I need to change my communication address for hp gas delivery.i have submitted the update request form in Distibutr before15 days. but still not change my address.please
solve my problem as soon as posiable.

Sir iam opening my hp gas online account on 11/10/2014.
But iam not using that. now i like to use the online account from now,
But i forgot my login id and password also. so please send the link to reset me for both. our distributor name sri chirala gas company.
Please kindly solve my problem

I am a subscriber of HP gas. I had booked a SUBSIDIZED domestic gas cylinder on 17/09/2016 but the cylinder has not been delivered yet. It has been almost a month now but the gas agency has not been able to provide any suitable reply for this lapse of service. The distributor doesn't even answer my calls now. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service of HP gas. I want the delivery to happen as early as possible.

I want HP gas to take up the matter immediately and resolve it at the earliest.

We bought a Gas connection in November, 2015 from Domlur HP Branch.1st Cylinder fitted fine, When we try to change the Cylinder, The regulator doesn't Fit properly.We tried to fit but the regulator doesn't fit properly.

Please help us ASAP.

Sir, had to reset my login password few days back - a reset password was sent to my login id saying that it has to be changed after first login - logged in but due to shortage of time could not change the password at that time - now when i am trying to reset the password - it gives an error message saying - database error -2

Am not receiving an updated password on my email id = please help

I have booked cylinder before 3 month's and submitted all the required document with distributor which is available in kalepadal hadapsar pune "tulja bhawani enterprises" but till now didn't get my consumer id or passbook, every time they told come after 2 or 3 day's and they are not given my consumer no, and when i told after 3 month's for refiling cylender then he told i will delivered after 2 hour's but still waiting, it's fraud every time they are cheeting with me what should i do,

My consumer no is 507210.I am from hyderabad.hp gas supplier is twin city gas company secunderabad.I have created my online account for gas booking.they have not sent me any activation mail to [protected]@yahoo.com.my account s still not activated.plz help me.kindly send me activation link to my email I'd mentioned above.I am facing lot of difficulties for booking a gas.

I make online register in hp gas account but the verification mail is not recived my gmail. Therefore i did not log in the hp gas online account. So
Caan you help me.

Lpg id :[protected]. i have yet not got subsidy credited to my bank a/c of bank of baroda no [protected]i have submitted my papers to the agency but no reply is received from any side.

Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

I am one of the customer of hpcl dealer - mewar jawa gas service, udaipur. I had approched for booking cylender since 2 months. The agency give only assurance to delever cylender shortly but yet i have not recieve the cylender. I approched the agency so many time after booking.

Therefore, i kindly request to you that direct the agency to delever my cylender earliest.

Our HP Gas Consumer No. is 675193, at Smruti gas Agency - Near Forest Park, Bhubaneswar. We had made a booking on dated 05/09/2016 bearing booking reference no. 589698, which got cancelled from Dealer side in dated 10/09/2016. On enquiring they said that it was done automatically and for what reason we don't know.
And they said next time you make a booking and come next day to receive it. And based on our requirement and our work schedule we made a booking on 15/09/2016 bearing booking ref. no. 595957 and went to bring the gas at dealers end on 18/09/2016 as they had informed that it would be closed for Viswakarma Puja in between. But on 18th also they refused to deliver the gas in person after doing as they had said. Its been pretty harassing because we have to take time out for visiting Gas Agency and receive the gas and the agency would be behaving abruptly on the customers by auto cancelling the order, not providing Door delivery and also misbehaving with customers.
And moreover they are not receiving the calls so that people might enquire with them about availability. And abruptly rescheduling our need showing rude behaviour.
This agency should be black listed.

I book for a Gas cylinder on dated 12.09.2016. The delivery boy is come for delivery the Gas cylinder today about 4.30PM. I will pay Rs. 530/- to the delivery boy which was mentioned in bill. But the is demanding me extra Rs. 20/- for transportation charge. I desire that the Pitter Gas Agency, Brajrajnagar was not demand the transportation charge to any body in future.

My consumer no 654860, not received cylinder in spite of there is a message 19/8/16, of delivery.

I personally visited to kiran agency on 03/09/2016, but i was told that i will get a call at around 3pm, same day. But still waiting for the call.

Kiran gas has only one number, it is difficult to get connected.

My existing cylinder is almost getting over.

Sir my self Rahul Singh from bihar. i have a gas conncetion of Hp.which agency name is Yuvraj Gas ageny Amnour..sir his staff is very rude and missbehavior to old woman and adults including me..and they collact 100 Rs extra charged for Gas refil.. Sir they are political person soo no one try to against him..I humble requst to you plese do something otherwise they charged extra money for refil..

I (Consumer no 621025) am received a water filled gas cylinder (Cash memo no-196265 dated[protected] on[protected] from my distributor ie mazumder gas & domestic appliance. I complain viva phone ([protected]) to my distributor. And then online portal service request no. Is 16113526 dated 08/27/2016 to hpcl. But till date i am not received any assurance from hpcl.

I have missed my HP Gas Connection Consumer No and i am unable to book refill, when visited the distributor office, they are asking to cancel and rebook the connection. Please find and provide consumer no. for my HP Gas connection.
