Sir, I purchased diesel for Rs.500/- from the HP petrol pump (bill attached). After pouring the diesel, it is found that no quantity of diesel goes to the tank and which is refleted in the vehicle fuel gauge metre. I complained the case at the pump and they said that the metre of the vehicle may be fault. To varyfy the metre, I purchased another quantity of diesel for Rs.500 from the IOC Pump at very near the said pump and the metre is perfectly working and show the increase of fuel gauge. Please look into the matter and take necessary actions and let me know the action taken.

Unhygienic uncleanness, Dirty Toilet Bathroom on petrol pump.

Tomorrow I fueled my bike at HP petroal pump near panchanpur petroal pump, gaya, bihar.i have glamour bike and its fuel capacity is 13.6L. however my bike is not full empty. I have fueled full tank and then he gave me bill of 13.72 L. How it possible that the 13.6L Fuel capacity bike consumed 13.72 L however it is not full empty.

I paid HP gas bill of 809 on 25 June 2021 through Google Pay. The amount has been paid from my account but now it shows bill payment failed. I raised a dispute through Google pay but it was of no use. The dispute was settled without taking me into consideration.

Kindly please help me.

I booked a Gas refill when the price was 816 rupees. I got the refill after 2-3 days and when they deliver it they asked for extra 26 ruppes and they were saying that the government increased the price on the delivery day so they will charge extra 26 ruppes.
Isn't it their mistake, shouldn't they have booked my cylinder when I ordered. Kindly help me because I won't be the single person like this. There would be thousands of people who would have paid extra 26 ruppes.

My Complaint Was
I booked Gas yesterday on cash on delivery mode and today delivery man brought gas but my wife didn't have cash so she paid on upi
And the above was done from my side but the message was not received by the deliverer, then the wife told him if you did not come, then find out in your gas agency

But he was not listening and he abused my wife and her name was (Sadashiv)
and he took the gas back

After that I talked to the manager in his gas agency, his name was (Santosh) he was telling me why did you pay from upi

I told them that I had a network issue at the time of booking that's why payment was not being done through Paytm application, so I asked for cash on delivery

But he too was not listening to me and was talking screaming

I told him also you check the delivery of my past, I have paid online till date, I have not asked for cash on delivery but he was not understanding

I request you to take action on deliverrayman
If I don't get reply from your side in 2-3 days then I will complain to police Station As Well As DCP Navi Mumbai.

I can't stand this humiliation
I hope you will take action on this and I will get the answer as soon as possible

Very Wrong Behaviour at Petrol Pumps & Not Accept My HP Petro Card Tell me him Only Cash Payment Please Action this Meters

On 27/06/2021, at BPCL SHREE NATHJI FILLING STATION (City plot no. 254 611 JA) Jaipur. I asked the associate there to completely fill my car’s fuel tank. At the rate - ₹98.07 per litre, HSD was supposedly filled in my tank. I paid ₹2749.88 and ₹479.56 in two installments and complained that the fuel added was not being relfected in my car’s information cluster. No heed was given to my complaint and I was asked to leave the filling station compound.
I would like to receive a total refund of the amount and a strict penalty to be imposed on the filling station for defrauding their customers and not owning up to their mistakes.

I am a regular customer of hp petrol pump hinjewadi meza 9, at the morning i have filled petrol in my vechile, i give my atm card to person whos name was pramod the machine was not working i suggested to use another swap machine, that time the person whos name was pramod he miss behave with me and use valgar language to mi, he said " tuja pagar nasel na evdya kimticha machine ahe
tuji layki ahe ka machine la kharab bolto .
when i said i will complent against you, hi said "me kunala nahi ghabrat kay karaycha te kar " mala kamavarun kuni kadu shakat nahi .

i request to managment take a serious action to him and give me update .

I am by mistake my mobile number and email id entered in other HP gas consumer profile please remove this?

Worker make limit of 4kg of cng to fill ertiga which limit is 8kg if i pay rs 50 extra than they fill 6.5kg at R.A.M filling station kaimganj farrukhabad

With reference to the above cited subject, this is to inform you good office that, I have filled petrol of Rs 1200/- on dated - 21/06/2021 at SHIVAM FILING STATION, at VIP Road, Guwahati, Assam bearing PUMP TID NO- AS017854.

My account has been debited two times on POS transaction of RS 1200/- and money still not credited or reversed for the said amount. Kindly looks into the matter and reverse the amount immediately.

I have booked gas cylinder on 23/06/2021 through internet booking on myhpgas.in and made payment through payment portal through online banking . My transaction through HDCF online banking was successful and amount debited from my HDFC a/c . but gas haven't booked

At about 12.00 noon I stopped at a New Delhi HP petrol pump and asked for full tank fill-up ( my tank was already half full). Receipt was given to me after acting like filling petrol, which I paid by credit card.
However, after driving a few kms I saw that my tank still indicated half full. Could not turn back because of heavy traffic. No petrol had been filled!
Please investigate and respond earliest. I would also like to have my money returned.

My consumer no. is 674138.I booked my gas refil through HP gas app Rs.817.26 has been debited from my bank account, further couldn't happened due to internet problem. I got message from Bank following message

Dear Customer, ICICI Bank Account XX043 is debited with INR 817.26 on 17-Jun-21.

Please let me know how I get refund.

As per government guidelines it is necessary for all petrol pumps to have washroom Atleast for ladies but we encountered a pump at barwa not having the facility.

I got petrol filled at HP petrol pump opposite to Yelahanka police station, near RMZ mall for a 1000 rupees.
I travelled about 6 km after that when i got the low fuel alarm. Subsequently I had to refill in another petrol pump with in 10 km of travel
