Sir,
I have taken a new SIM ([protected]) almost one and a half year ago from AIRTEL postpaid. since then i am getting a call for a person Mr Shama singh. I do not know this person, i told this many times to its executives. All call were recorded, i have given my details also many times to its executives but still they are bothering me through daily unlimited calls. I don't know what is their problem. I need its solution now.
please take necessary action soon

    Dear sir/mam,

    This is sangeetha.EMP ID:Sangeetha.113027. i was allotted to SRI MOBILE BAZAR (ECIL)
    From the starting of my job and i just complete my target within 10 to 15 days on
    Every mounth and i got any logins Ofter completing my target then i have to give
    That logins to another SA'S.

    DSM is doing harassment on me. He is not treating every one of his team members
    Equally, showing on few members.Sir, every month am doing only my logins in SRI MOBILE BAZAR,
    After completion of my target am helping other team members by giving my logins
    To reach their targets too but iam not taking any one logins.this is what happening
    Every month sir.every time in the morning meeting DSM(Venkat Narsimlu)he is demanding me
    Give money from my salary.Is there any thing in our company rule
    That to collect money from SA'S...?

    Even today also he forcefully stopped me to do logins in my store and with out any reason
    He simply asking me to go for another pos with out any allocation.
    Sir, pls go through the issue and help me.
    Already I noticed this to ASM (ZUBAIR BASHA) Sir also, but there is no action was taken.

      Got a call from home credit india finance +[protected] on 19th -07-2016 monday for personal loan fro shobha she compel me for loan of 97000. I agreed with her for the same then she send me to makkar telecom ramamandi to meet their company sales boy i visited and submit my d/l and adhara card for the loan i got received message from company for the that i got approve for the loan. Then shobha replied i will received money till saturday i call on same number she replied that it will transfer on till monday evening but from monday to saturday i m om continuously calling them firstly they put call on hold for more then 20 minutes every time and today they said they are going to refuse my case
      1. Reason for refusal they said name on my d/l is written by hand
      This was written by dto
      2. They don't know the meaning of kyc
      3. If my proof is false then why they loaned me against mobile
      4. If my proof is fake then give me in written
      5. Every time they cut their phone in middle of conversation
      6. If my proof is fake then why they harassed me more then 12 days
      7. They are not providing complaint email id
      8. Every time new person talk with me on call saket bavnisha, jatinder, nipun sailesh, rajesh etc.
      9. Why such they made fraud calls.
      I will put complaint in local forum court. And also will give compliant in media. So they can never harass any one else and another copy to cyber crime cell

        Sir i finance mobile with insurance from home credit. My name is davinder singh. My loan no is [protected]. They tell me that company can insure mobile for 1 year for breaking, lost and water damage. After 20 days my mobile was break. I go to salesman of home credit company, but they tell me that your mobile is not insure, actually they add fake insurance for increasing down payment. They cheat me. Then i stop pay emi. But the custmur care call me about 20 to30 times per day. What shoud i do?

          This company is actually cheap. I only took 7000/- loan for mob and gave 3000/- down payment. Agent told me in 9 months duration i need to pay 9 emi for 956/- that is 9000/- something which means i need to pay 2000 intrest on 7000/- but when they first harassing me on call they said its 11 emi not 9. When i confirmed with that agent he said these are uneducated call centre people don't know anything. You have no need to worry.. Then i gave then all payments on time still they started harassing me. When my last 9th emi i gave them i asked for no dues but that agen not picking up my call and these call centre people harrassing me. These are bunch of cheaters. I wont pay 4000/- interest for 7000/- loan which i took only for a year

              Hi,
              I am using a new number and I am getting calls repeatedly (minimum 3-5 times) asking for some person called saichand who i dont know. i have told the agent and manager repeatedly that i am not that person and stop calling me .

              Is this the way you deal with people. Even if i want to get a loan, i am not going suggest home credit . they harass people to the core.

              i hope this issue is resolved soon and I stop getting calls on my number [protected]. i am fed up with Home credit service. tragically pathetic.

                I m writing this review with great disappointment caused from home credit company.
                My brother rajesh yadav resident of shadi pur new delhi purchased samsung mobile and got financed from tha company.

                At the time of purchasing mobile phone he provided his number and my mobile number as alternate number. after sometime the primary number of my brother was changed and the company executives started calling on my number.

                I told my brother to update his number so that i should not get any call. he did that. but even after that whenever there is a delay in depositing the money the executives keeps on calling me in every 5 minutes from different numbers. i am working in a school and its really embarrassing that in every 5 minutes i m getting calls and moreover the executives are so irritating that they never listen what we have to say they just keep on asking questions kept in front of them. not even this number of times i updated my brothers numbers to them still the scenario is same. even at the time of resting at home i continuously calls which caused serious health problems to me. even i could not put my phone on silent as i have to attend official calls even after my office hours.

