Dear sir/madam

I gurpreet singh booked hp gas lpg refill consumer no.682606 on 24th july 2017 through internet and made online payment. The delivery man came after 3-4 days and he deliver the lpg cylinder. But after 2 or 3 days another person (Mr. Tiwari) came to my home from west delhi gas agency, b1 janak puri, new delhi and told me to pay the full amount in cash. I told him that we have made online payment and it has now been 10-12 days the amount is not refund to my bank account but he was not ready to understand and start misbehaving with me and my mother. Again after 2-3 days he came to my home and torture us and harassed us and demanding money from us. After that when i lodge a complaint of this to my gas agency (West delhi gas agency)
They also misbehave me and demanded money from me and threatening me of dire consequences that i will not getting lpg gas cylinder in future and they blocked my gas connection. I got confirmation from my bank that the amount was debited from my bank account and sent to hp gas company.
So please take some necessary action against the gas agency and unblock my connection. Thank you

I am one of the consumer of hp gas in srikalahasti, chittoor district, a. P. There is a online gas-refill booking facility, to this to create account. So i created account for booking gas refill, but it is not activated. There is no message not received to me. It follows as

We have sent you the activation mail on emailid : [protected]@hotmail.com.
Click send button to resend the activation mail.
But they haven't sent me the activation mail on my email id cited above. So please rectify my problem as early as possible.

Ref; HP LPG Gas connection CONSUMER No. 673643 installed in my name at my residence 102, Royal-5, Sector-1, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Nere, New Panvel PIN code no. 410206 by RD HP Gas Agency, Khanda Colony.

Kindly note that despite of the fact that my aadhar card was linked to the gas connection (much before it was transferred from Iswarlal Parekh agency, New Panvel to RD Agency by you) and my bank account with Axis Bank was linked andc the subsidy has been getting credited regularly, all of a sudden from November, 2016 the same got stopped. I had to approach my bank, the gas agencies to reconfirm that the same were linked and it is linked even today as there was no change in my bank account for more than 3 years. the subsesidy got discontinued for no reasons. I had visited the gas agency time and again and submitted all the documents called for by them till today the same is not reinstated.
I have lost the subsidy of more than 10 months now and am therefore compelled to write this complaint .
I am a retired person and senior citizen and I fail to understand how the subsidy can be discontinued. I have never done it on my own and my agency, much after follow up informed me last month that you have foregoin your subsidy. This is highly impossible and can only happen due to some systems error at your end for which please ensure that persons like me are not punished.
My income is also far less than Rs. 10 lacs per annum/
Thro this mail I request you to immediately credit to my bank account all the pending amounts and inform me.

Good evening

I am arun i fill diesel in my car on date 07/082017 in mathura road filling station at 5;00am. (H. P. Ellar filling station jharsantly mathura road ballabgarh faridabad)

I start our jurney to agra after some running my car doing missing and no pickup. Then i check some problem. And speed is down.

Then i check in agra honda service center and.

They check and found water in diesel tank they change diesel filter and clean diesl tank

And fill new diesel.

But car condition is not good in more speed missing.

After this they found our one injector are also not working and engine problem. This cost is high.

We have photo and sample for water mix fuel.

Please collect.

So i request you please take action angiest this petrol pump.

And give me my new car cost.

I complend to your sales officer with oficial mail on date 09/08/2017. But not effective

Just few minutes back i made transaction on (9.30am) i. E.16.08.2017the name of pur/citrusp*pushpam/pune/seq no[protected] worth of rs.576/-. Hence this payment confirmation is been made by the bank as per your site address however i have received the cylinder 317478 dt:15.08.2017, at 9.45am and cash no:1083511 and it was delivered on 16th aug 2017at 11.30am since i have already made only payment wide pur/citrusp*pushpam/pune/seq no[protected], hence after receing the cylinder at my house the delivery boy collected the billed amount rs. 576/- hence hpcl should return the debit amout rs.576/- to me at the earlist possible time i am herewith producing my e-mail address - baleri. [protected]@gmail.com to confirm the crediting the above said amount.

Delivery boy demanding a filthy tip of Rs.35.50 citing Delivery Charge. Why should the consumer pay a delivery charge when it is not mentioned in the Cash Memo? If this Agency is delivering just 100 cylinders a day (just for illustrating) they are earning more than a Lakh and this is Pure black money. If Mr.Modi n team are so specific why not start here??

