I have booked the new connection, 10 days back and visited the agency twice asking them to get the verification done, wen i call the verifier he say he has not received the form till now, pathetic service.
They have long lunch hours through which one has to wait and when you go there they say verification would b done in an hour and you wait whole day at home and no one shows up....

I have the honor to inform you that i am a customer of hp gas (Consumer no-708827) under nenco agency, kalavoor, alappuzha registered on[protected]. My name is anilal nm but it is shown in the certificate as anilan nm, i already informed the agency about the mistake and submitted my aadhar card and bank passbook copy at the time of registration they says it will be cleared automatically, another complaint till this time i couldn't get any...

Re: consumer no. 607026 in the name of my mother, anima banerjee. On 16.08.2018 i booked a cylinder, booking no507306. Thereafter having received an sms, i paid rs.833.13 through my credit card hitting the link of ezpay. Hpcl.. Provided there. Today at the time of delivery the person after being confirmed from the agency told that no payment has been made and took back the cylinder. You are requested to take necessary steps....

This is regarding frequent cheating @ Rameshwar filling. Invoice 12184 batch ref 000191
I was debited on my card for Rs 2600. When I got down from car and checked the screen it displayed only Rs 2000. This is not the first time with this filling station. I want you to take drastic action for this wrongful act of cheating.

Dear sir, by mistake i entered a wrong email id during the registration. As an honourable consumer i want you to plzz delete my wrong id that is [protected]@gmail.com and my correct id is [protected]@gmail.com my consumer id is 704261 so plzzchange it as long as possible my locality is jahangirpuri. By mistake i have entered a wrong i'd so plzz correct it i get a message that says you are already register....

On[protected] @08:44 pm a message was received on my mobile that "thanks for fuelling MS Ltrs 2.44 for Rs.200.00 in at HPCL Jai Girnari Enterprises in Indore Txn Time[protected]:44:32" please note that i live in chhattisgarh and was in chhattisgarh on the said date and time.

do check how i am getting this message, is it a hacking or illegal transaction etc. and share the details asap with me...

I have take gas connection from Prakash Gas Service in august 2017. My consumer number 646740. I also applied for gas subsidy which is applicable after first cylinder use.
But I did not got any subsidy from last 4 cylinders. I ask them to process subsidy but they are saying that your account not link with your aadhar card thats why we are not able to process further.
I visited so many time in bank and...

Recently we have shifted to porvorim, goa for three year period, we are on leave licence agreement, can we apply for two gas cylinders using my leave licence agreement.

On my name i have bpcl cylinder in mumbai which also will be used whenever i will go to mumbai, i dont want to surrender it.

Let me know the procedure.

While booking hp gas, amount got deducted from my icici bank account through upi transaction. But the gas is not booked and money also not refunded.
Payed amount is rs.842 inr and was made payment through upi transaction powered by sbiepay.

i am an lpg gas consumer from hp, I have not been in receipt of subsidy of lpg refill to my bank account for over a period of 1 year from april 2017 till date total of 8 refills when called the consumer helpline of hp i was informed that I have been enrolled for "give it up" subsidy i.e. opt, i don't know how it happened its not only me many other persons are also facing the same issue

my sincere request...

It has been observed in hindustaan petroleum pump located at geeta colony adjacent wall of sai memorial public school that the petroleum is distributed at high price in bottles which is totally illegal and may harm the society state or country means to say dangerous for security point of view

Every time, customer has to meet to the manager operation with a request to refill air in their vehicle than one person will depute for that. Otherwise your salesman denied for that work.
