october my ecs get deducted from my account on 05 october 2017 but again they deduct it on 17 october 2017 and due to insufficient balance in the account it gets bounce.

In the month of december they have deduct it on 1 december 2017 and it get boune.

I want to know that if the date of ecs is on 5th of every month so why they are deducting it in the middle of the month or on before the date of ecs.

Moreover they are charging some amount as. Ach charges from my bank as the bouncing charges.

I am not able to get in touch with any of the person from hinduja leyland so i am writing you this

Thay have already charged 12 emis of 2500 rs each from my account and still they are saying you have two emis remaining.

Request you to please look into the matter.

Hi i m dastagir sanadi r/o rendal dist kolhapur mah. I have purchased ape piagio on 14/04/15. I have paid all the emi regularly on my bank a/c. Of rs. 6270/- now this month is last emi and they shows me a statement with delay charges of rs.4300/- it is not legal. Plz solve this problem otherwise i will take an legal action against the company & ur executive

I took two wheeler finance from Hinduja Leyland for my Activa.
The loan is closed and I have made all prompt payments but I see 4 late payments on My cibil score.

I have made all payments on time and also took loan statement for the same and reported the issue to bank for multiple times.
Reported this issue to bank and Experian multiple times, but my issue not resolved. Please resolve my issue ASAP.

I want the bank to respond immediately and remove the 4 late payments in the payment history immediately, as it is impacting my score.

Their after some of your technical issue your executive request me to change bank (Bank of baroda). So their after i also cooperate with him and reissue a new bank (Indian bank). On that time your organization was not take installment still 2 month for your technical problem but again i also cooperate with your organization and paid 2 months installment with together.
But today at about 4.15 pm one of your executive calling me from [protected] and behave so harshly thereafter i also contact mr. Tapas on [protected] and his behavior is so rude and they did not minimum respect a customer. It is so embarrassing to me.

Really i am frustrated because of your company from the beginning because of you my cibil is badly affecting from the first payment still now i have problem but i dont know to whom i want to contact.

Very first payment ecs is bounced because of refer to drawee i dont know what was that i tried to know but no one explained after that i called the executive and sais what was that he said it is our mistake only and he send one executive i gave cash then he said here after i collect the cash every month i told him ok stop my ecs and i gave stop payment even after that i they deposited the ecs it got bounced so since then i am paying cash i will follow from the month beginning to pay the due they will come 20 to 25th of every month then the beauty is they will mark missed payment in cibil i dont know what to do really please sort out this immediately..
