i am Dinesh sharma. i am working in GE capital in customer service. i financed a phone through home credit worth rupees 10500 with a installment of 1110 for 10 months. in starting i have deposit the rupee 3600. sales boy told me that after 5 months i can foreclose the loan amount and i will be charged with amount 2100.
but at that time i charged with 4500 rs. in that i told to sales boy that my salary deposit on last working day of month so please activate the ECS on 1st but activate on the same date. in that fee charges from bank as a dishonored fee worth rs 2700.
in last collection team talk with me and told to repay the full amount of 6440 to avoid the legal action. i speak the TL and he told me that if he deposit the 5500 rs then their will be no any action and will get the NOC letter within 4 to 5 day. today one month has been passed and i am getting the MSG regarding balance amount and not received the NOC letter.
in that case that impact my CYBIL and my car loan has been declined.
i have recoding with the TL name NEERAJ KUMAR location Gurgaon

This msg, I am receiving since last many days and Mr neeraj told me need to pay 5500 and it doesn't effect cibil. . Due to this one me car loan rejected from HDFC bank. .
I wants quick action against Mr neeraj TL. .. he is also not receiving my call also. .
Till date I have not received any update

The date on 27th Jan 2016. I talked to Mr neeraj (TL) told to pay 5500 as was total amount to pay 6450 Rs. . And I have recoding for that call also [protected] his contact no.
I think 48 hours has been passed. . Any resolution regarding my complaint.
Mr neeraj meet me. But no resolution. .
Reply me. .
If it is not resolved up to tomorrow I am going to escalating this further. .
For compensation i will claim for 10 lakh Rs.
My cibil get down to 683 from 745. . Impact my all card and behaviour with bank sbi and hdfc.

I can just check my cibil it is not possible to send because we are restricted to mail for personal excess. In that case home Credit can do the same. . They can update me with scan copy of my cibil as they are saying cibil not impacted. .

This is the day whenever I have not received any NOC and the Mr neeraj is talking roughly with me.
My cibil is still showing the unpaved amount 5213 something like as concern with kotak finance .
I am financing new car and it again creating issue. .
I wants strictly action on this. Within 2 days sending you notice through lawyer.
Compensation need 10 lakh my cibil got 670 only now as I am never defaulter from any card or bank. .

Is it the satisfactory resolution. How would I recover the loss. You can damage the cibil record but not helping to correct.
My card limit not increased. Banks rejected my loan request.
I am totally frustrating from this.

      I am an existing customer of home credit india. My contract number is [protected]. I have an ongoing loan. My current due is around 79k. The last payment I made was in Oct'15. After that I had to discontinue my job due to some health issues. I was working with Convergys till then.
      Due to unemployment I couldn't make any payment until January'16. Now, when I have joined some other company, I have tried to contact customer care of Home Credit and happen to speak with Kamal and Bala who are the supervisors in Home Credit. I have been assured for a call back 7 times almost, but I never received any call back.
      Looks like my case has been handed over to legal/recovery department and the field executive are coming to my place to recovery.
      Please see that I do intend to make the payment and therefore I have been trying to speak with anybody in cash loan department. I would really appreciate if my remaining dues can be converted into EMI and the case can be taken back from recovery/legal department. Earlier I had the salary account with ICICI bank and now with new employer, my salary account is with CITI bank. I request to kindly consider the autopay request in my new CITI bank account and help me clearing my due amount in EMI. My contact number is [protected].           As one of my office college was bought a mobile from home credit, (person name: guljar ahmed).he had left our office and now he's not in my contact. I receive continue calls from them and i have told them all about this. But they are continue calling me and i feel mentally pressure on me.

          I have all the call recordings with me. If they does't stop calling me, i'll file a court case on home credit for mentally pressure...they r calling me 18 times in a day

            Hi team, against loan no. [protected], due date was 27th Jan, which I missed to pay for that I tried to preinform to your team as well but due to national holiday your call center was close, so yesterday I got a call regarding the same concern so I informed that I will be pay by 1 Feb with late fee of 300.agree.
            Today morning at 7 am I receive a call from anuj pratap Singh. I clearly told him call me back after 9 am. This is not good time to talk with you.
            How dare he shout on me, asked who is the supervisor he straight forward denied, the behaviour was completely out of the way.his word is "company kya pagal hai jo itni subah call kar rahi hai" how can he say like this.
            Quality team - Just go through with the call recording you got to what happent on the call.
            Do you know what type of legal action i can take on this.

            Home credit team - As per the TRAI noms you are not suppose to call before 9 am.

            I need immidet response on this otherwise I have to take a legal action with the help of TRAI.

              1) Why my loan account canceled so that i paid amount as per your terms i

              than after you pay remaining amount in 5 feb and i also pay fourth emi 3374/-


              2) I don't Received any intimation regarding cancellation i received only

              message.

              3) I have taken loan for rs 65000 and now in 5 month you are demanding 113000 how can this possible

              if it is possible than renew of loan account and i paid your EMI on timely Basis in future

                  As one of my office college was bought a mobile from home credit, (person name: mohammad sameer). We both had left our office and now we he's not in my contact. I receive continue calls from them and i have told them all about this. But they are continue calling me and i feel mentally pressure on me.

                  I have all the call recordings with me. If they does't stop calling me, i'll file a court case on home credit for mentally pressure.

                    Actually I am Getting Fed up of their Unnecessary calling. I have already told them not to call me but they keep on calling me again and again for some stupid loan which i didn't take from them. Its actually affecting me working atmosphere and i am getting loss day by day. So, who will complete my all those loss.

                    So, I request you to please take a strict action against them ASAP.

                          I never took any loan nor anything from home credit, my brother was guaranteer for one of his friends for taking loan, I don't understand why they are calling me again & again, not my brother.                               Home credit people are continuously calling me for reaching to someone with name of Meenakshi. She used to use the number that i am curently using around an year ago.                                   What shall i do if i cannot pay my emi .
                                  I told your executive that, i was not able to pay my emi for 2 months.I said him that i will pay your companies emi.I will not let go.Its my duty to pay but..
                                  He is saying, i[censored] will not pay within 2 days, we will panish u legally .First we will send legal notice .
                                  I'm asking him for some more days.

                                      I have purchased the scooter from home credit in th month of may2015 and i finished my emis .i paid my all emi on time and there was offer when i purchased the product that i will get the cash back so my last emi which i paid was on 18th November.they said that i will get my cash back within 30 day now you can see from 18th November its 4th December today they are not giving my cash back and i shared my bank statement with them.If possible take some action against HOME CREDIT

                                        Dear Team, I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 5 to 10 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers....
