[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Refund | |||
I financed a scooty from home credit for which i used to pay my emi . On 13th Of december . I paid my EMI online through Your Website. and next day they deducted 4526 from my account again. i have asked for a refund from last 7 days. but not received it yet. My Contract No is [protected]. we are very disappointed with your customer service team. Today I called For the update. They placed my call on hold for half an hour. Kindly please return my money. we will not repeat this mistake to buy some other product from Home Credit India. Today again they are saying that i will get my money in 24-48 hours. which they told me before 4 days also. i am really very fed up.
