My name is a v hariya i am ordered cylinder on 8th december order ref no [protected] order no 312793 & cash memo no 1089730 dated 09.12.2018 distributor name swapnashilp gas agency is issue cash memo on 9th dec as per my order but till date not delvered my gas, i think they sold my gas cylinder sold in black to other person. I have called many time they are not give proper answer, i have 60 yeay old & not able to cook without gas cylinder, as per hp site they wrote "as per current delivery rate expected date of delivery of your refill booking will be within next 2 working days." but we not getting any feed back

Hi, my connection is got blocked due to same bank account is linked with other customer. I checked with other dealer and bank they confirmed everything is fine and issues. Pls suggest how can I approach to unblock my connection. Thnks

Paid Rs. 838/67vide Trangestion ID No.[protected]dt.12/4/[protected]@7.29-45 again. Booking no. 519101 dealer denied to deliver refill, fund is not transferred in his account from you.

I would like to draw your attention, i am fille petrol at gawade petrol pump of rs 200/- but at rs 155 my vehicle tank field full instead of returning 45 rs, hp person told we put in machine so it's not refundable. But when i come home then i realised that i am not taken petrol of rs 45/- who he charge, plese provide solution to me.

Hi sir/mam... (612546-suganthi) consumer number... Actually i submitted adhar copy long back to sagunthala gas agency but they did not upload it... So i did not get my subsidy amount... Few days back again i called them and asked about my doubt they said that they will send some guy to collect my xerox copies for adhar card attachment.. But no one comes here.. So i took my time to reach head office and submitted my copies to them.. They said that my subsidy amount..'s on hold... Please i need money... Urgent plz help plzzzz.. I submitted my adhar copy to sagunthala gas agency... It's time for money to support my financial problems.. Am asking my money.. Hard earned money.. Plzzzzzzz help us... Nearly 2500 is on hold.. Please i put my confident on you... I know you there to help us please resolve my problem and kindly transfer my due amount to my linked bank account..

My lpg subsidy is not being credited to my axis bank account since the particular account is not operative now. The problem is continuing for last 4 times subsidy case. But instead another bank account either sbi or icici bank linked with my aadhar can be linked with lpg id also linked with aadhar for credit of my lpg subsidy. This may please be done at an early date. Thank you.

The regulator doesn't fit into new refill cylinder i ordered one month ago. This is a frequent problem. It has happened in past on two occasions as well when i had to call comapny person to resolve the problem. There is something wrong woth the new knob/ device attached in cylinders.

Many times visit vikrant gas agency binauli baghpat. But not resolve till time. Always distributor remain statement you will always patience for subsidy credit as early as possible. I paid Rs. 759.94 for the gas on the link sent with the message which was Paymantra. I was still charged by the gas station saying that if is paid online they have got no information so I had to pay him in gas. I did not even get the refund of the amount nor the gas. The gas station people checked for the transaction online in their system which does not eben show any transaction made online by me.

Mine gas consumer account no 635997, soundarya agency, i have given mine aadhar card as address proof and id proof while getting new connection and i have given aadhar number 2 year back and not received subsidy amount more than 2 years. Help on this issue. Even agency has not updated mine address correctly as in given address proof.

This is regarding the issue with linking of bank account and non receipt of subsidy for last 18 months approx. Consumer name is soni ravindra sardar having consumer no 619024. We have visited the dealer office maya gas service several times and also contact the respective bank as well. The aadhar no and lpg gas id is also linked with the bank account. We request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and do the needfull.

My consumer no. Of hp gas is 600256. I live in village-atali, teh. - ballabgarh, district faridabad (Haryana). My gas agency name is mange ram hp gas agency in mohna village and mobile no. Is [protected]. I was doing complaint two times via mobile (Option will come in booking time). I booked cylinder but october and august. Cylinder will not received since both timeand complaint no. And date are 500612, 500309 and date 07/10/18, 23/08/18 but subsidy will come both time. Now i have to book a cylinder third time today[protected]. Please check and solve it. I am very disturb for where are going my booked cylinders.
