Home credit finance india pvt ltd is a froad company
firstly their advisor cheet with me
then i settlemnt with them
i got noc
but still they are calling and disturbing me
iam so furststated
they all are basturd their company make people fool
i got noc more than 2 month
but still they said their system is not updated
what should i do
this type of company should be banned as they cheet with customer

They had sent noc by firsssst flight courier which was sent back by courier co. reason said as non service area on 15/10/15.I complainrd to home credit about it, they mailed me to tell me the other courier co. name4 within 2-3 days but till today i ve got nothing but harassment. please do the needful.     I am Smitha.V i had purchase Honda Activa on 16/10/2006, Registration Number KA-04-ER-9393 M/C 75 300 CC from Swastik Motors Gokula, Mathikere, Bangalore and the loan was financed by CITI FINANCIAL CONSUMER FINANCE INDIA LTD BANGALORE -25, I have paid all the Installments without fail but i forgot to take NOC from the financing company. As i want to buy new vehicle and sell the old Vehicle i need NOC. I am unable to find this company's details in Bangalore to contact and get NOC. Hope you do the needfull.

      I ( vijay singh sengar), want to say that i visited one shop there a home credit guy told me about finance . he told you just wait for 10 min i complete the login for your phone. i gave him docs and i just return back from there.
      i did not recive any call nothing even i dnt take phone from the shop. but after some days i got to know that there is a loan going on for a mobile from my name. i told many times to thier cust care executives but they never listen they are just blaming and saying you did you did.

      i just fed up from this. if i did any finance its really very clear i know all details . but i did not so how i accept there a loan going on by my name..

      even i did not reciv the phone. that a fake finance done by your empolyee. because i did not receive any product even i did not visited the shop also.


      i dnt know what is going on . plz cheack and look in this matter

      and contact me ASAP in -[protected]


      today also i receive the call in my number, cust care executive was so annoying he is not listing me what i want to say. i dnt know who did that coz i dnt have any product as well as bill nothing..


      if there is somthing plz provoid me resulation.

      i dnt have longer trust on this finance company .even they haired the fake employees who are creating these kind of things.

      cust care person also told me he taken the complain nothing is happing . even my number is [protected] they are saying " KYA MERI BAT VIBHU SINGH SE HO RAHI HAI " DUDE i dnt have any brother whose name is vibhu singh ..

      now how the matter is going on ..

      i have only a brother who is only 8 years old.

      it is totally fake and company is calling me and irritating me.. even i told them everything.
      when i receive first call i also arrange the conference call to the shop person . and home credit employee was not talking over the phone. and the cust care create the complains . even i dnt know the loan number, down payment who made this i really dnt know.

      but today again i recive the call and they saying the same that no complain is there..

      they are doing again ...

      i just want if there is any thing plz let me aware of this..

          Dear Sir / Ma`am,

          i bought a mobile phone from Deepak Tele Shop Alaknanda, New Delhi, they offer me loan from home credit Finance India in the month of October 2014.

          Name: Brij Bhushan

          Contract No. : [protected]

          Home credit give me a plan of 0% financed for the period of 8 month (Down payment and 8 ECS in 12 month period).
          Mobile Phone Loan Amount Rs.18500/-
          Paid = Rs.6350/- Cash to Deepak Tele Shop/Home Credit Finance
          Paid 8 ECS 1520/- x 8 = Rs.12160/-
          Total amoutn cleared = Rs.18510/- (6350 + 12160)

          Now Home credit customer care is demanding 4 more ECS. it means 1520*4=6080/- it means approx extra 30% interest amount, which i came to know after eight months.

          It clearly shows that how home credit sales executive trap me. They are charging 30% interest on mobile purchase. First of all they gave me false information and then

          they charge too much extra interest rate.

          My periodical eight ECS instalments (statement attached) are paid as per the plan but after completion of ECS, but when I enquired through Home credit Finance customer

          care for NOC or any other form of formality for release of NOC. Though home credit customer care refused to issue me any such No Objection Certification and not

          respecting the plan given to me. I understand that either your executive gave me false information as when revisited the phone vendor he has confirmed that the said

          plan is correct, there is misunderstanding in customer care department documentation.

