I had to book gas cylinder but all my attempts(about 100) through out the day on 03.01.2008 to book the cylinder on telephone proved futile & I had to personally go to the agency on 04.01.2008 to book the cylinder. The deliveryman Mr. Rajesh came on 11.01.2008 only & all the cylinders he was carrying were found to be under weight & seals broken/ tempered. On questioning he said we are receiving cylinders in this condition only. He further added that the seals gets broken in the company itself when they wash the cylinders with hot water. The agency's tel nos. & even company's complaint nos. 22013996 etc were also could not be contacted for dialing hours together. The delivery man was also not carrying the counter foil meant for depositing back to the agency on which customers signatures were required. Later on it is told by another delivery man that he might have taken the cylinders earlier from the agency & deposited the counterfoil in token of having delivered the cylinder with fake signatures. These cylinders are then being used with other commercial establishments in league with the delivery man before these are supplied to the customers. The booking of the cylinder on telephone is an uphill task,the company's complaint Nos. & customer service mobile no. are not approachable. Even the company's mobile no. as written on the back of the delivery slip is a nine digit number which itself shows the service approach of the company.
I am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening.
The H.P. gas agency is Devi Dayal Gas Agency, Sector 8 Rohini, Delhi 110085. My Consumer No. is 600324.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I am facing problem with your dealer Bharti Madhyavarti Sahakari Grahak Bhandar for refilling of cylinder. The people at there Rajivgandhi Nagar out late are not delivering the cylinder within comeeted period. If we ask about delivery people are answering in very rash language. If we said them about complaint they strait saying this agency's woner is MR. PATANGRAO KADAM (MINISTER OF MAHARASHTRA GOVT.) so no one will do any thing against us. what ever you want to do you can.

    i live at panchkula(haryana).i have booked refile on 5th january2008.on booking they always say that u have to wait for 1week as there is shortage of gas.is it true?if so,then there must be a solution/public notice to book there gas in advance.

Nagar, Faridabad, but as on date i have not received the gas cylinder.and they always say that u have to wait for Four Day's as there is shortage of gas due to strike.is it true? Today I confirm the position in my gas he told me as same reply. In this time you have gas booked in black then we have provided gas cylinder immediatelly same as Rs 600/700.

    We have our number enrolled with PUNE city distributor named Jay gas, situated at Vadgaon Sheri, Pune. Phone :[protected]/27032515. My problem is with gas booking service.

    Whenever we try to book the GAS the phone line is busy or continuosly ringing with out any response. You can try it at any hour of the day and you will get annoyed with the service.

    There should be online Gas booking service facility. This will be useful for all the customer. Specially in today's sinario where both husband and wife are working.
    i am observing since last three-four months that supply of gas quantity is less.
    There is no change in consumtion of gas but since last four it takes only 30 to 35 days to became empty. Before four months it works for more then one and half months.

    My Cosumer No. is KK 8083 at krishna krupa gas agency, singarwa, odhav, ahmedabad, gujrat. I booked the gas LPG cylinder 0n 18.062008, they supplied gas delayed on 4.07.2008. I called to book refilling of spare empty cylender then the supplier replies that we will not book refilling within the 21 days from the date of supply of rifill.This situation is occure due to delay supply of refill. Posing preesure on day to day cooking work. Necessary action may be taken to get the supply in reasonable period.

    I am from Sambalpur, Orissa having consumer number 605796 like lodge the following complian against poor service in suppling of refilling gas cylinders by your dealer in my area. That before some months company has terminated dealership of one dealer named 'SAMALESWARI GAS' and deputed other dealer named 'TARINI GAS' to serve gas to the consumers. In the total town only one dealer is serving ( to his own consumer and to the consumer of SAMLESWARI GAS). As a result of which consumers are facing many difficulties to get refilled cylinders. Dealer Tarini Gas is neither taking booking over tele phone nor suppling at home delivery. I am facing so many difficulties to get refilled cylinders in time though my job is a touring job. I have to go to Tarini Gas which is 5 kms distance from my residence for booking of a refilling cylinder and then have to inquire several times about availability of the same. On the day of delivery I have to stand in line for atleast 2-3 hours to get a refillied cylinders. I want to ask you sir is it the procedure of customer service of your company or is it rules provided by govt. of india. Hope you will take a quick action to deliver refillied cylinders on getting information over phone from the consumers to their door.

    i am kamal nayan sharma. My old gas connection was issued by indane gas company from suratgarh disst ganganagar(rajasthan).
    now my family has been living in sikar (rajasthan). i have submited my indane connection to suratgarh, now i want hp connection in sikar but your branch manager (m/s dev gas agency, rani sati road, sikar)is not giving proper responce. i have completed transfer formalties.