                This month was the last month of the instalment and again i got a call and i told those people to collect money from home. my sister-in-law paid half of the amount to the executive and told him to come again to collect balance amount. no one turned up on wednesday (22nd june 16) and again i started getting calls.in between the balance amount was paid and still i m getting calls so i asked them why you are calling now then the executive said that the fine amount is still pending and now my frustration is on the top level as i am not concerned with this loan directly and the kind of harassment i faced i may file a case against company.

                    I have closed emi's but from your end your department daily call for the payment, and calling 25 times in a day, i am so harrased of your company, please take action before i go to consumer court. More over your company adits panelty charges day by day, and charging intrest 40% to 50%., and their execuitve done wrong commitment tome.

                        Please help to resolve the issue i got a call from home credit team yesterday number was[protected] and he didn't resolve my issue as i want to settle my account and after our conversation with home credit person immediately i got a text message and msg was ref no clc_mfe_1694288 ke tahat apki request ka samadhan home credit se ho chuka hai. but samadhan to hua nahi and they text this msg to me.

                        I request team to look into the matter and settle my account.

                          My name bachittar singh. Home credit loan contract no. [protected].. By mistake i filled the amount of 15000 instead to 1500. As my montly emi of my laon on[protected]. Ater the complete verfication process, the customer care informed me that they will refund my extra deducted amount to my account within a week. But its 15th day today & still they are not providing me any accurate date of refunding my payment

                              As i took loan from the home credit in month of sep'2015.
                              Down payment - 2950
                              Emi paid - 4 - 931 for each emi - 3724
                              Full and final payment given - 10, 530 ond dated[protected]
                              Total payment given to home credit is 17, 250 where in mobile cost was on 9900 in market.

                              Complaint -:

                              1- home credit took 200% payment from for mobile.
                              2- after making full and final payment they still debiting ecs from a/c.
                              3- home credit person threaten to me to make for full and final payment.

                              Reuest for refund-

                              1. Required compensation for 5000.
                              2. Request to give 5000 for harrasment which driven by the home credit.

                                Mera naam tariq ansari hai maine septmber me ek mobile finance karaya tha jiski emi 9 months ki thi.. Lekin ab jab time poora hone wala hai to home credit wale bata rhe hain ki nahi sir apki 12 months ki installment thi. Yeh mere saath ek baar ho chuka hai maine isse pahle lava iris x1 liya tha jiski installement bhi on paper home credit company ke employee ne 9 months bataya tha lekin jab uski bhi installment khatm hone wali thi to costumer care wale mujhse bahas kar rhe ki nahi apki 12 manths ki installment hai. Yeh company ekdam fraud kar rahi hai maine 2-3 logon ke or bhi yahi case dekhe hain... Home credit is a fraud company

                                    मेने होम क्रेडिट कम्पनी से 8500 का मोबाइल फ़ोन फिन्नास करवाया था, मुझे बताया गया था की आपको 8500 के इंटरेस्ट के साथ 9150/- रुपे देने होंगे, अगर आप पांच महीने में जमा करवाते हो तो. मेने कम्पनी को टाइम टू टाइम पेमेंट किया और अब कम्पनी कहती है की आपको चार किश्त और देनी है. कम्पनी में बात की लेकिन कोई सलूशन नही निकलता . india में ऐसा हे होता है ऐसी फर्जी कम्पनी पर कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए. / इस कम्पनी के लोग भी अछे तरीके से बात नही करते ह ऐसे बात करते है जेसे की पूरा कानून अपनी मुट्ठी में लेके बेठे है. कम्पनी अब मुझे बहुत ज्यादा परेशान कर रही है. कंपनी अच्छी तरीके से जानती है कंपनी के कर्मचारी ने मुझसे चीटिंग की है और कम्पनी ने उस बन्दे को नौकरी से भी निकाल दिया. अब में क्या करू ??????????????????/

                                      Your staff is dialing from morning till evening and unnecessarily harassing for repayment. I have been making my payments regularly. Only in feb. Month i could not make due to financial obligations and had informed your people's that i shall make it at the earliest. But it is very astonishing that you have not gone on my records and started calling persons who were not named in while taking credit from u. And even your staff is uneducated and needs to be taught how to talk to customers, particularly elderly. Your institution is getting bad name because of their misbehaviour. I therfore request you to please do not call my relatives or any other person except me. Hope u will seriously look into the matter and instruct your staff to follow. And i have given rs 950 in may month (Feb. Emi) and balance amount is rs 416 and you charged much more amount in penalty how is it possible and i said that i am unemployment i couldn't give u emi amount, i am able to give u emi amount. And u r calling day by day & in a day u call 20-30 time.

                                        I got this massage from your company.
                                        But i didn't get cash in my bank a/c as such your promiss. Shyam singh promised to only 3 days for the transferring cash in my a/c.
                                        And when now i am calling talk to shyam singh, he didn't pick my call.
                                        And no any body helping me in this satuation.
                                        I already summit my all documents before ten days.
                                        And seriously i am very sad for shyam singh behave.
