There is not any air filling machine working and also not behavior well with customer about asking any questions

This petrol pump is mixing kerosene with petrol to earn more profit. Today my father filled petrol in our scotty, When we check, It is smelling kerosene and on comparing with other petrol pump oil, It is confirmed, this petrol pump mixing petrol with kerosene. I want you to take strong action against this fraud people.

Sir I poured petrol 110 rupees in hp bunk where located in kukatpally near balanagar metro station bunk name NRC AND SONS before pouring the petrol after pouring the petrol there is no difference in scooty Petrol meter I went 2 kms I get doubt and I went another bharath petroleum bunk and I poured 110 rupees petrol the petrol meter was raised so the hp petrol pump doing fraud of petrol I poured 110 rupees petrol I think I got 60 rupees petrol please verified the complaint I hope hp management will solve the problem

Today[protected] at 10:49 I filled petrol exact 5 litres (556.75 rupees) from HP Allied Auto Service Station, but the pump man took the bill of 577. Even though I paid the bill through my debit card.

Yesterday morning I went HP Petrol pump Nizampet. Get ₹1000/- petrol at that time my cas showing 40km. After o recived petrol it's showing 51km. Minimum it's 8lit petrol 5hen it's shows 120km. I am in urgent going office I didn't asked. On the that day night I went for petrol and put ₹1000/- then also same happened. I asked the management but they or not given proper reply. Please give me proper guidance to fill complit against the pump

One day I forgot to book a gas. And suddenly the gas ran out. I immediately booked by phone and went out to fetch gas. So I left the empty tank on the road and got out of the car for just a minute. But sadly, by the time I arrived, my empty tank was no longer there.So please let me know what you should I do in writing.

I kamlesh harsora had filled petrol of rs 300 at hp pump at manpada ghodbunder road thane but he fooled me and instead of 300 he gave me only of 200 but the meter reading showed 300 that means they are fooling lots of people and making lots of money by fooling public if no action taken I will be forced to file pil at Bombay high court for not taking action against such petrol pumps and by not taking appropriate action giving them chance to fool more people and it will be assumed that it is happening under you guidelines and hp authorities are aware of this and are part of this scandal

We had booked gas on 24th 2021. On 25th, the message of cash memo came to be sent but gas has not been sent yet. it's always a problem ( Garg gas compny)

I recently visited to anusaya hp pertrol pump near chalkewadi to fill nitrogen gas in my innova car. But the employees asked me to fill 2000/- worth petrol first to avail the said service when l did not even have space to fill the tank and the said biased policy of this pump has caused grave inconvenience to me as i am on a long 300 km journey. I hope you look into the matter as soon as possible.

I’m from Aranthangi, Tamilnadu, today(26/10/2021) I was filling petrol for my car in HPCL O K AGENCIES, Aranthangi for Rs.800 (Approximately 7.5l), but petrol level wasn’t increase in my car when I check the petrol metre ( its a new car so petrol metre is working properly) . And few of my friends they also face similar experience in the same petrol bunk, so please Enquire and take immediate action on that agencies. I hope u respect your honest customers complaint. Hi... This is Kabilan from Karur...i had put petrol in my car Maruti VITARA BREZZA (TN47BX5115) by 16/10/2021 at VMI HI-TECH FUELS (NH 79) near Salem...There is some engine error showing in my car by 17th and i have given to service to ABT maruti Karur... But there is no mistake in technically at last we found that there is water mixed Petrol...Now its a huge expenses i have paid for service because of this petrol..

I would like to refund my petrol Amount With Service cost...

For your reference i have attached my petrol bill along with that water mixed petrol...

if solution is not done i am going to take legal action

I booked a hp gas cylinder on 2 October 2021from my hp gas website the payment was made through the UPI BHIM app.
The amount of rs. 885/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

More over i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

Delivery boy didn't bring digital/ any weighing machine. It happened third time in last three deliveries. When I complaint Gas agency, they never took any action against hawker.
Kindly do take action against hawker for misleading customer.

I booked HP GAS on 31Dec 2019
Paid the amount by using debit card through the link sent by them as follows

MESSAGE RECEIVED : ( HPGas BkngNo 501404 Con 603635 Bkng Clrd 28.Dec.2019 MS ATISH GAS SUP OTP 8804 http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in//ezypay//h//[protected] to pay for refill )

My amount was debited from my bank by using my debit card.

Then I got following massage :

( On 31Dec2019 11:24AM We confirm receipt of the online payment made for Rs 721.50 against Refil Booking No: [protected] for LPG Refil. You will get your LPG Refil shortly.

Then I went to our HP gas agency ATISH GAS KOTHRUD PUNE

He said payment not received

Then I booked another cylinder and paid cash payment. He said I will get back my online payment.

So many times I visited his office gave bank details of payment debited as per BANK PASS BOOK ENTRY. As follows

He just asking always more details of transaction.

Bank says this is only information BANK PASS BOOK ENTRY.

Please help me and oblige.

So far I have not received the amount.

I am complaining about a gas illegal activity As well as the gas cylinder shop is open in colony. There are tons of cylinders in his shops as well as in his house . This shop is running by appu in majnu ka tilla Aruna nagar Farida chawk . We are his neighbour and he is running his shop there . Whenever he refills the gas we are afraid we are always in fear . Because the smells stays in the colony and we always afraid that if there is any gas leakage in our houses. As the gas leaks and this is very harmful for our health also . He black the gas, he cuts the people cylinder 2-4kg in every cylinders and he is selling it . The shop is open near our houses . So I would like to request you to please close the shop as it is illegal and we are in fear 24 hours . He is selling the hp cylinders the big 4wheeler come and provides the 60-70 cylinders daily in his shop. We have been complaint to the police 2 times but no action was taken by them as police is with him police also take cylinders from him as free . Because police man are currupt .
