Lekin muje bike me air nahi dalte hai..
Aaj mene 900 ka petrol purvaya atm se..
Wo hava pur sakta tha. Lekin usne air nahi puri. Aur khada hoke mana karke chala gaya..
2 baar aesa hua hai mese sath..
Last 2-april-2017 ko aesa kiya tha.
Aur aaj bhi aesa kiya..

Sir,
Patel petrol Bunk, who claims to be authorized dealer of HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation LTD) is providing very poor quality of petrol to its customers. Patel petrol bunk is located near NTPC Mouda gate-1

On insisting to show the quality meter, he skips the word saying that he doesn't have any and its customer's will whether to buy petrol or not.

Continuous use of petrol from this station has made my bike's engine to stop indefinitely while running. This problem is faced by many local people here but none of them have the knowledge of the procedure to complain.

So, I request you to look into this issue and take proper action.

Dear Sir,
I have my Aadhar updated with BOB Bank and till the date of this FY, Out of 2-3 Bookings I didn’t get any of these subsidies. I am still waiting for the subsidy which is on hold as said by my Gas Distributer. I approached to my bank for updating the same; they showed me my account is linked with my aadhar. I contacted my HP Gas Agency and the officials informed me that this is not a fault at their side. I also looked in HP Transparency Portal and found that aadhar updation from both side is done.
Therefore I have now been compelled to file this plaint. The detail I found on the portal is as follows:

Dear sir/madam i am a hp gas holder with consumer number 621245 (Tbk enterprisers kolkata) i have up dated my aadhar card no.[protected] and bank account. But i have not received my subsidy. I refiling apporx 4 cylinder but my subsidy is still pending. Please check the updation and credit my subsidy in my account as soon as possible.
I have already contacted with my distributor tbk enterprises[protected] as well as my bank and submitted my aadhar card[protected] xerox copy. But my distributor told that i can't get back my previous money. Is there any way to get back the money of last few months? Please suggest me. I am waiting for your response. Thanks

I m living in diva east. District - thane. Maharashtra. I have hp gas connection.
From relax hp gas agency.
My complaints are:
1. I didn't receive the receipt along with gas cylinder delivery.
2. Delivery guy ask for extra 30/- charge for delivery even though my house is very near.
3. Since last 3 days i m trying to register my complaint at hp complaint number: [protected] but every time they make me wait like 15-20 min and then disconnect the call.

I would like to raise 3 complaints related to the gas cylinder services from HP, specially from Murali Agency

1. I am unable to book the cylinder online and get an message that only active users can place online orders. I raised this complaint earlier as well but no resolution till now.
2. Its been over 3 weeks that I placed the refill booking order. First request was raised a month ago and it was cancelled for no reason and I placed refill requested again immediately but till date i do not have the refill though my neighbours who placed the order after me already got the HP gas refill cylinder.
3. The cylinder delivery guy was demanding extra money (25 rupees more) for delivering the cylinder. I doubt he is the one doing the messup and not delivering the cylinder. Someone is always at home but refill is still not delivered.
Can any one resolve these issues at the earliest pls? or let me know the escalation point and I will speak to them accordingly.

I bought a new gas connection to khema baba hp gas agency baytu barmer rajasthan. They you will get 395 rs as subsidy for new connection in your account when i checked the status of subsidy it show your aadhar is not maped with your account. Today morning i requested to my dealer to change the cylinder but he is not listening my request. If any desaster happen in my place.

We have submitted one half-filled and one completely filled gas cylinder, with blue seal intact. The gas cylinder was weighed and it was found to have only 400 gram less gas. The reciever has told that it will be treated as empty cylinder. I told him that the seal is intact, still i got no return on that cylinder.

I have not received credit for subsidy amount for purchase since year 2016. I had completed all the formalities for getting subsidy in year 2014 and used to get credit my icici account number[protected]. Last credit i got in my icici account number[protected] was on 30 dec 2015 (Cash memo 101107 dated 28 dec 2015). After this i have not received credit at all for purchases till date. I have not given up my subsidy however i am informed by the distributor that as per data in their system the subsidy has been given up
I fail to understand how the subsidy in the system shows "given up" when i have not given up the subsidy.
