I need that money for my personal use and i have already done the documentation and also got the confirmation for that even but still every time i call i get to know that backend team is still working on it. It's been more than one week now that i am continuesly calling in the loan department and i am not getting any clearance from them. Loan is under my name and number plz notify me what is going to happen asap.

        I applied for a personal loan via Karol Bagh Branch New Delhi, My loan was approved for 1, 50, 000 .00 and it was communicated to me that this account would be credited in my Punjab National Bank by 19th of SEPT, However after multiple follow ups and exchanges of so many emails nothing was done . And then upon checking the punjab national bank they told they have received the amount but no account number or name was mentioned so the money was never transfered . Now upon writing an application to my bank and stating on my responsiblity i am claming this amount punjab national banck credited my account on 26th october .

        Now my concern is they are demading my first instalment which was due on oct 19th i was more than willing to pay that amouny if they had credited my account at the right time which never happend because they failed to mention the account number and name so why should i be liable to pay that amont with the late fees upon sharing my concern with home credit they are asking me to make a payment and threatening me about the legal activities which is so unfare . They need to understand it not my fault and they should be changing the date of first instalment .

        Hopefully to get some positive response upon this complaint as in the email they just send a template and threaten us but no resolution .

        This was the response from the team . We are not able to contact you so your complaint is resolved . And this is when a manager is responding .

        I mean seariously thats the resolution whats the proof that you tried to contacted me you have my email address in case you are not able to contact me via phone .

        If nothing else respect your job for what you are hired rather than just doing the formality of responding .

          I have financed Samsung J5 from Home credit . i have pay my 4 EMI right time due to some reason my 5th emi not clear sequentially my 6th emi not clear also. after few days back home credit emp.(Mr. Iqbal singh-[protected]) reach at home address & he behave rudely with my family i tall to him but he not agree with me & i promised that i will waived your total penalty RS.1200/= if you pay me your EMI RS.1667/= i pay EMI on committed time. after 5 days dated 30/09/2016 timing 08:31 Am customer care( Mr. Vivek) called me & told me sir, Your total due amount is RS.2804, i told him mr. Iqbal told me your one EMI is due Rs.1667/=only mr. vivek told me right no issue sir, just pay your one due EMI on dated 01/10/2016 timing 4:0 Pm to 6:0 PM and your total penalty will waived off.i followed the same & i pay my last EMI Rs. 1664 on dated 01/10/2016 between 4:0 Pm to 6:0 Pm & i getted paymet of Rs.1004 on my registered mobile . today 04/10/2016 morning cust.care executive called me & told me the your due amount is Rs.1804 /- what is this i wand justification of total my fake senario which is committed my home credit staff

                I have taken a loan from you guys for 75k..
                First of all i am so disappointed and pissed with your services...homecredit sucks big time n ur customer care executives suck all the more. Don't you guys teach your executives how to talk?
                Anyways i am writing this mail in regards to my loan payment for which a direct debit has been set up from my Orientel Bank of Commerce on every month of 13th..This month I couldn't pay the loan amount as i was hospitalised and I happened to spend all my savings in the hospital and when contacted by one of your executive i said that i will pay for this month along with next month's payment in October...and the agent said that alright and will mention it in the comments..even after that i have been getting calls from your end like crazy asking for payment...and the agents do not have manners at all as to how to speak with the customers..They keep calling and ask same thing to pay the loan amt...the opening line that your agents uses is "this call has been recorded for quality and training purpose" so dont you guys barge calls?what a pain in ass it is when someone is unwell or busy at work and you guys keep calling...so frustrating..Now lets come to the point that when i applied for loan i had to submit the documents for proof which included a cancelled cheque..i had submitted my salary account cheque of kotak bank which later i got a call from your end that this cheque is not legible as it doesn't have my name on it...So i gave Oriental bank of commerce cheque which had my name on it..Direct debit for every month was taking place from obc account and i had mentioned to cancel any direct debit set up with kotak..which ideally accding to you guys was not a legible cheque..Today i received a mail from kotak saying amount of 5237 has been debited from my KOTAK ACCOUNT. Without my consent how could you people take out money from kotak when i had already said do not take out money from my kotak account and only take it out from obc and ideally i submitted a legible cheque of obc and since i couldnt pay this month then you guys took it out from other account? And when i said that i will pay for 2months together next month..You people are cheaters!!! Everything sucks about Homecredit..i regret taking loan from you people...I want my money back ASAP. I am putting this up on all social websites that homecredit is fake and are cheaters and agents do not have manners as jow to talk to their customers...why say that this call is recorded for training and quality when you dont even barge calls and no action is being taken against those agents...for gods sake teach them manners...and if i dont get my money back then i am going to CONSUMER COURT and will sue you guys...and i am serious about it..herewith i am attaching the screenshot of kotak bank which says you people took out money...i want my money and without my authorisation and consent you people cant take out money..i gave you authorisation to take out money from obc not kotak..If by day end i dont get response from you people and if my money is not credited back in my account on urgent basis then i am dragging you people to the court..