    My LPG connection No is 617035 . My dealer name is SHIVA GAS AGENCY, SHIMLA, I have booked the refil one month back but the refil has not yet been supplied by the dealer. Today I enquired the problem with the said delaer but Mr. Kuldeep of said delaer replied that we do not have labour/deliveryman, if you want REFIL than hire the taxi and take it from my Godown. you are requested to look into the matter and instruct the dealer accordingly.

    Sir, I have H.P.GAS connection.My consumer No.is 612366.My distributor code is 11545800 and its address is as SURAT GAS CO. DELHI-GATE, STATION ROAD, SURAT-395003.MY PROBLEM is as below.
    the above connection is in my name. i transfered it from maharasrtra to SURAT-Gujrat, it got transfered on dated 18/02/2006.since then i am getting regular supply of gas cylinder on telephonic booking.Today when i called distributing co. to book my order, i have been told to submit my RASHON-CARD.Since i dont have rashon- card here at surat, i requested conserned person that i can submit my PAN CARD, ELECTION CARD, CORPORATION BILL( VERA-BILL), BANK PASS-BOOK, AFIDAVITE LIKE that. But they denided, and asked me to submite rashan-card only. my request is CANT the above documents which i can submit not sufficient to satisfy norms of the company, so that the distributor can regularise the gas supply to me
    H P is just neutal in case case of comsumers complaints & is simply favoring dealers

On the day of delivery I have to stand in line since 4 o'clock morning for atleast 6-7 hours to get a refillied cylinders even after such a long wait it is not sure that i will get refilled cylinder want to ask WHETHER IT IS the procedure of customer service of your company or IT IS THE rule provided by govt. of india.

    i think in this freedom India, though the prices of daily needs touches the sky, still we should get it on time even we have to adjust for it financially,

    Hindustan Petroleum Gas — Delivery not on time

    Hello, I live at Ashram, new delhi.I took a gas connection from HP Gas dealer(Gujarat Agencies, Bhogal, new delhi).They took money from me and told me that I will receive cylinder next day.But five days have gone, till today(i.e. 18th November 2008).I didnt receive it.Its really a not acceptable behaviour.After all this I have tried to call them many times, but always it says number not available.
    dear sir, i just wanted to know that under which section of law your dealer or you decided that not to book any cylender before 21 days of the delivery ? or is it your own policy?

    We are belongs to Village Kanpur, Po kood, P.S-Salipur, Dist -Cuttack state before you that we need to be H.P.Gas consumer .But in our near by area there is no distributer . Some black marketter supply gas @ high cost without paper .

    We have booked gas cylinder on[protected] now the date is[protected] till date we did not receive the cylinder sinec 20 days when we call again on 17-12-08 they says no booking in our record, we again booked vide booking is 41329, after one week when not received we again visit thair office and again they said no booking in our record and we 3rd time booked vide booking no 53859 and they are committed we will be delivered within 3 to 4 day’s this problem we are facing mostly also they are not even lifting the telephones. My gas agents name is Amit Gas Agency L-2 Kalkaji DDA Flat New Delhi -110019. My consumer number is 602250. so please do the needful.

    My consumer no. is 600665. i have booked the refill on 29th dec08 at abhishek gas agency, khusrupur, patna but the refill hasnot yet been supplied. today i enquired the problem with dealer but he said, he is supplying, whose booking date is 22th dec or earlier. i enquired with some other consumer and found his lying.he had refill up to 31 dec.he always harass me for extra money. pls enquire and take necessary action.

    previously i was consumer of bharat petrolium corp ltd distributer code 371825 m/s MALAD GAS AGENCY VERMA WADI DAFTARY ROAD MALAD (EAST) MUMBAI 400097 having consumer no.31780. i had surrendered the connection in JULY2008.i submitted my transfered voucher to your dealer m/s BAPU GAS AGENCY .MALPURA DIST TONK ( RAJASTHAN) on08.09.2008 with my residence proof (copy of electricity bill/copy of ration card).mr MANISH attached to your dealer replied that immediately replied that firsr this tr vou will be sent to malad and after getting the confirmation connection will be released. after my request that how my family will cook their meal he continued to confined his words as mentioned earlier and noted my phone no. [protected].

