I booked cylinder for home delivery on 16th aug 2018 but not to deliver the cylinder as on date whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with this hp gas agency (Name of the agency :banerjee gas service, gstin : 19afupb6838gzz, add.: 10/1 deshbandhu chittaranjan road, budge budge, kol.70037). I have complane several time in hp service no action has been taken.
Hope take the necessary action from your end to resolve the problem

i have hp gas connection and my consumer number is 611019 so from starting i have linked my hp gas to state bank of mysore bank account after i closed my sbm bank account and after i changed my bank account to bank of india moodbidri karnataka branch having account number is [protected], ifsc code bkid0008447.My aadhar number is[protected].So from 27/09/2017 i am not receiving any subsidy amount to my linked bank account .I allready contacted gas agency (padmashree gas agency moodbidri, betkeri) office as well bank of india moodbidri branch regard this matter so many times but there is no use from both the sides .So finally i get your helpline website forum .So kindly accept my complaint and please credit my subsidy amount to my linked bank account.Thank you.

I recently booked a new connection through murali enterprises marathahalli. First they insisted on me buying a new stove although i said i already have one. After all the booking formalities was done, they informed me that the cylinder would come on wednesday. When i called the delivery agents they were super rude and were not ready to listen to my concerns. Since all o[censored]s are working, we really need to know when and at what time would they be coming for installation. When i try to dial on the landline, all the numbers are not working. It is annoying and frustration both to have such response from everyone out there. Please provide some number which is working, if not a good customer service.

I jabs made a payment after booking had at citrus when i received a sms for easy pay from hpcl, when i clicked the link i was taken to citrus pay and i have mace a paymentfor rupees 822.14
Below is the sms i received from my bank... But boo confirmation ìs received groom citrus and hpcl.
Kindly refund my amount of rupees 822.14 inr as i need to pay cash for the cylinder booked.

Hr of this company mr ashok sharma send me the call letter one month ago. He also wrote on the call letter that my resume had been shortlisted in his company. When i called on the contact no. Given on the letter. Mr. Sandeep a assistant talked to me and told me to come jaipur for interview. He also told me that he will refunds my transportation charges also whatever i selected or rejected. He grabs froms me total 10850 rupees. 4000 cash for medical agreement charges during interview+ 3750 for uniform+3100 for accomodation through account. Now account details where i transit the money.

I am Sanjib De (Consumer no-623846) . i have HP GAS connection. Now, my account is blocked. as I had not booked gas cylinder during last 180 days. I was not at Berhampur (Orissa) for last 3 months as a result I could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - Krishna gas (Najafgarh) to unlock my account.

Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

I (Cons no:607673, p. Bharathi amma) booked for my cylinder with gas land-kanhirathinkeezhil, chokli, lpg id[protected] on[protected]. It is more than 15 days and my cylinder is not delivered to my house in-spite of reminders several times. The telephone number given for follow up[protected] is not working most of the time. Being an aged lady i am unable to do follow up frequently.

I request you to kindly deliver the cylinder without further lapse of time

Hi sir/madam, my lpg distributer name is rajendra h. P gas agency tikarpara raipur cg. My aadhaar no.:[protected]. My cunsumer no:- 604180. My bank: - canara bank. My acount no.:[protected]. My aadhaar card is updated in lpg. And also updated in canara bank, that confirmed bank also. But not updated in npci database. It is showing red dot in aadhaar linking status in bank or my bank details not showing (As per npci). So, i am not getting subsidiary. Please help me…...

I had bioked a cylinder on 3rd aug and yoday is 28th aug i have not received the cylinder yet. While applying for a connection they convinced me to take double cylinder connection for convenience. However even after that i have not received a cylinder after following up everyday. The excuae provided by the man in charge is - no stock the next day if you call its - delivery person left the job, again if you call - i promise i will send by 4pm today. These are the standard dialogues iv been hearing for the past 2 years.. And has increased recently.. They never take calls. And its very inconvenient for the consumer.. The delivery executive has said that they arent paid well so they will charge us 30 to 40 rupees more each time they deliver or else they will not deliver even if asked to.

My self kamlesh pandey consumer of hp gas. My gas agency name vinayak gas king narayan nagar bhopal. My consumer id 612087 i have book cylinder through hp gas on line booking system on 02 august 2018. I have start booking and made payment through upi
Payment transaction suceesful but booking not conform. 792 rupees deducted in my account but booking not conform. This problem not reslved till date.

This is jayendra kant rao, my consumer no. Is 641776, my distributor is narendra gas agency, sector 37, noida, uttar pradesh.

I had taken new double gas connection on 21st june 2018 and at the time i had submitted all the necessary documents (Aadhar card, rent agreement).

My cylinders delivered on 22nd june 2018 and till date (25th aug. 2018) i am not receiving subsidies in my bank account.

I discuss to hpcl customer care several times and they are telling subsidy will not available for these 2 cylinders because of aadhar has been linked after delivering cylinders on 30th june 2018.

My questions is i had deposited my aadhar card on 21st june to the concerned distributor and if that is not linked, then who will be responsible for the compensation.

Kindly look into the above concern with utmost priority and check with the distributor so that i will be grateful to you.

I am waiting for your quick action as well as valid response.

I have booked the new connection, 10 days back and visited the agency twice asking them to get the verification done, wen i call the verifier he say he has not received the form till now, pathetic service.
They have long lunch hours through which one has to wait and when you go there they say verification would b done in an hour and you wait whole day at home and no one shows up.

I have the honor to inform you that i am a customer of hp gas (Consumer no-708827) under nenco agency, kalavoor, alappuzha registered on[protected]. My name is anilal nm but it is shown in the certificate as anilan nm, i already informed the agency about the mistake and submitted my aadhar card and bank passbook copy at the time of registration they says it will be cleared automatically, another complaint till this time i couldn't get any amount of subsidy in my account. Please do the needful

Re: consumer no. 607026 in the name of my mother, anima banerjee. On 16.08.2018 i booked a cylinder, booking no507306. Thereafter having received an sms, i paid rs.833.13 through my credit card hitting the link of ezpay. Hpcl.. Provided there. Today at the time of delivery the person after being confirmed from the agency told that no payment has been made and took back the cylinder. You are requested to take necessary steps.

This is regarding frequent cheating @ Rameshwar filling. Invoice 12184 batch ref 000191
I was debited on my card for Rs 2600. When I got down from car and checked the screen it displayed only Rs 2000. This is not the first time with this filling station. I want you to take drastic action for this wrongful act of cheating.
