Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 604423, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder on 26th march 2019.
During this process rs. 689.00 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card. After that for same gas cylinder i have made cash payment of rs. 689.00 to sri venkatesha gas agency, address - shop no. 1 omkar heights sanjeevnagar, satpur - ambad link road nasik.
It has been more than 4.5 months but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same. I was made complaints about 4 to 5 times to gas agency and hpgas customer care, but agency told me that payment is not refund by hpgas. Please told me how many more days or months should take hpgas to refund my amount.