    again i visited the office of yr dealer on 05.10.2008 mr MANISH replied that this transfer voucher should be mail /courier by you and surrendered the envelope to me.when i object for this he tacken back the envelope.
    again i visited on 09.10.2008 he said that MANAGER is not available at present.After my hot discussion with Mr. Manish he called to Mr. Shatrughan properitor of the firm over phone no. [protected] and arrnage to meet Mr. Shatrughan. Mr. Shatrughan recognized me and assured that the connection will be released within two to three days. But till 29 Nov 2008 no connection had been released so I again visited the shop on 29-11-08 and Mr. Pareek was available at that time and he told me that as the firm (SP paper) required for release of this transfer of connection is not available with him and he will inform me as and when the SP paper will be made available by the company from their Jaipur office over phone number [protected]. As there was no progress in releasing my Gas Connenction I again visited the dealers office on 08-01-09 and Mr. Ashish met at that shop and replied rudely that he is not aware of your documents and at present Mr. Pareek Manager/Mr. Manish/Owner Mr. Shatrughan is not available at present so you may come after few days as I angried for this reply he phond to Mr. Pareek. Mr. Pareek came at office and again replied that though the SP paper was made available by the company in past but all these papers had been exhasusted so it is not possible to release your Gas connection as on date so I request you to please let me know :-
    1. Whether there is any time limit for releasing the Gas connection on account of transfer voucher.
    2. Whether the company not assure that the required SP paper is available with their dealer or not?
    3. How much time now it will take in releasing my connection (transfer) as my family is facing hard due to non availability of gas cylinder.
    hello sir. mera nam amit gupta hi, i m an officer in bank of india, mera gas connection ka transfer case hi, par mughe 2 month sa chakar katvaya ja raha hai, and har bar yai delar kahata hai ki abhi new coonetion band hai, or har bar misbehave karta hai, sahi tarike sa jawab nai deta hai, puchane par ki kab coonetion milaga to balta hai ki aap bar bar chakar lagaia jab hoga to coonetion de dange par pahale new coonetion denga, phir transfer coonetion milaga. ab aap batayia mujhe 2 mahine sa coonetion nahi milla hai, mai kya karu mai bahut pareshan hu.

    Dear Madam,
    I am suppose to book gas on 7-5-09 . My cylinder got empty on 19-5-09 .My booking no. 31415 dated 19-5-09.
    At the time of booking Clark told me that delivery will be given within 4 days.
    After completion of 9 days I reminded them to give delivery they told tomorrow it will be delivered.but to my surprise the delivery was not effected up to today 2-6-09. Like every time we have to dial and dial so many times then they give the delivery.
    Today is 1-6-09 I again reminded for the delivery they told as usual we shall deliver you tomorrow.but they have not delivered till now at 4p.m
    If your restriction is for 21 days after you get or gas delivered you can not book the gas will be of any sense?
    because they do not give timely delivery.
    I think I should change the dealer kindly let me give permission to change the dealer from Rajrajan to any other dealer please. for hassle free booking and reminding several time.
    Kindly look in to the matter urgently.

    Dev Agency — Creating etnic difference by delivery man by llosing words-Insane

    Hi my name is kishore and i reside in vadapalani, Arcot Road.My mom has been mentally annoyed by the delivery person in dev agency by creating a language conflict and demanding excess money .if not, they behave in a rude manner which is highly not tolerable.This delivery person from (DEV AGENCY, Saligramam-80 Feet Road) has pointed on the mother tongue which is totally unfair, says "For this language people this is more than enough".he has been doing this cheap work regularly.Today(10/7/09) he came in and says this is the old cylinder which i have delivered last time and did not deliver the new cylinder which he is suppose to deliver it today.Does he mean to say that the cylinder in my home has legs to go somewhere and become as a another cylinder which is not possible.You need to be logical dear Authorities and i do not have cylinder in my home to cook food now.Post lunch my parents went to the agency to complaint, but there was not even a single and proper response from the staff around there.We asked for the HEAD OFFICE number inreturn they gave the wrong number which doesnt even exist..Very highly appreciable and they are very much customer centric.The authorities should look in to this or kindly guide me for further steps which i need to take..Revert to [protected]@yahoo.co.in

    Sir Ihave a LPG connection from AMAR SHAHEED JAGDISH Pd.Gas service, Sundar market, Elite chourha JHANSI (U.P.) consumer No. is 600947 SV.No.& date[protected]/2/06. The problem is that your dealer never send home delivery till date of issued connection.He said if you want refil take it from my booking office(Sundar market Elite chourha JHANSI). I remind him many more time but no response. I request you plz send my home delivery, If he is unable to send home delivery, plz transfer my gas connection to other gas agency in JHANSI.
    2-I want DBC connection same consumer No. dealer says company baned for DBC connection, Plz confirm me after how many days i obtain DBC connection.