          This has been three months home credit customer care is following up without doing the diligence on their side.

          I would appreciate my loan may please closed as soon as possible and an NOC be provided to me as per the terms of plan. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

            My contract number [protected] i have bought moblie of 12240/-.and i paid 3701/- as my down payment in advance. I have taken the loan of Rs.8539/- from Home Credit India .. i paid all of my EMI's 1424 on time but still they charge me penalty of 399/- they debeted this amount from my account on 03.10.2015 without any information.. when i call on home credit help line no. they told me that they don't know anything about this deduction and they also told me vey confidently that didn'nt debit any amount from my account but according to my AXIS BANK details 399/- rs has been debited by home credit company... i'll pay my next EMI whenever i got my 399/- amount back in my account .

              I have bought samsung mobile 13000 .and i paid 3700/- as my down payment in advance. I have taken the loan of Rs.1424/- from Home Credit India .. i have deposited all of, my EMI's on time but still they charge me penalty 399/- on 03.10.2015 and i paid my EMI's by hand to their executive staff .. they deduct 399/- from my bank account .. the person who took my EMI by hand .he told me that have no need to pay any penlty for one day late subbmission of EMI.. then i called on helpline no. of home credit and i asked them about my dceduction then they told me that they didn'nt deduct any charger from my bank account but according to my AXIS BANK details that my 399/- has been debited by home credit comapany

                HOME CREDIT COMPANY GIVING THE WRONG GUIDENCE TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE DEALING ... i have bought sony moblie of 14300/-.and i paid 5000/- as my down payment in advance. I have taken the loan of Rs.13860/- from Home Credit India & at the time of taking loan there representatives asked me to pay 9 EMI 1540/- with interest and the person who financed my phone he told me that after 4 EMI's i can also pay the remaining payment in single EMI and he also told me that your interest will also decreased n u have to pay only 1000/- extra as interest of your loan . after paid my 4 EMI's i called to customer care of home credit and i asked them that what's my remaining amount n they told me the remaining amount 7360/- which is according to the EMI of 9 months .. then i told them that ur person who financed my phone he told me that u can pay full remaing amount in single EMI with 1000/- interest only . then they told me that from thier side no one committ this ... even i complaint againt that person who financed my phone.. but they didn't take any action i called them many time n different different pepole picked up my call JATIN, MANPREET, AMANDEEP, MANDEEP, etc. again and again i told them the full story and again they compell me to pay the remaing amount.. And they didn't take any action against their staff they told me that he left the job so u have to pay all the 9 EMI's .. My phone net amount is 14, 300/- and they told me to pay above 20, 000 total... they demanded 7360/- more even i paid 13, 000 already... my 4 frnds also took phone n this same case is also heppned with them SANDEEP SINGH, LAKHVIR SINGH, MANINDER SINGH, GURDEV SINGH.. we have decided that we will not pay any our remaing amount and also apply case in consumer court. HOME CREDIT IS A FRAUD COMAPNY THEY MAKES THE PEOPLE FOOL... I ALSO WANT TO AWARE THOSE PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO TAKE LOAN FROM THIS COMAPANY IN FUTURE...

                  On of my known get a loan from home credit and gave my contact information to the company(home credit) So company had not informed me about this and have not sent any kind of information about this to me, so know when the person(my known) is not paying the loan amount, home credit makes daily calls to me even early in the morning nd late night nd says until they get their money back they will call me. plese help me otherwise I will do something bad to myself.

                    Dear Team, // Serious Concern // Reference mail copy attached with contact no. I am raising a complain due to telephone call harassment on daily basis 2 to 5 calls daily. I have also contacted to toll free no [protected] mentioned on web http://homecredit.co.in and mailed to [protected]@homecredit.co.in for stop call me/harassing but story remain same. My concern:- I am receiving unwanted calls approx 2 to 5 times on daily basis even on Sunday from your company (Home Credit) with different different numbers. As per your executive on daily calls "Rajan Singh have mentioned my contact no as friend", However I do not know him personally and not taken any loan, I have already requested to your executive that please remove my mobile number from your database but they do not do any thing and warned that you will receive daily call the statement like "Kar lo jo krna hai call toh aaegi" i have recorded this clip on my multimedia phone. Requesting you to please remove my m.no from your database and do not call Their behaviour is very rude when they talk to me. Please help us from getting disturbed and harassed, it will be a great help to have our peace of mind!