                      I do not want to receive NOC papers on the address which i gave to the Home Credit India finance Pvt Ltd earlier, i want to receive it on another address.
                      some days back HCIFPL representative mailed me that if i want to receive the NOC on any other address then please provide address proof for the same.
                      i scaned my voter ID and mailed him,
                      now he is telling that he cant send NOC on it.
                      Sir I am an Indian and i can shift any where in India with my family.
                      If i am providing them the genuine papers and reason of mine then they must understand it and send my No Objection Certificate to my another address.
                      i dont know what is the problem in it. Also i have given full payment for my vehicle.
                      Now its Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd duty to send papers where the customer want because customer giving you the ID proof and authority to send NOC on that particular address.

                          I took loan from this finance company to purchase TVS Apache 180 rtr. and i have cleared 8 EMI'S like 5175×8

                          And i requested them to foreclosure they asked me to pay Rs. 33298 to clear the loan and i have paid that full amount through axis bank delhi.

                          but they are not able to close my lone account because accordin to them i've not informed them, whereas i've called on their Customer care no. Within 1 hr. After sumbmiting the amount. Now they are informing me when i called on their customer care no. to know my lone status. as you hv not informed us you have to pay 816 more to close your lone amount.

                            I took a loan 3 years ago and paid all the amount in 9 months. After that I received a call and told them I don't any loan again.

                            Again after few months I received a call about loan and denied for loan. But since then they have been calling me again and again, more than 5 times a week. I told them I don't want any loans and please stop calling me and delete my details from your database. But these people are not understanding at all.

                              I have taken bike loan from this cheater finance company.

                              I took loan around Rs.64000 loan from this useless finance company to purchase TVS Apache 180 rtr. and i have cleared 8 EMI'S like 3783*8 = 30264 .

                              And i requested them to foreclosure they asked me to pay Rs. 49313.13 to clear the loan and i have paid Rs.49314/- through axis bank bangalore.

                              So totally i paid Rs. 49314+ Rs.30264= Rs. 79578

                              I took only around Rs.64000 but they looted around Rs. 16000 from me they took more n more n more n more interest and they cheated.

                              So Please help me and also they will give only 48 hrs to pay the foreclosure amount and if we dint pay we have to pay all emis in one shot they will tell like this and scare us and cheated me.

                              And to issue the NOC no due certificate they told it may take 7 working days

                              So please help me and please refund refund my excess amount please!!!

                                Less than you have pay 1804. Payment date 09/08/2016 .
                                Then I call in customer care 10/08/2016
                                Your agent sey that You have some mony around 1200 what is this before one day your agent say that your fine less and after one day your agent say that your fine is remains . Please solve my problem

                                  But now your words has been changed, now you guys saying that ki aapko intrest ke sath full payment dena hai

                                  Aap logo ka commitment fail ho gaya... Jo aap log loan dete waqt commit karte ho.


                                  I m feeling very bad after hearing the words of your agent.

                                  And dont have manners to talk, how they have to talk with the client.

                                  Even abhi tak 1 bhi emi due nahi hai.


                                  Poor client handling.

                                  Kindly sattle this matter. As we dont want to pay till 2017...


                                  6 month wala commitment abhi bhi kar raha hai aapka agent.

                                  Agar belive nahi to next time recording prooph ke sath aaunga

I do not know this person, i told this many times to its executives. All call were recorded, i have given my details also many times to its executives but still they are bothering me through daily unlimited calls. I don't know what is their problem. I need its solution now.

                                      From the starting of my job and i just complete my target within 10 to 15 days on
                                      Every mounth and i got any logins Ofter completing my target then i have to give
                                      That logins to another SA'S.

                                      DSM is doing harassment on me. He is not treating every one of his team members
                                      Equally, showing on few members.Sir, every month am doing only my logins in SRI MOBILE BAZAR,
                                      After completion of my target am helping other team members by giving my logins
                                      To reach their targets too but iam not taking any one logins.this is what happening
                                      Every month sir.every time in the morning meeting DSM(Venkat Narsimlu)he is demanding me
                                      Give money from my salary.Is there any thing in our company rule
                                      That to collect money from SA'S...?

                                      Even today also he forcefully stopped me to do logins in my store and with out any reason
                                      He simply asking me to go for another pos with out any allocation.
                                      Sir, pls go through the issue and help me.
                                      Already I noticed this to ASM (ZUBAIR BASHA) Sir also, but there is no action was taken.

                                        Got a call from home credit india finance +[protected] on 19th -07-2016 monday for personal loan fro shobha she compel me for loan of 97000. I agreed with her for the same then she send me to makkar telecom ramamandi to meet their company sales boy i visited and submit my d/l and adhara card for the loan i got received message from company for the that i got approve for the loan. Then shobha replied i will received money till saturday i call on same number she replied that it will transfer on till monday evening but from monday to saturday i m om continuously calling them firstly they put call on hold for more then 20 minutes every time and today they said they are going to refuse my case
                                        1. Reason for refusal they said name on my d/l is written by hand
                                        This was written by dto
                                        2. They don't know the meaning of kyc
                                        3. If my proof is false then why they loaned me against mobile
                                        4. If my proof is fake then give me in written
                                        5. Every time they cut their phone in middle of conversation
                                        6. If my proof is fake then why they harassed me more then 12 days
                                        7. They are not providing complaint email id
                                        8. Every time new person talk with me on call saket bavnisha, jatinder, nipun sailesh, rajesh etc.
                                        9. Why such they made fraud calls.
                                        I will put complaint in local forum court. And also will give compliant in media. So they can never harass any one else and another copy to cyber crime cell
