I am Manjit Kaur a HP gas consumer and my agency is Bhagwati gas agency.i want to bring a complain to your notice that it has been 6 months that i have been harrassed by this LPG subsidy [censored]. First of all i havn't reveived my subsity since 2017 and when i asked they told me that you havn't licked your aadhar with bank.

Very very bad service provider... the worst...they never deliver gas on time i waited 2 weeks after calling them continuously over and over its just soo bad and pathetic! Whenever i call there is not a good reply they just make promises and never fulfill it and after calling to delivery guy he also says he will come and deliver but never comes...such bad service please dont fool us work on your employment and good service providing.

I stay at Uttarpara, (West Bengal, Hoogly, Pin -712258). I often fuel my car from Shibtal Service Station gas station, 29 B G.T. Road, Bhadrkali Hoohly. (Lube Lic No. - 10/SPR.R/LUBE/2000, MS/HSD License No. 3/Uttarpara). They dont provide free air pressure check service which other petrol pump stations are providing around city. They have the air pressure machine installed but they keep this inactive to avoid giving service. I had spoken to them on multiple occassions but they said we need extra resource to operate and hence we kept it off. Even i requested them to keep it running so that car owners can themselves do air pressure check. But they did not listen to my request.

Would appreciate this free service available in gas station like other gas stations in the city.

Please take on this in future and Please take action concerned employee for negligence always, They are Busy with the Girls Working Over there
Again if i face the same issue i change my Drive Track Prepaid card to Some other petrol agencies

As per the LAW every distributor has to supply the refill cylinder to the Home Deliver unless there is emergency like floods, earthquake etc . i have booked in 13 July but after one week delivery not yet received i have 4 time refill by black i have call the mohan gais agency they are not responding my query and your team very misbehavior...

Tonight was getting Petrol filled in my vehicle but instead of locking the release lock and fill petrol he went on with pressing it 3 to 4 times in a row.

When I confronted him and asked him to stop he mentioned there is no problem in doing such things.

My concern is if the lock lever of the handle of the pipe is working properly then just hav to lock it once and let the petrol filled.

I need a reply as doing such filling by pressing the lever up and down doesn't if slow down the pressure and fill less petrol???

My father has been working in HP petrol shop located in Gudur, near to railway station from past 25years. Due to health issues, he did not go to shop for 8months and mentioned to the owner that post the recovery of health will join in duities.
But now the shop owner is not accepting his join and didn't pay his PF amount also.
Hope you will help on this.

I filled petrol at Dorairaj outlet in salai Road, Trichy today around 6:15pm. I told them to fill for Rs 300/- but they filled only for 250/, I claimed regarding that to that management, there's no proper reply and start to use bad ward's. They are not interested to give complaints book and customer service manager number.i called to general oil companies customer service but no proper response from HPC Tele caller. Kindly take necessary steps.

I wanted to complain against HP Fuel Station

I went to take petrol of 320 Rs. Then one of the worker came instantly to me and asked you want to pay cash, card . I said card. Meanwhile other worker came & he started filling the petrol. The first worker smartly engaged me, he insisted to pay via app like paytm or mobiqwik by saying you will get cashback. I denied to do that & paid by card . Then I noticed fuel meter, it says petrol filled of 320.I was bit surprised, how come so fast. The next moment I checked mine bike fuel meter & my fuel tank. I realized the fuel filled was way too less. I shouted on worker & threatened him, he smartly gave me excuse that I have filled Petrol of 220 Rs instead of 320 Rs. Then he filled petrol of 100 rs with no additional charge. I still feel He initially not filled petrol of 220 also may b 100 or 50 rs.

This is really bad & very frustrating behavior. Your employees are fooling & cheating customers. Because of all these wrong doings HPCL image is declining day by day. Please take some proper actions on the culprit manager and workers. I strongly believe everybody at the fuel station is involved in this fraud. Please refer to above in this connection it is to inform you that I had register a complaint on HP customer care services that he provided me the complaint number is 18023169.
Kundan filling station have appointed staff and those are doing the mis-behavior with customers every day and using rubbish language with them.
I note a big corruption on pump booth i.e low quantity of fuel to vehicle, if customer is not satisfied and told about that so start the language of rickshaw polers..
You are requested to kindly do the needful for the same and action be taken may kindly be communicated to me.

Dear Sir,
Today I got my car petrol filled at HP company petrol pump Auto Care Shivranjani Cross Road Ahmedabad 380015
I have Xcent car which as fuel capacity of 43 liters . I was have fuel of about 15 liters in tank, since I had to go Out station, I went to get it full tank, to my surprise fuel pump meter showed 37 liter petrol filled.
this think has happened with me second time, first regarding this thing I had complained to the manager, sorry I do not remember the name but he was Muslim person at that time I was compensated with Rs 400 .
This is serious matter, since I am making precise monitoring this think in observed.
I hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action.

We have filled petrol at your petrol pump "Pooja Petroleum" situated on Pune Satara Road on 13/07/18 at 00:12 hrs. While feeling petrol, the malfunctioning was observed done purposely by the attendant twice. He was manipulating the petrol gun manually. The flow was purposely stopped twice. We have doubt that it was being manipulated manually. The bill and dealer's details are attached for your reference. Immediate action is expected from you, as lot of customers might have been looted. Please verify the complaint and give us feedback about the action taken by you.

Less fuel nd did not give me complain book...

On 07/07/18 Saturday 5:45 pm ...at hp petrol pump ...booth no. 3 ...talav gate opposite chikhliya hospital

The boy gave me less fuel nd than I talk to manager ..there was a trainy manager ..I told about less fuel nd ask about complain book...but he told me there is no complain book nd he try searching ..come after two days...than I went 12/07/18 at 03:00 pm nd tell him to give me complain book..but they told me again there is no complain book...
How it is possible...is this democracy???

This is to bring into your notice that your petrol pump Zojawala petrol [protected]@ Mulund west pin 400 080 on lal bhadur shastri road has become a camp { aada} of holigasm by the pump staff...

This is related to the incident today in the morning when i went to fill my bike MH03 AE 5697 today at about 6.30 am and i just requested the attendent to hold the nozzle ( not to leave unhold the nozzle) while filling the tank .
Now while filling the tank he left the nozzle in the tank and i just said him why did he leave the nozzol to which he said " khud daal loo "

my sister has a coco pump at guna next to GAIL...

i then requested to give the complaint book to which the staff denied

Further when i came out to fill my bike ( which til that time was ot filled ) a second person joined with beard joined the first attendent and started not only abusing me bit thretened me to break me hands and legs...

Now i really got scared of all this as i dont to physically hurting anyone and thus i was forced to launch a FIR with the local police station...

Pls look into the footage of the installed CCTV and put an end to thks holigas as it may lead to serious matter in future

asu agency kandivali Mumbai has been acting weird of late . I have booked my cylinder online and they gave a a otp .. however on 27 june 2018 I got a mgs saying its been delivered although it was never delivered . this has happened many times of late and to my surprise they don't seem to be bothered .today I called that number [protected] number .. some lady answered the call named geeta and was very rude saying call up on other numbers this is only for emergencies . is this not an emergency for people who are working and don't have much time to go running about gas agencies I request the authorities do a surprise check as thjis is happening frequently with many customers
