Hello,

Please Stop un usefully calls or message from home credit India finance company its very headache every day or time....

I am raising a complaint due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted their toll-free no to stop calling/harassing me on a daily basis but the story remains the same.

My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on a daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different numbers. I haven't taken any services from home credit, I have already requested...

Unwanted calls daily 10 times and more very irritating...

I have not taken any loan from this Home Credit company but someone in my contact list has some due payments of this company which has nothing to do with me and not my responsibility to recover the amount.

I took 90000 rupees loan on June, 2019 and tenure was 48 months of EMI 4013 rupees.Due to covid I had to take moratorium from 1st march 2020 to 31st august 2020 then after moratorium period my EMI tenure extended from 48 months to 67 months. When i open phone pay app and pay requested amount, the transaction got successful. and amount deducted from my account. but it is not updated in the home credit app. Please Update EMI in the App....

I have a loan from home home credit india in past and it is over now . I am receiving call too frequently from them for loan offers . I have contacted them on mail and contact number but no resolution even the mail reply was “that we are sorry we cannot help in removing your contact from ivr service” they start calling early morning in weekends that is too annoying and disturbing....

These calls are ridiculous. Despite of telling them from past 3 days that I am not the concerned person, they are calling till date. Seems that home credit staff is brainless. I have called toll free no. And have sent formal mail to I'd mentioned on website but it is of no use. I have already blocked 20+ numbers and everything a new person calls from a new number from so called Home credit. Somebody help....

They are harassing me everyday multiple times as some one has given my contact number while taking loan. Someone is not paying emi try to catch him not me. I never took any loan from you. I am serious heart patient and they are making me more sick by torturing everyday....

This fc...ng company disturbing regularly. After so many complaints still getting calls on regarding loan. Plz kind request to stop calling me. Don't want a single call from home credit customer care . Active full DND . Otherwise will be forced to take legal action.

Maine 150000 ka loan sanctioned karwaya tha aur cibil me mera sanctioned amount 165000 show ho raha hai. aisa kyn hai. es problem ko resolve kiya jaye....

Sir I had taken a loan of 1.5 lakhs who was 30 years old. Whose EMI was 7836 every month. I took 4 months Monotorian ..According of loan time. I had to pay 1.5 lakh rupees to 235, 080 rupees. I have given 245, 108 rupees to you till now. I have made 10000 rupess more than the loan amount. And no one had given me any information about monitorium guidelines.