                    This company seems to use this ploy of saying that the number they are making call to has been given as reference. When you refuse any acquaintance of the given number, they will tell another name and keep on.. Pathetic company. I have been getting calls on sunday till 10.00 PM. Dont know why these companies take public for ride.

                      I took a loan for my laptop from home credit India under super zero offer and even after complete payment of my loan amount in accordance to the contract and home credit team acknowledging the fact that all my dues are clear they debited an unauthorized and extra ecs from account against the closed contract and now after continuous calls to their customer executive they are refusing to help and hindering the process with futile excuses. I have provided home credit with all the necessary details required and asked by their customer care executive and manager.

                        HOME CREDIT “BIG TIME CHEATER” As per my experience with Home Credit, the rate of interest told to me during purchase of bike by the employee of Home Credit - Mr. Jayant Jena (Big Time Fraud) was 13.9% but I am being asked to pay 19.88%. When I complained about Jayant to the management at Home Credit, he agreed to pay the difference from his pocket. This shows the fraud involved. And He is such a fraud he told me that ‘Sir don’t buy any accessories from this showroom.’ He is deputed in Adarsh Yamah, Adchini, New Delhi, and still looking for their losses. What more can we expect from him. Also, I asked the Home Credit team to arrange a meeting for me with District Sales Managers at their office, but it never happened and they didn’t even share his/her email id or contact details with me. I have not even received my sanction letter, which was told at the time of purchase that I will get it in 2 days. It is more than 45 days and I am being felt as cheated and my hard earned money is going into some or other pocket. When I took this matter to the HOME CREDIT TEAM, they were stuck to only one thing that they will go as per their Sales Associate version on rate of interest. I have requested them many time in past 20 days but all went in vain. I have all the proofs & evidences to back my stand. Now my due date for EMI is 19th Sep 2015, its a humble request to look into this matter on priority. Evidence will provide when I'll get any update from you.

                                I was working in ICICI Bank and then i got a offer from Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd for Area Sales Manager role. The person Karun who gives me offer changes the statement many time regarding Package and Purchasing Notice Period. After 30 days of negotiation we both agree on package. Again i ask him that any other Term & Conditions are there pls tell me, He said No. I went to Delhi for Training started on 13 July 2015. Total 11 members in the training. First day trainer Ashish Shukla told everybody that there are 2 tests and you have to clear it otherwise you are fired. Everybody in the room are shocked because all are resigned and relieved from their previous company. On 18 July 2015 two test is conducted and i m fail in One test. Test is on paper and objective type. On one table there are 2 people are there but trainer separated me by others. In between 13 to 18 all candidates joining formalities are completed. On 16 July i submit a complained to Anand Choudhary (VP Training) that AC is not working of classroom and i m highly dehydrate. On 18 July 2015 Trainer Ashish Shukla declare the result and told me that you are fired. I am shocked that Before Joining HR never told me all the things. Now i come back to Kota. Company even refuse to pay anything expenses, salary. No mail regarding Training is over. I m now job less. I told them that pls give me a mail that i m out. But they refuse.

                                  I had taken cash loan of Rs. 12000 from Homecredit india and my first EMI of Rs. 1025 was due on 13.07.2015 and i got the call from the Home Credit executive to make the payment into account id [protected] as i preferred to make through NEFT. the amount was debited from my account on 13.07.2015. however the executive are calling for making the the payment but i have told them that as per the advise given by the executive on 11.07.2015 the payment has been made into old account no. [protected] (unknowingly) whereas my current loan id is [protected]. it is the responsibility of the homecredit to revert the payment into my correct account but they are still making calls for non payment. It is an irresponsible attitude of home credit staff as a result i am being unnecessarily being harassed. It is request that my payment be reverted into my current contract id or stop making calls.