    In Hazaribag, Jharkhand HP LPG cylinder sold by local shopkeepers after taking out 4 to 5 kg gas in 400-- 500/=
    Home delivery is failed and consumers get cylinder after a big trouble because Gas GODOWN is 5 kms far from Agency office and consumer themselves have to bring their cylinders.
    i am a regular customer of HPF of swastik gas company, panki, kanpur- dealer of HP gas. I booked a gas cylinder on 1st january 2010 and the booking serial number given by the agency is 1690. 20 days have passed but i have'nt recieved any cylinder inspite of telephonic / personal contacts... The gas agency always make silly excuses of not recieving delievery of filled cylinders from plant. This is my kind request to look into the matter to avoid further unnecessary delay!!

I have booked my Gas cylinder on 16th August 2010 we have received the same on 30th August 2010 , but in the cash slip date mentioned is 24.8.2010. What my question in cash slip it mention 24.8.2010 why it take to supply after 6 days. I think they are doing some rotation in their point and supply as per their convienent time.           Today I booked for a cylinder refill of HP gas on helpline tel number 12665.
          The IVR asked for the dealer's telephone number, on entering the telephone number the IVR asked me to confirm the dealer's name and asked me to enter my consumer number. After entering the consumer number, the IVR did not confirm consumer name and gave me the booking order number.

          I suggest that HP should include the consumer name confirmation in the IVR menu.

          I also booked my gas on 14/08/2011. Now 11 days past still not delivered. The website shows status downloaded. nothing else. Also this website is full of bugs. I[censored] have a luck then only u logged in otherwise its shows u error. Also they have provided option for complaint. But never i get any response from them. This is really pathetic service they are provided to their customers.
          i booked gas on 12/08/11. my booking no is 230341. now 24 days past still not delivered. thereis sent to my mobile that it is delived but stillit is not delivered. so pls send it as soon as poosiable.
          Generally, the delivery boy charges around Rs.20 extra apart from the cylinder charge. In the HP gas site I have seen that the consumers are not supposed to pay anything extra for home delivery. What I want to know is if I complain online will my complaint be looked at that is whether action will be taken or is it just for namesake and my gas cylinders won't be despatched on time.
          Do reply. These are some day to day life corruption which has become a habit. It should be stopped at the smallest level. Then only people like Anna Hazare can be truly successful.

            HP Gas — No Response whatsoever

            Dear Sir,

            I had done my booking (refill) on 04th October, 2007 and my consumer no. is 630737 (Aundh Gas, NCL Campus, Pune). The confirmation no. is 1469. While doing the booking I was told that it would take about 10 days to deliver the cylinder. But till date I haven't received the same even after 18 days. What was alarming was that, we were give two land line nos.[protected] &[protected] to contact them in case of any queries. But unfortunately I had never been successful in getting those nos. since last four months. I had my self visited couple of times to do the booking and have witnessed the offcials not responding to the calls at all despite of ringing continously.
            Due to this lethargic approach of the officials, i am always forced to go all the way to the agency to book the cylinder. Could the recipient of this mail takes appropriate action against the agency and do the needful to many consumers like me. Also we would like to know where to lodge complaint in case if they do not response even to this mail. Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
            I am a customer of H.P. domestic Gas. The distributor is M/s Brij Gas Agency, nirman vihar, delhi-92, ph no. ph no. [protected], [protected], [protected].

            HP Gas Tyagi Gas Services has a poor service. He never send the LPG gas before 15 days after booking. I advise that his license for supply should be cancelled.

            I have transfered HP gas connection from (Vaishali Tyagi Gas Agency) to Sen gas service, Ghaziabad, UP . according to sen gas service person told that he will delivery after 20 days. But now 20 days passed gas did not delivered till now.

