Today dated 01.06.2018 i went to y. A. P fuel station s. F no 534, puttuvikki, sundakamuthur road, coimbatore 641008 petrol pump to fill petrol for my vehicle. As per todays rate it is 81.28, but the rate displayed and charged is rs.81.68 which is referred in the attached file.

I got my car filled with petrol worth rs 500/- at hind automobiles & co, lady jamshedji road, mahim at 0810 am on 29 may 2018. Fuel pump indication showed 5.8 ltr fuel filled. However, as i drove out, i saw my car indication steady at empty as was before refuelling. Since, i had to reach my office, i did not return back to confront the dealer. My self a sheshagiri rao working as distillery deputy chemist in shri malaprabha ssk, m k hubli belegavi dt karnataka. We have got p o for supplying ethnaol to various depots from hpcl hyderabad sez-retail office for the year 2014-15. Sir they are doing fraud in machine they fill petrol less than money. Initially they stared 0.00 but suddenly comes to 61 and then they said sir power gone after that they fill remaining amount less 61, but they don't fill for 61. This is what i aboserved at there

I booked gas cylinder refill lastweek (12th of feb) through hp gas app and
Payment had been done, but in refill history it's not showing any data and
We didnt recieved any confirmation sms. Nor amount has transferred to bank
Account.

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my bank account. I tried to file a complaint in hp portal. But, i couldn't find a proper reason and don't know what to next, to whom should i contact. So i am posting it here. Kindly help and refund same an amount of rs. 652.61.

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 616302, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 15th may at 12 pm.

During this process rs. 618 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

Daily i m calling them for gas, booking no 552867., they are excusing will send today, but today never come since 1 week.

One day i visited their shop, for gas, booking no 552867., they replied same today will send the same. But not yet received.

My Adhaar was updated. I re-updated my adhaar number to my account . I am not receiving subsidy since last 2 years.

The status shows as : Subsidy lapsed (mopng)

Prior to September'2016, the subsidy was getting credited to my bank account.

After that I have not received any subsidy . Approx 2 yrs now.

While booking hp gas, my transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my credit card. When can i receive the failed transaction amount.

Today in afternoon i visited prem service station andrews ganj, new delhi. There i purchased petrol (Speed performance/ extra premium) of rs 310/- inr, petrol price was 77.8 so according to this price i should have to get 3.98 ltrs petrol but they only gave 3.85 ltrs petrol.
Please take a serious action against them as i guess daily they are doing like this and people are not aware of this.
