On inquiry from hp any time, it said the refill was delivered on 08.08.2017.
But, actually, the refill has not been delivered to us.

The hp petrol pump at iffco chowk which is run by (Xxxx) dealer, they have some trick and technique that the petrol quantity is always less.in general the petrol bought from indian oil pumps are more as compared to this station.

Whenever we turn on the regulator there's leakage of the lpg. We visited the distributor who shared the number of mr. Sahu, whom i've been calling for over four hours now and he's yet to attend the complaint. This is an emergency and i hope your staf[censored]nderstand the importance of attending to complaints on time, as they are employed to resolve emergencies....

I had booked for the gas cylinder on 15th july and it has not been deliverd...co sumer number 618724. The gas agency address is gupta agency, sector market telco colony. I booked cylinder for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver to cylinder when ever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp gas agency.

Yesterday i visited capital services petrol pump .i told them to fill 520rs petrol but when they fill..tje reading directly from zero to 100in less then a sec.when my car petrol meter doesn't increase i argued them and told them you are doing fraud with coustmer.. They easily fill in 100rs petrol more free..So it means they are doing fraud .To escape from any complaint they fill100rs petrol more free of cost.

My house is 1 km far away from hp gas agency. But our delivery boys are demanding us to pay more than printed bill by agency. If we are not able to pay they are taking my cylinder to agency and telling report there is no one in that house. Automatically my gas booking cancelling. They are doing like these type of harassment to us. We are all so suffering from gas delivery boys....