            The Tyagi Gas Agency, Nandgram, GZB has the worst custmer service.
            I am trying agency number, printed on pass book (2870333, 2871150) for the refill gas cylinder, from last 7 days repeatedly and every time i get "dialed number is busy, please dial after sometime" message. It is really irretating experience. I have family with me here and i have only one gas cylinder connection. Why this thing is happening? is it problem of HP gas connection in GZB only? Because before GZB I was in noida and in noida this facility was exellent.

Have been trying to get in touch with the agency for the past fortnight and have been getting the IVR which states that the no u have dialled is busy and to try again later. Else there is no response if the call goes through.

            Incase any of you know of an alternate gas agency for HP which service the Indirapuram area would appreciate the info at [protected].

            Seems like the consumers don't have a choice but to go through this hassle with no response being shown from the HP authorities as can be seen from the above wall of comments which only shows the consumer woes.

            I am a HP gas customer and my consumer number is 620144. I earlier had the connection with Tyagi Gas Agency. This was later transferred to Panwar Gas Agency. After delivering cylinders in 4-5 days for a couple of refills, the same story of delay and efficiency as Tyagi Gas Agency is being repeated. I am told that I cannot get a refill cylinder at least for 15 days after I book. That is just the beginning.
            What is disappointing is that even the website which was prompt and efficient 3-4 months ago also has become an directory for complaints. The only thing promptly done is to put all complaints under 'pending' and an auto response mail with no explanation whatsoever. Looks the Ghaziabad HP gas agencies have influence even over the main HP website complaint cell.

              We are having the same indifferent attitude in delivery of HP gas and no transparency.

Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, North 24Pgs, W.B., resident of Naba Kamar Gati(Naba kumar Garh), P.O.-Jugberia, Via-Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700 001.Last gas cylinder supplied me on 04-09-08 and I have booked for next cylinder on 27-09-08 physically at Panihati office(no function was working of IVRS for booking).I was making phone form 15-10-08 onwards and several times requested at Panihati and Jugberia(godown-maximum time locked the offfice).Ultimately the cylinder was supplied on 07-11-08.

Gas Centre, B.T.Road, Panihati, North 24Pgs, W.B., resident of Naba Kamar Gati(Naba kumar Garh), P.O.-Jugberia, Via-Sodepur, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700 001.Last gas cylinder supplied me on 04-09-08 and I have booked for next cylinder on 27-09-08 physically at Panihati office(no function was working of IVRS for booking).I was making phone form 15-10-08 onwards and several times requested at Panihati and Jugberia(godown-maximum time locked the offfice).Ultimately the cylinder was supplied on 07-11-08.
              Next time please send me the cylinder in time.

              Several times made prayer to the distributor for double cylinder but they are not taking any action against this matter.
              Please make all the necessary action to get me one more cylinder in my name.

                Dear Sir,

                I have registered HP cooking Gas from M/s. Rajarajan Gas Distruibutors, Pondicherry vide my Registration Numbers 649378.

                With great difficulty I get the phone connection of this agency(Phone No.[protected],2246166 & 2242268) and the response is like they will deliver the gas the same day evening or the next day or within 1 hour all false commitments, even after the booking is done before 15 days or more.

                This experience I have all the time I book my cylinder with this agency.

                Hence , I request you to kindly take necessary action by having an enquiry and give the agency to more capable agent.

                Looking forward for a speedy action in this regard.

                yes, i agree with your complaint. i have also experienced the same.
                yes! they couldn't response over the phone also. Always they said one week will take but after 15 days, if i call them they said the same again. I always go directly to refill the gas cylinder.
                Please help us - to save our time.
                I fully agree with the above complaint. Presently I am undergoing the same turture.

                    Sir I want to say that I have booked gas one week ago but I have not received yet. When I make a call to gas agency they replied that i don't have a enough gas so it will take about a forthnight.

                    But when I confirmed from some internal sources I got to know that they suplied all cylinder to the shopkeeper like sweets, Dhaba, Restaurant etc.

For the last two year i have not got the regular supply of the cylinder. When i make a call to gas agency they replied that come and collect the cylinder & they are not agreed to give the home delivery.

                    I am facing so many problems but delevery is majore from Kalkaji gas agency at Pinjore.

                    1. I have not recd any delevery in time
                    2. After One year I have not recd Regulator .
                    3. Poor language the office perosn using .

