I am shobha jadhav from kolhapur, maharashtra. I have booked refill cylinder on 30/07/19, in mahalaxmi eñterprises, kolhapur. They have not yet delivered cylinder. We have visited agency for about 5-6 times. Everytime they are making fun o[censored]s by saying that they are going to diliver cylinder next day. We are buying gas at 75/- per kg in small cylinder. Its been fifth time we have caught gas. The agency employee have no manners at all. They don't even feel guilty about lieing to people like this. Hp gas complaint page is inactive.

    I had booked for refill of gas cylinder vide booking no.552741 against my consumer no. 600777. I had also paid rs.622 online on 25.8.2019 vide upi ref no.[protected]. However, m/s annapurna gas agency has not yet delivered the cylinder despite generating voucher no. 1220590 on 27.8.3019. When i had telephonically contacted them they rudely stated that gas will be delivered against cash payment as amount has not been received by them.

    On 24 august 2019 i booked hp gas cylinder on line through bhim application.amount success from bhim appSide.but failed showing hp side.so i mail send application .after few days bhim side mail answer come.amount 646 rs.successfully paid hpcl.i talk our dealer.but he said amount not found.i also message send raipur.

      I have booked a cylinder online and my consumer no is 656108 and made online payment through gpay citrus on 3.08.2019 for an amount of 573 and the amount was deducted from my account. But the agencies are saying they haven't received the money yet i. E till today[protected]. They forced me to do the payment once again. Looks like an online fraud. Can u plz check this issue. If needed i can send the recipient of payment

I have received only the message on the same day that the hp gas refill delivered on 27.08.2019 against the cash memo no.1167419. Even though i have received the message, i yet to receive the gas cylinder. I have informed the same thing to gas consumer agency also. But still i yet to receive the lpg cylinder

          I reached the hp petroleum at gopalpura jaipur nd i said to salesman that please fill the fuel of rs 2100 in my vehicle which is mahindra scorpio whose vehicle no is rj14 ul 7676 and please give the bill after filling but when i checked in between the road diesel quantity is very less and the bill is on wrong timing one and half hour after from the filling time of fuel and there is no vehicle no on bill, when i go back they refused to talk with me and starting fighting and abusing. Please take suitable actions.

            Payment was done through UPI as per their website but cylinder was not booked. Now its been 5 days, they have not processed the refund. Also they closed my first complaint without resolving it with the comments "Issue has been resolved as confirmed by you", which I never confirmed.

            I've already raised complaint twice on the complaint website.

            First complaint number: CAS-57139-P7N6C8
            Second Complaint number: CAS-59352-W2X0M5

            First complaint was closed without the resolution and my confirmation. Second complaint is still active.

            Issue is that, I was trying to book a cylinder online and made the payment online through UPI. After the payment was done, cylinder was not booked. When I raised the complaint, someone from the agency called and informed that the amount will be refunded after sometime but its been 5 days now and no refund has been received.

            Attached is the screenshot of the payment confirmation. Can you please help me with this?

              I am anita devi (Consumer no-610691). I have hp gas connection. Now, my account is blocked. As i had not booked gas cylinder during last 80 days. I was not able to book the gas cylinder because my account was block. I have already written application to my gas agency - nandi gramin vitrak (Madhubani) to unlock my account.

              Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

              I have booked the LPG refill request on 20 August through online payment. The cylinder delivered on 27 August and the person charged Rs. 50/- for delivery which is just 3 km away from distributor office in Ambalapuzha. The delivery person have not given cash memo also. I have not received any kind of intimation for delivery of gas cylinder neither informed for extra charges.

                      I booked hp gas cylinder refill order on 17 august from HpGas mobile app and made a payment through Bhim UPI (HDFC bank).
                      The payment was made through the sbiepay (sbiepay.hpcl [protected]@sbi) as third part intermediate for the transaction. The amount of rs. 572.50/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.
                      Moreover, I did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure. Kindly look into the matter to process the refund of money, which is stuck in the pool account.

                          Dear hp authorities,

                          Hp gas delivery boy from ratna agencies kukatpally demands rs.20 or more extra every time they deliver. This is happening even after you pay online.

                          Is the bill amount excludes delivery charges? Are they not paid salaries? Does any agency doing this purpose fully?

                          They don’t ask, just demand.

                          I know there are thousands of complaints from many customers but i don’t see any action as it happened even today (24thaug 2019).

                          Please look into this for a stronger action else it might burst with huge penalty to hp anytime.

                            Kindly refer to my lpg id : 694401
                            And the transaction no.SBI4B7B759A7AB04349B46CFC3EA8EA746F

                            I booked a hp gas cylinder on 24 Aug 2019 from myhpgas app through you upi payment, the payment was made through the phone pay as 628rs for the transaction.
                            The amount of rs. 628/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

                            More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
                            Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

                              I made hp gas refill booking on 18/8/2019 for my consumer no.:606775 with Siddhi Gas booking agency Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar (Distributor code 13747500. The booking confirmation message received on 18/8/19 prompted me to pay the price of refill online. The website prompted me to pay rs 681.87/- that was deducted from my State Bank of India A/C at citrusp*pushpam on 19/08/19. But i got the delivery on 22August 2019 on cash payment because the agency/distributer/delivery told me that they have not received the online payment. Please look into the matter and refund my deducted amount.

                                    Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 604423, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder on 26th march 2019.

                                    During this process rs. 689.00 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card. After that for same gas cylinder i have made cash payment of rs. 689.00 to sri venkatesha gas agency, address - shop no. 1 omkar heights sanjeevnagar, satpur - ambad link road nasik.

                                    It has been more than 4.5 months but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same. I was made complaints about 4 to 5 times to gas agency and hpgas customer care, but agency told me that payment is not refund by hpgas. Please told me how many more days or months should take hpgas to refund my amount.

                                      Once again delay in delivery of refill booking, i had booked gas on 11/08/2019 and got an sms stating "hpgas bookingno 522157 cashmemo 1172384 dt 15.08.19 rs.572.50, is generated. Ezygas authentication code is 6188, plz share it to dboy upon delivery" however till date i have not received delivery of my refill.
                                      Kindly check and take strong action against manju distributors
