From past few days The person name Avinash Sharma : [protected] he pretend to be the lawyer of Home credit finance and he is saying that I received the Legal case from your Home credit loan contract [protected] and one more team member Nidhi Saxena pretend to be Manisha : [protected] they both are creating lot of mental torture and giving me the threat of police that we are filing 420 fraud case on you and when I discuss the same with Home credit team they give me limited time period to clear the loan and the date is 2nd feb but still today also the Avinash sharma is creating lot of pressure on me so its request please take action on these or else on Home credit

I have not taken any loan from Home credit. However, i receive multiple calls asking for a different person [mangat singh or something]. Please stop harassing me. I have notified the concerned through email and linkedin as well. Please remove the following number from your calling records.
I have attached my email sent to home credit and also my linkedin post. This needs to stop on a immediate basis. Please do the needful. Also, these tele sales call me from different numbers and it is so difficult to even block the numbers. Please let me know if you need any other information.

On 14 november on my email i received an e-mail regarding that your your loan with Home credit has been successfully closed. and find your NDC attachment with my name and given loan number [protected] and customer id 27418261. which is all wrong that i have not contacting home credit for loan before and i am against o[censored]sing my name and email id as it can effect my CIBLE and my future process. so stop using your convenience work.

I want to close my loan, because home credits interest extremely high, These people take advantage of someone's helplessness, and they are forcing me to continue emi for 6 months . From last month i am trying to close this loan but no one listen to me. After enough request on home credit chat, they are saying to me i have to pay the full loan amount that came in my account, plus 6 month emi’s
They already cut there processing fees .

When I raised complaint you guys promised me that bank never does anything to defame the customer however it's not what's happening. I need call immediately from your team and your team threatened me to murder and sharing my details with each and every person when I am not present there. Your Twitter team specifically promised me that I will never ever face this problem however you guys doesn't seem to understand the same. I will not a single penny to you guys and you are going to pay me now. I am gonna give defaming charges on your bank and let's see who is coming to defame .

5 person went to the address where I am not even present and shared my pictures with each and every one there saying that I am a criminal and shared my photographs.

Harrasing calls and rude speaking forcebly to do settlement we r not willing to do settlement asking for time they will not give calling and shoutong on us.

I have paid 36 EMI of Personal Loan.but I am still getting EMI payment. Home credit is asking to pay more emi while I have paid all 36 Emi.

This is to inform you that I am having PL from home credit [protected] but since due to bad financial condition was not able to pay the EMI but from last few month I already paid around 22k in my overdue and still there is due of 50K but since in this new company my salary date is month end so slowly slowly I am in condition to clear the due asap so only request is to give me November month chance to clear my over due as I promise that will clear total overdue and will proceed for Foreclosure so its request please give me time as you can see I was having overdue of 6 month but since already paid 5000+9000+3342+5000 = Total 22342/- so I guess its almost cover my 5 month EMI so its request I am not doing this work as intentionally but since recently I lost my grandmother in which some financial stability got affected but still promise to clear the overdue and loan asap in November month for sure so its request please support me in this case.

I am daily getting 5-7 calls from Home credit Finance company. Before telling they speaking which company they use to assure speaking with me or not. They are calling me for unknown person not paid their loan and calling me for payment. whereas I didnot take any loan from them and given my contact details to Home credit finance for any other/relative as a guarantor. Also if some one taking loans and they taking reference numbers then finance company has to confirm first with us then process loan. These calls are ridiculous. Despite of telling them from past two to three months that I am not the concerned person, they are calling till date. Seems that home credit staff is brainless. I have already blocked 20+ numbers but still they are calling by new person from a new number from so called Home credit. One more point is their staff rudely speaking to anyone who are not taken loan from them and they should not harass any person

I had taken a loan of 45k with 39 installments but during lockdown we couldn't pay emi for 2 months and cleared the pending amount once we resumed our work but still they are asking for more 5 emi which they charged us during the lockdown and now we cannot afford to pay

The complain is regarding unwanted calls for 5-7 times a day from home credit. I am literally fed up. Tried to block each and every number, everytime they call from some new number. Kindly remove my name from database so that I can get free from this harassment.

I am getting calls from Homecredit 4 -5 times a day. I already blocked 25+ numbers, still getting calls from new numbers each day. It is affecting my work. I will be in between meetings and automated calls will be coming and meeting are getting interrupted frequently. Please stop this. It is very irritating and torture.

My aadhar is verified online but at ghe end of the verification the system says the area/pin code on my aadhar is not serviceable whereas i live in delhi which is serviceable but I don't have (why one should have ) the local adress proof. This is frustrating where all other apps gives loan on adhar verification