                      I got the connection from Aparajita Bharat Gas in Bhubaneshwar after running to the office for a lot of times. It took them 3 weeks as they had numerous pending connections. Also they told me that they will give the connection immediately if I buy the stove from them only else it may take a month to proceed. So I had to take the stove also and the bill came 3000/- Rs for a single gas connection. If one visits the office, they can see the office members sleeping on the chair and they have an improper way of behaviour to their customers. One has to run after them continuously to get the work done. I wanted to book a gas through phone. I called them, but no one picked up. After 2 minutes when I dialed again, the no. went busy. Same problem was with the other no. also. So I had to go to their office, there I could see the members taking rest, dozing off. Finally I booked the gas and they said that the gas will get delivered within 7 days. But at that moment one person came and inquired about the gas that he had booked 2 weeks ago. These fellows didnt listen and said that they will get them delivered on Monday. The fellows sitting over there are very lazy and donot have a proper customer delight.

                      I booked one gas cylinder with my supplier M/S LINGARAJ GAS SERVICES khandagiri BHUBANESWAR on 07.01.08 for home delivery.On 14.01.08 when i enquired about non supply , I was informed that this is due to short supply and
                      the delivery will be made within a day or two.Again on 18Th Jan when enquired, was told that the delivery man had returned back the cylinder wit remark of house lock, hence the booking was cancelled where as my house was not at all locked from 14Th Jan till date only for arrival of the cylinder

                      Vijay Gas service (Meshwari udyan, Matunga (E) when we book gas through phone, first of all they dont pick up the phone in once you have keep redial for 3 to 4 times and after a minute you try again you will fine its busy, suppose in case if any one pickup the phone they behave like us that we are a stupid people (speaking Rudely), i had booked gas on 12 days before and still i had not received the gas.

                      Request you please banned this Agency because of this Agency HP gas getting worst reputation, hope this you take seriously.

                        I am from Pune. Recently I have been noticing the petrol bunk employees tricking people. This happens when we go to the bunk and ask for say Rs. 100/- petrol. He fills up the gas for the other customer say for Rs.50/-, comes to you and engages you in an irrelavant talk, while he acts as if he reset the meter by in reality he does not. So the meter starts from 50 and goes upto 100.

                        This has been very common now a days. Although I have noticed it more than one bunk in Pune, I observed this in HP gas stations more as I am a regular customer there. authorities should act immediately and take necessary action

                          My consumer No. is 612050, I never receive gas cylender even after 15 days passed after booking with my agency Prayagraj gas, Dattatrayanagar, Nagpur-440 024, India and this is a frequent problem nor they response on phone, this is routine problem and I alway have to make vigrous follow up . Other suppliers like IOL, Bharat Gas though are of far distance from my residnece, they give quick but this HPCL-Pragraj do not give quickly, request please see.

                          I am Prakash from Velachery, Chennai, I have been using your service since 2002 My service No. 3301027, Doc. No. 1006477 & Consumer No. 621507, Dealer code 959470 - M/s Javid Gas Agency, 13/3, Brindavan St., Chennai - 33.

                          Couple of days before i am about to book Gas through my above mentioned dealer for which they adamentely refused to book the same and demanding us to produce Ration Card immediately to take the booking. My Native is Madurai, from 1998 to 2002 we were at Minnasota & Coloumbus Indiana Polis - USA for my onsight project for TCS. We came to India by 2002 and setteled in Velachery, we never hold the Ration Card. For being an Indian Citizen, as an identity, we hold Voters ID Card, Driving License, Property Endorsement and Employee ID Card (Cognizant Technologies - were i am now working presently). So, far we don't have an need to get the Ration Card. The same incident happened in the last Year, We personally went to our dealer and produced our details they have also accepted and continued their service so far.

                          Now they are demanding the ration card and refusing all of a sudden to supply the Gas which looks strange and arrogant. Putting the blame on the Government and refusing to supply the Gas shows the power of the dealership. Nobody is binded to anybody. Every where there is an option of producing the identity, here they are not willing to take any other option and forcing us to go and get the letter from Civil Supply. If this is an Government Order, Why they have not intimated to us prior? All the dealers will trouble the Customers like this Every Year? What is the Intention of this torture? If you want to clarify the identity, Why they can't accept the Voters ID Card / Property Tax Card? (Voters ID / Property Tax Card also issued by the Government).

