I had closed my sbi account in which i get lpg subsidy prior. Ihavè another account which is linked with aadhar and lpg id also yet my last three subsidy is no comes in this account. i am booking the cylinder last 15 days. He simply cancel the call.. Again and again i booked cylinder, bu till today not yet deliver. I called many times to land line and delivery boy mr. Amith also. I have initiated a domestic gas cylinder booking for which i have paid 668.80/- (with card charges) through HDFC Credit Card on 03.04.2018. Payment was showing pending but amount got debited from Card.
After that i have booked another gas cylinder by visiting HP Gas Agency.

Please solve the issue and help me in getting back my money to my card.

Iam a hp gas holder with consumer number 607934 i have updated my aadhar number in bank records last 4 months back but till now i didnt got my aadhar subsidy when i inquired about this issue in gas agency they are asking to update aadhar in bank records and i work the same has been updated in my bank account., and when i called customer care of toll free [protected] they said npci didnt confirmed your bank details...

Hp gas cylinder online payment done thru hdfc bank account amount debited from my account but not transferred to the hp gas agency and hence i have to pay the charges on the cylinder delivery in cash requested u pls refund my amount to my hdfc bank account as soon as possible

Two months back there was problem in gas regulator and i called to gas leakage team and explained regulator not working properly if i turn of gas will remain passing to stove he did something and left after some days problem occurred same and again i called gas leakage team he told 100 rs for new replacement actually it was free know
