For the last few months I receive the SMS but not the cylinder, I filed the complin at HP gas site after that I received the cylinder, but the same continues.on 13th of September I booked a cylinder for which I received the msg but not the cylinder I don't know what is happening in middle

I want to registre a complaint against kailash gas service sirsa and kasuli gas service sirsa. They both doing a very big corruption today and becoming customers and company fool. They have about 6000 fake gas connection today whose real coustomer doesn't exist and sales officer is also involved in their corruption and i have so many proofs to prove it. So plz sir i requested to you please take a strict action against them and save public money to go to their pockets. Today morning i reached your dealer m/s madhavlal and brothers, chhindwara and asked normal petrol but they reply only pawar petrol available then i fill-up more then 11 ltr petrol and request him to provide me swipe machine they denied to accept e payment then i asked him to check air then also denied that machine is out of order.

I want complaint register then they not provide us and after lot of discussion they provide me simple complaint register thous photo attached herewith. Vide bill no.2460 dt.21.09.2017 of rs.900/-

As our pm moto is cash less economy and we can't support if such type of network you have run.

Sir, i booked gas vide booking no. 591643 for home delivery on[protected], but not delivered till today. Bills issued whenever i make phone calls lot of times to but the concerned saying as tobe delivered soon. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. My gas agency distributor name as samatha shiva shakti gas agency, kothapet, chaitanyapuri, hyderabad.

I am consumer of hp gas since august 2016 of the distributor “vinayak gas king” (Distributor id[protected], hoshangabad road, bhopal. At the time of gas connection, i got 2 filled cylinder from distributor and each cylinder take approx. 2 months and 3 weeks to get empty. I took 7 cylinders within 1 year, 4 cylinders get empty approx within 1 month. There is only 2 members in my family. I have used indane and hp gas in delhi and mumbai, and average rate of empty each cylinder takes approx 3 months.

I have complained 2 times to distributors and delivery boy, and cylinder is weighted correct approx. 30 kg by the delivery boy but my 4 cylinders get empty approx within 1 month out of 7 cylinders.

Continues i am facing problem within 1 month my gas cylinder is empty in 2 members’ family. Reason behind this, either supply of water filled cylinders or wrong weight machine.

Please do strict action against distributors and all delivery boy and please resolve this issue for me and all hp consumers.

I hope you, you’ll resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir, i had booked cyclinder vide booking no 508079 further cash memo no 1020843 dated 9/9/2017, but the cyclinder is not delivered till date and inspite of repeated calls and requests it is more than 15 days. Cancel of subsidy opt out; my subsidy opt out due to press any wrong option during booking cylinder. Please cancel give up subsidy for my account detail mention already in earlier of complaint. Now humble request to hp gas limited to cancel subsidy opt out as soon as possible. My loss of money must be stop in future regarding subsidy. I poor so please stop this opt out of subsidy. I am one of the consumer of hp gas in rasipuram, namakkal district, tamilnadu. There is a on line gas-refile booking facility, to this to create jihaan account. So i created jihaan account for booking gas refile, but it is not activated. There is a message to me it follows as

I am anil kumar dubey. My consumer number is 608117 and the agency which supplies me the gas cylinder is kanti gas service located in kasia kushinagar. Sir, i've booked the refill order for the cylinder through on line on 25th of august 2017. The booking no. Is 505210 & the cashmemo no. Is1041700. It has passed about 15 days till date today but the refill cylinder has not yet been delivered to me. It seems the distributor is careless to the service. He is deliberately making delay so as to demoralize the on line booking because the distributor & their delivery men feel problems in extorting money from the consumers who know the real price of the refill through cash memo. That's why they are delaying in supply of the refill as they know it well that they will not be able to get extra 50 rupees for the supplyof refill. I have been using their services for about six months now. I have booked 5 - 6 times so far. Every time they have canceled the order after delaying for a week or ten days and then cancelled the order. I have had to book again and get it delivered after following up multiple times. Some times it doesn't allow me to book the second time saying the previous order is still in process though it was cancelled and i received a message confirming cancellation. I have used five different agencies so far in last 10 years and i can confidently say this is the worst agency i have ever had.

The master mind of black market, sales officer of hindustan petroleum mr. Jasvinder saini and proprietor of gas agency kailash gas service and kasuli gas service of sirsa district (Pin 125055), haryana, queen and king’s has made six thousand fake gas connection of their own. Till 31/8/2017, they have these gas connections without limhking with aadhar card and bank account. They have done fake signature n the vouchers so that the gas cylinders can be sold by getting them refill. They also have been sold regulator and cylinder in the market and i can prove it with evidence. I, arun goyal (Advocate and rti worker) s% shri ram parkash goyal resident of sirsa, can show you all records as evidence. The gas agency is also having cctv cameras fitted in its agency and the footage wiil be easily available to you from the premises of the said agency that will itself disclose the fake game played here.
I request to you to fulfil the dream of hon’ble prime minister shri narender modi ji in making corruption free india and i assure you that if these fake connections are closed, then commercial gas sale will be more and the government of india will have more profits. Gas scandal will be highlighted and unearthed.
Due to the difference in the prices of domestic gas and commercial gas, these black marketiers have got issued fake gas connections as per their own convenience. The record is here for 100% as proof, i will send you some records and images of some fake sv vouncher and vedio of fake cash memo herewith it
A gas connection of 600019 is fake. This connection is issued on my family member’s name. And when i ask then they told me that “ you do what you can”