                          I am registering this complaint to seek an remedy from you without any delay. Kindly consider our request and instruct your dealer to register the booking and supply the Gas. We are not in a position (to travel 12 + 12 Kms) to go just like that from Velachery to West Mambalam to resolve the issue for every year.

                          Kindly look into this matter and do the needful and oblige.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have HP gas connection from 5 years.
                                    HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. I have experience not from a city but from a various cities since my transfer is done. Everywhere the person's not tolerated any things. Sometimes they told us refilling booking can done by phone sometimes they called at office for booking. Kindly provide web site for change of address, booking, complaints etc work. So the consumer will release form dealer's.

                                    I am Harihar Parida and a customer of HP Gas since 19.11.2003 and the Distrubutor is JAYDEV GAS , Samantarapur, Lewis Road, Bhubaneswar-2, Orissa, Tel No.[protected], Dealer Code is 300620, Plant Code is 0341. My Consumer No. is 607012

                                    Every month i'm having a problem of getting a gas cylinder. They never made door delivery as per my address given to them at the time of registration. They were delivered cylinders in a road side which is 2/3 KMs from my address. Every month I brought my cylinder from the road side.

                                    Now, they are against door delivery & road side delivery of cylinders. They advised to take cylidners from their godown which is nearly 15 KMs from my residence.

                                    For your kind information other dealers of HP Gas and other Gas companies are delivering cylinders on door delivery basis regularly.

                                    Sir, I am a poor industrial worker. It is not possible on my part to take delivery of cylidners from their godown which is nearly 15 KMs away from my residence. It will be very expensive for me.

                                    After my several telephonic requests, physical requests, Neither they making door delivery nor they transfer my consumership to any nearby Dealer/Distributor.

                                    Sir, kindly look into the matter and do the needful accordingly which will be very useful and fruitful to an industrial worker like me.

                                    I hope something could be done from HP GAS AUTHORITY, so that the costomer should at least enjoy a happy life.

                                    I had gone several times for HP gas connection from Dec.07 when I shifted from Patna to Gurgaon. Whenever I ask, they will tell after 2/3 weeks. The same answer is given after that also.
                                    I visited my nearest HP gas distributor that is situated in Palam Vihar Market, Gurgaon.

                                    The HP Gas distributor in Kandivali East, Mumbai (Lalji Gas) always takes more than 2 weeks to deliver the cylinder despite confirmation at the booking time that delivery would be done within 4-5 days. Now a days they have stopped taking telephone calls. Either their phone remains engaged or they don't take the call.
                                    This is their behaviour since last 6 months.

                                    I am regular consumer of H.P. gas. My consumer no is 622634. I went to HP distibutor in my locallity and request for double cylender to my distributor mr.manaharlal kanaiyalal(distributor code no:-957904), Balasore in orissa, but the gas distributer says that they don't have the stock of double cylender. Currently I have single cylender, but what happen when that single cylender get empty, I have to wait 15 to 16 days for another cylender. Since last 5 years. Pls. help me to arrange the double cylender and another matter is that I am suspecting that cooking gas is leaking because kitchen is always pervaded with smell of gas for last 3/4 days even when the burner and regulator are in off mode.

                                      Juhu Gas distributer For HP GAS always have a patent reply on booking refills "you will get after one week " and the staff at the booking is uncivilized which gives a feeling of typical rude Govt. officers, where the company HP GAS claims delivery of refills within 24 hours on the web site, secondly Iwanted to register my self for on line refill booking where the web page of jihaanhpcl.co.in/booking/complaints is not opening opyions of city,ditributors, district to complete the form .

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am your customer.My customer number is 608342.Our cylinders are supplied by M/s.Golden Gas Service,Gudalur,Nilgiris,Tamilnadu. My home is situated 44 km from Gudalur(Erumad - Mathamangalam).We are booking cylinders to Gudalur over phone. Our problem is the vehicle is not regularly coming this route. (Usually once in a week)If it is coming means it will be in the night hrs.And the driver will be rejected to issue our already booked cylinder and he will tell that our booked cylinder is cancelled.(Delivery is missing due to their falt) Because of night hrs we are unable to tell the complaint to the gas agency.We know the driver's are selling cylinders to the vehicle owners for extra money.Now almost 10 days over with my booking.I am yet to receive the cylinder.

                                        Kindly arrange to give necessary instruction to the above Gas agency to supply gas cylinders regularly in this route and to give the booked cylinder if they skipped the route one or two week also.
