      On[protected] @08:44 pm a message was received on my mobile that "thanks for fuelling MS Ltrs 2.44 for Rs.200.00 in at HPCL Jai Girnari Enterprises in Indore Txn Time[protected]:44:32" please note that i live in chhattisgarh and was in chhattisgarh on the said date and time.

      do check how i am getting this message, is it a hacking or illegal transaction etc. and share the details asap with me

        My Aadhar No. is linked with my Bank(SBI/Mihijam). But I have not getting any subsidy since 3 years. My Consumer no-605792. Several times I complained to local Gas dealer as well as to my bank (SBI/Mihijam), got reply, my everything is O.K.

        We have been facing problems relating home service of HP gas service that they are charging extra money than what are assigned to a cylinder and they are fixing the cylinder at home and are not checking proper connections. Instead they give the cylinder at roadside and leave with extra money

          Kindly refer to my lpg id : 641711
          And the transaction no.[protected]

          I booked a hp gas cylinder on 9 august from myhpgas.in portal through bhim upi (Icici bank), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
          The amount of rs. 782.50/- has been debited from my bank but the gas cylinder is not booked, as the gas company has not received the said amount from your side.

          More over i did mot receive any email or sms for transaction failure.
          Kindly look into the matter personally, so that we may get our lpg cooking gas cylinder, for which i have paid.

          Please find attachment of bank statement showing successful debit if the amount

          Once again I try to online pay amount at 12 again same case happen.Please review both transaction issue and resolve asap.So i am able to get my cylinder.

          I( my lpg id : 641711 ) try to booked a hp gas cylinder on 9 August & 12 August from myhpgas.in portal through BHIM UPI( ICICI Bank), the payment was made through the sbiepay.com as third part intermediate for the transaction.
          The amount of Rs. 782.50/- has been debited from my bank both time (9 Aug & 12 Aug) but the gas cylinder is not booked.

          As per your customer support response i discussed and review my transaction with my bank (ICICI Bank), He told me my both transaction is completed successfully at Bank end.
          At 9-Aug-2018 when I booked cylinder before payment genrate Trans No- [protected] after pay online get bank transaction id[protected] but i don't get booking ID for it.

          At 12-Aug-2018 when I booked cylinder before payment genrate Trans No- [protected] after pay online get bank transaction id[protected] but i don't get booking ID for it.

          So once review at your end resolve my case as soon as possible.So i can feel comfortable to do online transaction from your portal.

          I got below given msg from my bank side:

          At 9-aug-2018
          Dear Customer, acct xx9719 has been debited for Rs. 782.50 on 09-Aug-18 towards linked sbiepay.[protected]@sbi.UPI Ref no[protected].

          At 12-aug-2018
          Dear Customer, acct xx9719 has been debited for Rs. 782.50 on 12-Aug-18 towards linked sbiepay.[protected]@sbi.UPI Ref no[protected].

          Kindly let me know if you still need any other information regarding this transaction.

          Sir I have LPG connection with no 746227. The gas dealer for this connection is sri lalitha devi gas agencies, vijayawada, andhra pradesh .and I registered it in HP gas web site. Now I forgot my password. At that time I did not registered email I'd. Now how can I recovery my password

            Dear Sir

            I have take gas connection from Prakash Gas Service in august 2017. My consumer number 646740. I also applied for gas subsidy which is applicable after first cylinder use.
            But I did not got any subsidy from last 4 cylinders. I ask them to process subsidy but they are saying that your account not link with your aadhar card thats why we are not able to process further.
            I visited so many time in bank and given request for link aadhar but I am facing same problem. In the month of june I speak to Bank of India branch manager (CBD Belapur)they told me that there no account active with out aadhar card.
            You just go to gas agency and request them to process for subsidy.
            At finally gas agency people told that your aadhar card is now linked with bank. now onward you will get subsidy amount in your account.
            I ask them for previous cylinders subsidy. they told me that its not our fault you will register you complaint on consumercomplaints.in

              Recently we have shifted to porvorim, goa for three year period, we are on leave licence agreement, can we apply for two gas cylinders using my leave licence agreement.

              On my name i have bpcl cylinder in mumbai which also will be used whenever i will go to mumbai, i dont want to surrender it.

                    i am an lpg gas consumer from hp, I have not been in receipt of subsidy of lpg refill to my bank account for over a period of 1 year from april 2017 till date total of 8 refills when called the consumer helpline of hp i was informed that I have been enrolled for "give it up" subsidy i.e. opt, i don't know how it happened its not only me many other persons are also facing the same issue

                    my sincere request is to help me to reclaim my subsidy and get subsidized cylinders. as my household income is not so high to give up subsidy my details are as under.

                      It has been observed in hindustaan petroleum pump located at geeta colony adjacent wall of sai memorial public school that the petroleum is distributed at high price in bottles which is totally illegal and may harm the society state or country means to say dangerous for security point of view

                            I hereby bring in your kind notice that the above said petrol pump have no proper services of air refilling since last 3 month.

                            Every time, customer has to meet to the manager operation with a request to refill air in their vehicle than one person will depute for that. Otherwise your salesman denied for that work.

                            Today, at 13.15 hrs after filling petrol in my vehicle, this instance happened with me forth time. Your mgr asked me why u r coming for air refilling when service is not available here today. As per discussion held i found that they r interested only in selling products & not for air filling.
                            His tone of talking was of very abusing manner. He said you can go another petrol pump of ioc, if not satisfied with us.

                            Sir, i am a old customer of your petrol pump & also a share holder of yr company.
                            Please improve your service & save your business.
                            Please instruct yr staff mainly yr manager. Regards.

                              not accepting coin of rs 10

                              Sir your company petrol pump savaliya seth located at jobner road near asalpur railway station not accepting coins of rs 10. I fill petrol of rs 105 and give coins of ra fifty of denomination ra 10 total coin 5 but salesman, manager and owner all are refused to accept coins. They also mention that you can do any complaint any where. If your want to take petrol give note not coins. Lam also have the vedio of discussion.

                              Sir today on dated 24th of july 2018 i had purchased a petrol of rupees 50 from hp petrol pump of dosar vaishya square at nagpur. The petrol pump filler has filled the petrol of rupees only 49.67 and the shortage of rs 0.33 petrol lesser in my tank, i refused to accept this but he denied to fill a balance amount of petrol you are requested to please look into the matter and take a necessary action against him as he dishonest his duty and misbehave with a customer

                                I am one of the consumer of hp gas in pune maharashtra. There is a on line gas surrender facility, to this to create jihaan account. So i created jihaan account, but it is not activated. There is a message to me it follows as

                                We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : ks. [protected]@gmail.com.

                                But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.

                                      This is to inform you that it was wrongly enrolled the “GIVE IT UP” SUBSIDY option for my LPG connection by one of my family members who is ignorant to understand English Words .So, I request you kindly to deactivate this enrollment, my Consumer No-662676. So that I can avail the LPG cylinders in subsidized prices. It's my humble request to kindly deactivate my “GIVEITUP” option and credit my subsidy in my account as I don’t want to lose my subsidy.                                       At 11.30pm, 14 july 2018.I went to a petrol bunk(hp) beside highway near rompicharla (m). Guntur, andhrapradesh.

                                      There are no boy at pump, they are ready to sleep.I was asked to fill the fuel they refused to do that and says we are closed the petrol pumps
