I am a consumer of HP gas under consumer no 620562 at Aryaveer HP Gas Service Gurgaon Haryana. For last 3 supplies subidy not recd in my bank account with Bank of Baroda. Aadhar is already linked and updated in bank account and also with LPG dealer . LPG dealer is also confirming that subsidy has been released and only will be credited once HP Company will release .
Request to please look into the matter and confirm.

Dear sir i have linked my adhaar[protected] with my bank account in axis [protected] and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account. Please tell me thesolutions about this issue. My mobile no.[protected].in lpg statement showing payment on hold.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that i have been denied of my lpg gas subsidy since i took my gas connection in 2012 in spite of submitting my aadhaar. I was told that the subsidy amount will be credited to my bank account as mentioned in the application form.

To my utter surprise i came to know only one subsidy amount got credited to my hdfc bank account against booking number 505035 dated 25/02/2017.

I contacted my gas agency and reported the anomaly but to no avail. I called hp customer care helpline but to no avail.

Therefore, i am lodging this complaint to you with a hope to get justice and stop such scam, if any, is going on.

Hope you would look into and investigate what went wrong and instruct them to deposit/credit all my subsidy amounts since my taking gas connection 2012 to my bank account.

I am trying to register my mobile no for refilling of hp gas cylinder as my earlier agency has been changed by you, I have given new consumer number by New Relax HP Gas Agency. Dombivli (E).
When I have try to register my mobile no as per guidance of the dealer it is not, happening . A telephonic message We are unable to register your mob.no. Pl contact your gas agency.

For online GAS Booking, I created an online account on MyHPGas.in. The actual url is:

After submitting the details, I was informed that an email has been sent to me. I never received the email.

I then tried to create an account again. But I am receiving an error message that the "Consumer already signed up".

Please get this fixed.

My name is Subrato Maitra. I m customer of HP LPG. My Aadhar no. Seeded with LPG I'd as well as Bank account but my LPG subsidies not coming to bank account from four months because Aadhar no. Is not maped with NPCI server. Many time I visited Bank and gas agency but they are showing every thing updated on their system. They told that problem with NPCI server. Since it's 7 years not giving home delivery and I complaints so much time on hpgas consumer portal. what does authority thinks about their customers.vasai bazar gas agency denies saying your home is on hillside. is this true. the other government authorities pass building plans in such area then why agency personal says why u buy flats over there.w ho can resolve this issue

Hello I had done a ICICI debit card payment for petrol on 22nd of jan 2017 for an amount of Rs. 2000, for which I am supposed to get a 7.5% cashback for digital transaction.

It is over one week and I have not yet received the cashback in my account.
