I have booked cylinder from myhpgas portal on[protected] and paid amount through online, amount is deducted from my account and transaction was successful. But dealer saying that transaction is failed so he cant delivery cylinder.

This is to register a complaint against the hp petrol pump, matunga. I made the transaction of rs 280 for petrol. Though i use the digital way of making the payment via re fuel app. Through upi i paid 280 rs & confirm with petrol pump. Though through text message i came to know that due to some technical glitch at their end the payment went 3 times instead of 1. So i informed the owner but he didnt offer any help and asked me to contact the bank/card issuer.

My consumer no is 696193 and they have it on other no 696163 and they r not receiving any call and just saying that you will get it by tomorrow i have booked it on[protected] from reva gas agecny ambernath east so as i have said i want to lodge a complaint again agency and also the staff over doesn't have manners to talk with the consumer and also they keep phone aside so it won't ring at all

I made a transaction of 500 on 17th march 2019, the person made double transation of 500, after 15 days when i knew there was no credit back, i went to the vendor, he said it was our mistake. They called me again at 10pm the same night, at 10 when i reached the petrol pump they kept me waiting for half and hour saying that mr. Chobey was not at work. The question is not about 500 rupees, its about a customer's trust. I was waiting for 45...

I have paid rs. 220 to the hp pump naming shree durga automobile in nagpur. The said amount is also deducted from my bank account but not received to them. Also no transaction has been shown in the hprefuel app. Therefore i hav paid another times but the same issue has been made again. Sir please check the issue and resolved in as soon as possible

I stay in hebbal 1st stage, mysore. Amardeep gas agency is treating it's consumes in a inhuman way. I want to file a complaint for its treatment. After 4days of online payment, no one from gas agency recieves the call, delivers cylinder, neither the office people nor the delivery person.1000 calls per day are done yet i have to suffer without food and tolerate the inhumane treatment of the amardeep gas agency mysore. They abused me for asking cylinder to be delivered. This is a serious complaint against government agency.

I tried to book cylinder online on my hp gas app on 22nd march 2019 at 10.53 am. And i have chosen upi payment option from my upi id. Without getting booked amount got deducted from my account and i have also visited to my dealers office for this but didn't received any refund to my account yet today is 27th march 2019. I also contacted bank and they confirmed that hpcl has received the payment.

As i daily fill my petrol in hp petrol pump goregaon east with ags discount machine, i have my 4 wheeler. But from 3-4 days i am fill my fuel without ags discount machine. The operator told me that the machine is not working. Kindly resolve this matter and please available this ags machine otherwise i will fill my petrol on other petrol pumpnearby it.

I booked a hp gas cylinder on 4 march 2019 from myhpgas.in portal through hdfc bank netbanking, the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
The amount of rs. 696.00/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side. Also i didn't receive any booking id after a successful completion of payment.

Moreover i did not receive any email or sms for transaction failure.

As per your customer support response i discussed and review my transaction with my bank (Hdfc bank), he told me my both transaction is completed successfully at bank end.

Please find attachment of bank statement showing successful debit of the amount.

Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

Day before yesterday i filled petrol for my kwid car ka17 p 6832 in m/s shivashantha filling station, harihara road honnali. Davanagere. Gst no 29idpv1124b1zl. Bill ko 10936. My car tank has already quarter filled. It was indicating petrol level. After filling about 15 ltrs @ 78.87 of 1250₹, the indicator was showing only half filled tank. I noticed asked. The boy said its not filled. I wondered its capacity only of max 28l. And it has already quarter filled. And after 15l still showing half filled. I contacted his owner he said he will look after prob. And i went to davanagere as i have to attend one workshop.in the evening while returning back again petrol level got down to same level as before filling 1250₹ petrol. Honnali to davanagere is only 45 km. And we traveled a total 100 km. The owner was again out if station. And he didn't agree that there is misappropriate filling. Had very bad experience with hp. Its totaly cheating people.

With reference to the subject my booking no. Is 559358 dated 5th march and my gas agency is shri devi enterprises, ramanagara 562159 ph no 27271444.

I tried reaching every day one or another reason they you use to mention. Reaching them also very difficult, there call will not get through.
I am really fed up with this and i want this delivery member to be replace since they are from inception they will do as they are giving it for free from there on pocket.

Evenafter ten day cylinder have not delivered. It is my humble request to the higher authorities to take the strict and necessary actions against them.

My consumer no 670425 r dp gas agency new panvel khanda colony resident from sector 1 last 15 yrs and working woman i m using hp gas since long time but the only issue is not getting delivery on my time i have to take a leave and have to adjust my cylender delivery.. My use of cylender is approx 3 month why would i buy second cylender and store it hance i feel it is risky... And the staff is soo arrogant not answering properly.. My son also visited... But not helped... By the staff when i was on job.. I can't take everytime leave for such reason... And the main thing is office is just out of our society. I m facing a lot of problem

I went to kamptee new hp petrol pump for filling petrol. The meter reading was rs 100+. I told the boy to fill petrol for rs300 and told him to make the reading zero before filling the petrol. He told that it will come and before making the meter reading zero he started filling the petrol and told him that since the initial reading was rs100+ you have to stop at rs400 but he stopped at rs300.in this transaction he earned rs100 illlegally. There may be people cheated by him. Take action against the kamptee dealer and install camera showing spot meter reading to prove such cases