I am having HP Gas connection with Shanti Gas agency at Bommasandra, Bangalore. My consumer number is 631279 & address is 9/987 KIRTHEY LAYOUT, 1ST FLOOR, 10TH CROSS, CHANDAPURA, BANGALORE-560099. I am not using subsidy as per our PM Naredra Modi Jee's plan to avoid taking any extra contribution from govt. I found every time Shanti gas agency's delivery boy will ask extra money than the gas bill receipt amount. If I am denying to pay more & more extra amount, delivery boy will say next time he will not come for delivery at my door step (1st floor). He needs minimum Rs-30/- to Rs-40/ -extra amount than the actual bill amount. Today I have paid him Rs-540/-(Extra Rs- 15/-) where my bill amount is Rs-524.50/-(14.2 KG, Receipt number:[protected]/06/17). Today delivery boy name is Prakash or Pratap(not remember the correct name). I do not have any concern to Shanti Gas Agency as service is very good except the delivery boy's behavior and forcefully charging extra amount than the actual bill amount which is not correct. My kind request is to inform all the delivery boy to not charge any extra amount & should deliver at door step & check the gas connection if there is not any leakage after the delivery.

I booked gas cylinder in the last week of july, 2017.
On inquiry from hp any time, it said the refill was delivered on 08.08.2017.
But, actually, the refill has not been delivered to us.
Inquiry may please be done from delivery boy from devi dyal enterprises, sector 8, rohini, delhi-110085.
My booking number was 557274.

The hp petrol pump at iffco chowk which is run by (Xxxx) dealer, they have some trick and technique that the petrol quantity is always less.in general the petrol bought from indian oil pumps are more as compared to this station.
Normally i avoid to buy from this petrol station because few months back also, i took petrol from this station in some urgency and without showing the starting reading the petrol man started filling, i found the my car petrol indicator showing half of what needed to show. It seems they are been taught to do so. I do not have proof as i am just a common man and everytime we are not alert to a level where we keep recording of whatever happens around us.

Request concerned authorities to please do a random check and clarify the doubt.in case authorities are finding this ok i do not have any problem, but i'm sure that on all the social media sites and everywhere possible i'll discourage people from buying and fuel from hp pumps. I can do this only but again this is not a threat and just a pain i'll be sharing with fellow citizens of gurgaon and india.

Hp gas distributor-nirmal gas service, mundra are never replying nor attending telephone calls of his clients. He has two land line contact nos. And one mobile no. However he never reply to his customers nor attend the complaints. I have booked cylinder on[protected] and the cash memo was prepared for same by order reference no [protected]., after that for deliver the above cylinder, the dealers has cancelled the same one without any reason or reference.

We live on Baner PAshan Link Road and Our cooking gas supplier is " Varayadini HP Gas Agency" ( https://www.justdial.com/Pune/Vardayini-Hp-Gas-Agency-Patil-Nagar-Bavdhan/020PXX...⇄ )

Monthly we get gas cylinder supplied by this agency. and we observe that the supplied gas ends faster than earlier. then we observed that empty gas cylinder is heavy, and understood that there is water inside it, the empty gas cylinder should weight 14.8KG where as this weighted 17kg.

When gas agency person approached us for exchanging it, we measured the filled gas cylinder which should weight (14.8+15.2 = 30kg), but actually weighted 1.5KG less. that means these guys are stilling approx 4.5KG of gas from each subscriber which cost approx Rs 165.

When we reported the problem, the guy who brings the cylinder to homw w/o any question paid us from difference amount from his pocket.

This means this is normal practice they follow and just raises voice by customer by paying the difference.

What what about so many housewife who trust and just take the cylinder trusting government recognized agencies?

Please kindly do the enquary on this and punish the culprit

Hello sir i am satish goyal want to take your attention about a big corruption of gas agencies. I have complained many time against kailash gas service sirsa and kasuli gas service sirsa haryana. But sales officer of this area don't want to investigate it and he take money from them for this. Sir i have about 6000 numbers of gas connection that are totally fake and generated by gas agencies for their black income. Sir i attach a vedio of fake cash memo. And for any inquiry call me at mob.
