Every time I visit at hp petrol pump in Chandrapur maharashtra. Named om traders they have a swiping machin at their pump. But they gives excuses for payment via card. This is more than 10 happens to me. Please take the action for this.

Shukalata bisoi my consumer no is 606775 and lpg id is [protected] is booked my lpg through online and payment all the dues 845 though online on dt:-08.06.2021 but till to day i will not get my gas Or money. My distributer name is shree ganesh gramina vitark, khuntuni. Cuttack does not rply my call Or not recived my call

I received a message from QP-HPCLIS regarding some cash memo. I have not made any such transactions. Please check into this . Seems like some fraud.

Air filling machine provided but always no person was there to provide service, it is only provided for eye wash at petrol pum at Soro, district- Balasore, Odisha.

Hi, hp gas customer, having customer number 622962 registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 12th june at 7pm.

During this process rs. 845 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to icici page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

With due respect on IoC, its severe laps of air filling equipment at Diwakar fuel station.
They are not maintaining the complaint box at service station.
No air service at ponit.
Harsh behavior of station persons.
No proper labelling of fuel station responsible or emergency handling system.

Today[protected] I went to my nearest petrol pump HPCL near D Mart Pratap Nagar Sanganer Jaipur 302033 at 8:15 am and asked him to fill Rs 2000 petrol. My car did not have enough petrol but when I drove after getting the petrol filled. I realised after 5-7 mins that my car is blinking of no petrol and also there was no range of kms to show. This happens when your car is trying to tell you that there is no petrol in the car. I was shocked so I checked for any leakage but there was nothing like that. After somehow reaching work I checked the petrol tank with help of an attendee and to my shock the petrol tank looked and felt empty. I am very very disappointed at the fraud of this petrol pump. I have already called them. But they are very adamant and rude to accept their mistake. In fact he told me you can do whatever you want to. This is the kind of response you give. I am sooo shocked at how you can fool your customers. I will raise this complain to consumer court and further in state court. I need my refund immediately.

With due respect and humble submission I on the behalf on Monika wazir residance of district poonch Jammu & kashmir applied for retail outlet [petrol pump] of Hpcl km mile stone 233 to 236 and the add was for ruler road only according to guideline of company [rural RO cannot be developed on national, state, costal highways express ways etc

but saahil mir woh applied on national highway for rural ro was selected by the company because that's national highway and their sales will be high at that place instead on a rural road

so they are constructing a rural RO [petrolpump] on national highway
it is therefore requested you to please take necessary steps and give me justice

I tried to fill up petrol for my car kia seltos, which has full capacity of 50 L ... already my car had 5 litres fuel in my car .. I asked time to fill the tank full ... Then at the petrol bunk it went upto 54 litres to full my tank .. they are cheating the customers by altering machine mechanics .. we are the losers .. I have bill and photo of petrol bunk and all .. please help me with that

My bill amount 309:39/- rupees.
I given my debit card for billing.
They are taken 310 rupees, this is not a first time. With card swiping also they are doing like every day.
So please kindly requesting you to solve this problem with that dealer.
Why I'm giving this complaint, because from single person 61paisa. 100 persons means 100 × 61paisa per day/week/month/year. Where that amount going. So please take the action on that thefts.

On 20th may 2021 gas booking done by online payment.. and we are waiting until 27th may 2021. We thought some delay in delivery.. but when we checked in app it's showing gas was delivered on 21st may 2021.. tried to call distributor 10 times it's every time engage.. and filed a complaint at HPCL
Complaint no is 569151F7D2L7.
My problem is why it showing delivered when it's not delivered..
If possible cancel the licence of this agency it's Aishwarya enterprises..

Please note today 26 may 2021 at simhachlam new petrol bunk one person drunk and putting pertol in cars very careless behaviour you can see if CC tv available at the bunk..

Date : 23 may'21.
Less weight on weighing machine and minimum weight have been reduced upto 2 kgs. When complaint salesman telling "Everyone do this, this is not new to this market".
Seems like they scare no one and this scam is on.

Hello there, iam priyanka .iam a working woman and came from a reputed family as my father is a rdo ..my home location is near 5th apsp quarters, ainada junction, 535005, Vizianagaram- Andhra Pradesh.
Iam here to raise a complaint about the rude behaviour of supervisor and petrol filling woman in hp petrol bunk near my house. I went by scooty to fill petrol .I opened petrol cap of my scooty.i already said amount ..but she literally ignored me .and suddenly a personal came in a wrong way said the about, the woman went to him to fill the tank.i asked her I came first this is not the right way to treat others.but she simply ignored every thing.i asked again then the other person said fill that girls tank first..I simply asked her.you even not listening my words, this is not the good way to treat customers and you have lack of knowledge about rules and regulations.she replied to me in a rude manner and said how much you want to fill(simply in a rude way like I went there to fill petrol for free) .from some distance all this drama is watching by supervisor, but he didn't came to ask anything.after filling the petrol I went to supervisor and wanted to raise a complaint.because its all about my self respect .but the supervisor behaviour is also the same way like rude.the point here is all the workers out there is not well educated and they don't know how to treat with customers.i just need an explanation about this incident.i called to some numbers which I found in Google for raising a complaint..no number is working..after one day of I submitted this complaint, iam planning to raise a police complaint on that petrol bunk..I don't know how come they running that with zero knowledge..as a high standard girl iam worrying about some middle class girls because those people are not caring anykind of people there.i really need a good explanation for the incident I had faced

Today I received my bank statement and found that HPCL Daljeet and co POS machine charged two time on equal amount same day.
